The cave was dark and watery. Voices heard arguing at a distance, consisted a deep masculine voice and a feminine one. The voices clashing with each other, but the cave were deep in the forest so no one were around to hear them.
A little girl was there with them, hiding behind a figure that had a silky skin and a snake-like face. He watched as the two quarreling while had his hand hovering over the little girl so she won't feel scare to watch the both of them up on each other throat.
"I won't ever support your crazy plan! You and Madara are crazy!" she said with finality in her voice as she turned around and walked towards the two figurine that was watching from afar.
"Where are you going ? Come back here, Yui!" the voice blaring with anger as she watched the woman, Yui, walking further away from him.
"Let her go.. She will come back to us eventually." an old, staggering voice heard behind a shadow, making the male snap his head to him.
"B-But-" the male was cut off.
"Believe me." that's the last thing has been said by the old man.
The male retorted his head in anger as he snap his head back towards the woman to see her and another two figure walked out of the cave and jumped away. He bit his lower lips, a vein popped out of his temple as he turned around harshly, letting the shadow eating his presence.

The three walked slowly in the forest, trying their best to stay on a tiny trail that lead them somewhere they wouldn't ever know. They all were silent since they were still thinking about the argument back in the cave, especially Yui who has her face tight in anger.
The little girl that came along with them, have her head hung low as she thinking about everything. As to why they have to leave the cave she has been living her whole life, why she have to leave people that dear to her. She was also very curious as to why her mother quarrel with the guy that she had learned everything from. She didn't dare to ask her mother since she looked really upset yet.
"Yui." A voice made them stopped on their track. Yui turned around to look at the male, and her eyes furrowed softly as she saw his looks. The look of struggling, struggling to let them go. She quickly grasped what he was trying to tell us, but the little girl didn't.
"What's wrong, Orochii ?" the little girl asked as she looked up to him, confused. Orochii, short for Orochimaru, looked down to the girl that said his nickname with curiosity, which broke his heart. He looked up to Yui and the woman nodded softly, he knew that she knew what he's going to say.
He crouched down to her level, putting his best fake smile which he never really did to others but only to his favorite girl.
"We will have to apart here, Kouri." he said softly while looking into the little girl's eyes which he felt how his heart broken to pieces after seeing how her eyes turned wide and quickly to fill with tears.
"No! Not you too!" her lips went downwards as she shook her head violently. She quickly hugged him who like a father to her, who was also taught her a lot, but she felt their connection stronger. All of them are dear to her, but Orochimaru has been with her most of her life.
"We will meet again, don't worry." he cooed as he hug her. Yui watched at the heartbreak scene in front of her, moving closer to put a hand on her daughter's shoulder softly, assuring her everything will be okay.
Kouri pulled herself from Orochimaru and nodded with tears all over her face. Orochimaru smiled and gave a last peck on her forehead, a last hug to Yui who was a close companion to him and jumped out of there to somewhere both of them would never know.
Kouri sniffs and hugged her mother's legs. Yui cooed some assuring words as she pets her head softly before continue to follow the trail.
Finally, Yui saw a huge gate in front of her. Kouri was on her back since she was too tired, she's still 6 after all. On the top of the gate, written a huge "KONOHAGAKURE." She sighed softly as she woke her little girl which received a yawn after that, making a soft smile went to her lips.
"Hello ? Anyone's here ?" Yui shouted a little and a two ninja went jogging towards them.
"We're the guards. What do you need in the middle of the night ?" One of them asked, looking at them suspiciously. They saw how the girls have dirty outfit on them, hinting them that they came walking through the forest. Their suspicious waver as they saw a little girl by the woman side, rubbing her eyes sleepily.
"Okaa-san.. Who are they ?" she groggily asked, which made Yui rubbing the little hand softly with her thumb.
"We've been walking for hours through the forest. Please, let us see the hokage." Yui pled, which she rarely did. She has to to keep her daughter to a warm place soon. All that been go around her head was her daughter being cold in the middle of the forest and catch a cold soon.
The guards looked at each other before nodding, "Okay. Follow me." One of them said before taking them to the office.
Yui followed him behind, holding Kouri in her hand as she went back to sleep. She's been told that she was too tired to walk.
Finally, reaching the huge door, the guard knocked on the door, "Hokage-sama. Someone wants to see you." the guard said, earning a grunt inside. "Let them in." he said.
The guard opened the door, "Come in." he said to her. She mouthed a small thank you and entered the room. Her eyes went everywhere before landing to an old-man figure, sitting in the middle of the room behind a huge mahogany desk. He watched her with his arms both on the desk by the elbow.
"You can put the little girl on the couch before we talk." he said softly and Yui quickly do so, not forgetting to thank for his kindness. She caressed Kouri's bangs softly before retreating to stand in front of the Hokage again.
"I apologize to have disturb you in the middle of the night." she bowed slightly before continue, "We were just coming from the forest without anywhere to go. It's in the middle of the night and my daughter is tired and cold. Please let us stay here for a night and we will leave by tomorrow." Yui quickly said, trying her best not to sound flustered. The hokage stared her down for awhile before speaking.
"Where are you come from ?" he asked, her cold, serious gaze were still staring into her as if he could get secrets coming out from her. Yui froze by the question but quickly composed herself.
"Me and my daughter are from Amegakure, Hokage-sama." she said confidently, receiving some nods by the old man.
"May I know your full name ?" he asked again.
"Nohara Yui." she said almost immediately, her eyes then trailed to her daughter, "She's Nohara Kouri."
"Nohara clan ? Interesting." a smile formed on his lips, "I heard that you don't have anywhere to go ? Konoha would be pleased to have Nohara in our village. Why don't you stay here ?" he smiled sweetly towards the woman. The invitation makes Yui smiled to her ears.
"Thank you- Thank you so much, Hokage-sama!" she thanked with most of her heart, making her voice go high-pitched. She looked at her daughter lovingly before gaze back to the hokage.
"B-But.. Where would we be stay in... ?" she hesitantly asked. The hokage saw her confident self gone, which he realized how humble she could get. Nohara family is a very wealthy and also powerful prey, but the rumor of them being humble were proved by Yui that night.
"We have a house located close to where Uchiha clan took place." he said, unusually cheerful. The thought of having one of the infamous Nohara clan in his village spark an excitement in his old soul.
"I will give you some money for the first month staying here, but I won't let you stay here for free." he said, went back to his serious demeanor. Yui straightened his body as she realized the cheerful hokage has became serious once again.
"You'll become a Konohagakure ninja. Nohara clan known among the strongest clan we have throughout the village, so I will give you an exceptional test and I hope you can prove the fact right." he yet again, shooting a glare right through her eyes. Her widened eyes soon turned to a frown, confident frown.
"I won't upset you, hokage-sama. I entrust my life under you from this second." she crouched down and bowed towards him. He surprised by her action but smiled afterwards.
"Very well." he smiled softly as he watched the Nohara on the floor.
