The next few days at Dother Hall were torture.
There was NO WAY I could tell the Tree Sisters about what I saw. I just couldn't.
I avoided going into the woods to our tree by making excuses like upset stomach, or things of the sort.
I emersed myself in my studies, well sort of.
Blaise Fox assigned us to each spend Saturday alone outside all day, absorbing in the nature.
"Lullah, are you all right? You've been awfully quiet lately." Vaisey asked as I was leaving Dother Hall on Friday.
"I'm fine just feeling a bit under the weather, I suppose."
She looked like she wanted to say something else, but I cut her off.
"Well, tootaloo." I walked off huriedly, so she wouldnt see my tears.
That night, in my squirrel room, I made a small fire in the fireplace and burned my Ode to Charlie.
I then curled up in a ball and cried.
