I know I haven't updated in like a million years, but I just got some internet back so hopefully I can post updates more often. Enjoy this preference. One of my favorite! :)
Number 36: He Watches You Read
Louis: He can’t wipe the grin from his face as he watches you. Moments like these are probably his favorite; moments where you let your guard down and completely open up to him. He’ll just sit next to you thinking about how beautiful you look when you’re in your pajamas with all of you focus on your book. Once in a while he’ll look over your shoulder and read a few lines of the book but he looks away before you realize that he is staring at you.
Liam: You sit on his lap and re-read your favorite book while Liam is watching TV. Since you’re on his lap it makes it easy for him to watch you and not get caught. He loves that you will mouth the words to yourself sometimes or giggle when something funny happens. “What’s that book about anyways, babe. I’ve seen you reading it several times.” You look up at him and smile before telling him about the book. You end up talking about it for hours.
Niall: Niall would much rather be watching TV or playing FIFA but, instead, he chooses to spend the day in bed with you. Him cuddling into you while you read. He enjoys this because he finally has time to relax and can be with you without any interruptions. He studies the way that your hair keeps falling into your face as you try to force it back. He tries to study everything about you. He wants to remember this moment forever; this perfect moment.
Zayn: You both are in your backyard, lying on a hammock, and reading. He’s reading some classic novel while you are reading a romance novel. You were so entranced with the novel that you didn’t realize that Zayn wasn’t reading anymore. All of his focus was on you. The small smirk you had on your face, or the way that your eyes showed so many emotions. But his favorite thing was how passionate you are about the novel. You let yourself get pulled into the novel and can relate to the characters so well this way. He reaches up and moves a piece of hair behind your ear. “You’re so beautiful. You know that?”
Harry: He watches you from across the library; not having the courage to go talk to you. You’ve been there for almost two hours, sitting in the corner, reading. He’s been so distracted by you since he got there. He watched all of your facial expressions that you made as you were reading or the way that you constantly had to push up your reading glasses. After another forty-five minutes, he decided that he had had enough and decided to go talk to you. He shook off his nerves and pulled a chair from another table so that he could sit next to you. “That’s a classic book you’re reading. It’s one of my favorites.” His voice startles you; making you jump.
“Yeah. It’s one of my favorites too…”
