With the ear, some people may find this confusing because to me I see that it looks like 2 people. I also feel like you could tilt the woman around for people to get less confused. Another thing is that the title should be in the centre and not in the corner hidden away. I also feel like the author name and colour blends with the background so I feel like you should change that a bit to make it look better.
Description
It is very very short. That's a good thing and a bad thing because yes it could grab the readers attention and make them want to carry on but then also I feel like people want more of a storyline about what's in the story and what will happen so that they know if they want to read on or not.

You are a really talented writer. I like how you describe things and personally, I don't see any mistakes within this story. Well done :)
