Finally, we were able to bring more kids back from the Isle of the Lost. It was just going to be the VKs going...but I decided to tag along for support. And for another chance to rock leather.

I wave to the crowd, "I can't believe this day has finally arrived!" Everyone cheers and I feel immensely happy. I grin at Jay who winks reassuringly. I walk over to him as Evie starts to talk, "We really wish you all could come with us...and maybe we will one day."
Mal nods, "Yeah. We're gonna be back here so many times that you're gonna be sick of us. Like so sick of us." We all laugh and I yell, "Can we get a drumroll, please?!" Everyone stomps their feet and Evie calls out her pick, "First, I would like to begin with the granddaughter of Lady Tremaine, daughter of Drizella. My sweet, sweet friend. My Dizzy."
Dizzy squeals and races to the stage. Carlos calls out his pick, "Next, the son of Smee. Come on, Squeaky!" I smile at the adorable boy who timidly walks forward, glancing at his twin brother and father.
Jay puts his arm around my shoulder and announces his pick, "And no way are we splitting up the twins, so get over here, Squirmy!" The twins smile and Squirmy races over to me and Jay. I bend down to his level and give him a hug. The crowd "awws" and claps.
Mal announces her pick, "And last, but certainly not least. We all picked this girl because we all agreed that she could use some of Fairy Godmother's goodness class. Give it on up for Dr. Faciller's daughter, Celia!" Celia smirks, "I'm bad." She twirls and walks up stage with some of the audience bowing up and down in her trail. I laugh at her sassy demeanor and pride in being evil.
I love it.
We join the others on stage and Carlos tells the four kids, "Alright, we'll be back for you guys in a week." Jay nods, "So pack your stuff. Your own stuff." We all laugh at that and I clap my hands, "Where are we going?"
The four kids look at each other and yell excitedly, "We're going to Auradon!"
One week later
I smooth my hands down the sides of my dress as Jay stands next to me, "Nervous much?"
I laugh, "You could say that." Evie squeals, "Here they come!" Jay escorts me to the spot and I glance up at him, smiling and tightening my grip on his hand. I'm so excited that Ben is going to propose to her. We all clap as Ben and Mal walk out and stand on the platform where Ben and I had welcomed the four VKs not too long ago. I hug Mal and Jay gives Ben a wink. Ben nods back and takes the mic from FGM, "What's up Auradon?" The crowd cheers and I smile as he continues, "Thank you so much for coming out to welcome our new arrivals. They'll be here soon. It worked out pretty well for the first four."
I vaguely hear Chad yell, "Especially for you!" Audrey snaps her fingers in his face and he backs down. Jay aligns me so I'm stand next to Mal but in front of him. I try not to look confused. This was not the plan, right? Ben was going to have a one-on-one-ish moment with Mal. They were going to have the spotlight.
So why was I here beside Mal?
"Mal this is the exact spot we first met not so long ago." Jay, who I did not notice now has a mic says, "And Brielle, this is the same spot I met you and terribly tried to flirt with you." I laugh along with Mal at the memory and Ben continues, "I feel like I've known you my whole life, Mal."
Ben and Jay start to sing together in perfect harmony, "But did I mention I'm in love with you?"
Now I'm living just for her and I won't ever stop
I never thought that it could happen to a guy like me
Now look at what you've done, you got me down on my knees
They both get down on one knee and Mal and I gasp, glancing at each other.
He- I- WHAT IS HAPPENING?!
Jay looks up at me and I almost start to cry, "Brielle, since the day we met, you've accepted me for who I am. You trusted me and saw the good in me when no one else did. And you put up with me and loved me even when I didn't deserve your love."
Ben look"Mal, it's you and me. It's you and me forever. Will you marry me? Will you be my queen?"
Jay opens his box and the ring inside sparkles brightly in the sunlight.
"I love you, Brielle Ann. Will you marry me?"
Mal and I quickly glance at each other and turn back to them.
I can barely contain myself, "Yes! Of course, I'll marry you, Jay!" He grins and stands up, placing the ring on my finger. I wrap my arms around his neck and whisper, "I love you, too."
