I froze and didn't know what to do. His eyes are also widened and I know that he's shocked. This is also his first kiss. An UNEXPECTED first kiss. All I can hear is my heart beating so fast and loud. Seriously, what happened to my heart? Why is it beating so fast? Suddenly we heard someone spoke.
"What are you guys doing?" Taehyung immediately left on top of me, and we stand together although my feet are shaking. He looked at me, and when I looked at him he avoided my stare.
The one who caught us is Jisoo and her boyfriend Jin. It's definitely awkward because they're avoiding to laugh at us who couldn't look at each other after what happened.
Jin is one of Taehyung's friends and they want us to be together. But we're together as bestfriends right?
"Okay fine, we'll keep it as a secret. Let's go because our class is gonna start in 5 minutes," Jisoo said, I just sticked onto her and never looked at Taehyung until we arrived at the classroom.
This day is more like a free day because visitors came and then taught us some lessons. The visitors are Kang Ho-Dong, Lee Sang-Min, Seo Jang-Hoon, Kim Yeong-Cheol and Lee Soo-Geun. It's still fun even if Irene is here also, in this class only three of us are girls. We're having a pair activity right now.
"So we're going to post the pairings right now," Ho-Dong said. Why am I so nervous right now. Tss.
Pair 1- Kim Namjoon and Jung Ho-seok
Pair 2- Bae Joo-Hyun and Kim Hee-chul
Pair 3- Jeon Jungkook and Kim Jisoo
Pair 4- Min Yoongi and Kim Seokjin
Pair 5- Min Kyung-hoon and Park Jimin
Pair 6- Kim Jennie and Kim Taehyung
WHAT?! I immediately looked at Taehyung and he was also shocked. We are still awkward to each other and then we're paired. Coincidentally. Hell yeah, destiny's playing games with us.
"Remember the two of you should brainstorm and you will present it later. Go to your designated places now," Jang-hoon said.
AWKWARD.
We are not talking with each other right now, we are gazed into other places. I looked at Jisoo and she's silently laughing at us and also Jin. Pfft.
"U-uhm V, I think we should work on us right now. T-time's running," I said.
It's now the presentation time, and I'm glad we did okay. We just ignored the awkwardness and worked together.
"And now it's time for Pair six's presentation," Ho-Dong said.
We ignored the awkwardness again and started our presentation.
Jimin is in my right so it didn't feel that awkward like before. He's one of the fifth pair that's why he's on my right.
Thankfully our presentation was a success. At the end we took a picture with the visitors. I didn't stand beside Taehyung because I still feel awkward instead I just stand beside Jin while Jisoo is beside her partner Jungkook.
We're on our way towards my condo when I think of a gimmick. "Taehyung, can you stay here for a while?" He nodded and I got my bottle of soju.
"Let's drink!"
"O-oh Jennie, I don't want to---"
"You already nodded Taehyung, it's now or never," I excitedly said. This is a perfect opportunity for me to know why Taehyung is avoiding me this morning. I know Taehyung is bad in drinking so this is a victory for me.
We sat on the floor and then I opened the bottle with two cup of shots. "So this is the rule, we'll take turns on drinking this bottle, I have more stock there if it's few for us. And the one who will give up first will tell his/her biggest secret," I said while chuckling. Ha! I'll have the last laugh this evening.
We started. We took turns and after finishing 3 bottles, Taehyung is really dizzy right now.
"Okay! Let's go with the 4th bottle---"
"No Jennie! I give up," Taehyung said, I smirked!
"So, tell me your biggest secret." I said, Taehyung looked at me straight in the eye and suddenly I felt nervous. Why am I so nervous right now?
"Your bestfriend Taehyung is a scholar," he said.
