Maya's POV
Another day at school...yay haha no. It would be fun if I wasn't bullied and made fun of. I take a deep breath and walked through the door and just taking a few steps, I was pushed into a locker.
"Nerd"
"Geek"
"Freak"
These are the words I hear constantly
"Where is she?" I suck in a breath, here it comes or should I say, here he comes...the famous Lucas Friar. We used to be best friends, then high school came and he changed...a lot
"Ah here she is, the ugly freak" he says with a smirk he raises his hand and on instinct I protected my face and he lets out an evil chuckle. He gets so close to where our noses our touching
"Don't worry darlin I'm not going to hit you" I let out a breath I was holding, but the next thing he said made take that breath back "We'll save that for when were alone" he laughs at my face and leaves me with a throbbing head and tears threatening to fall
God, I hate it here
