Y/N's POV.
Waking up the next morning, the sun shining brightly through the thick curtains. I rubbed my eyes and sighed as I rolled over only to see Ro laying there and no Camila.
My face frowned up and I sat up quickly. Looking at her side I didn't see her phone or anything.
I shook my head as I stood up from the bed making my way into the bathroom to shower.
I swear Camila better be downstairs because if she left again after last night, it's gonna be problems. Now that I think about it I don't even know where she was yesterday.
I got out the shower drying myself off pulling on my outfit for today. Waking up to an empty bed this morning not counting Ro I was pissed. I don't know where in the hell Camila's ass snuck off to.
I shook my head walking into my room to see Royalty sitting up rubbing her eyes.
"Happy birthday baby girl!" I yelled as I picked Royalty up spinning her around. She giggled as she held her arms out.
"Look at my baby, your 3 years old today!"
I clapped and she copied me with a smile.
"Yay!"
I smiled as I kissed her cheek before sitting her back down.
"Yay is right baby! Now how about we go and get some breakfast."
"I bwig girl now mwomma!"
I chuckled and nodded "You sure are baby, your mommas big girl." It was so hard to believe how fast my baby was growing up on me. It's seems just like yesterday when Camila gave birth and I was bringing her home.
Speaking of Camila. She's still not here. She came back home late last night but she was home again this morning.
I picked up my phone and tried dialing her number. I groaned when it went straight to voicemail. After trying the second time I decided to shoot her a quick text.

I rolled my eyes at her putting my phone down.
She'll be home soon? What in the hell! She's acting like she doesn't even know it's Ro's birthday. I swear she better not mess today up for my child.
All I know is Camila better have her ass here. Regardless of what she's doing, nothing is more important than Royalty.
"Mwomma!" I looked up from my phone my face Immediately changing from anger to happiness.
"Yes baby?"
"Mwommy cwme home now?" She asked while turning her head to the side.
"She'll be here soon babygirl don't worry." I said trying to convince myself just as much as her.
I mean it's almost 10 in morning. Where in the hell could she be. I woke up this morning and she was gone, leaving me with no note or nothing.
I heard my buzzer go off making me look up. Maybe it was Camila.
I pressed down on the buzzer speaking into it. "Yep?"
"Good morning sweetheart, I know it's early but we couldn't help but come over."
"Oh momma Sinuhe, of course I'll buzz you in."
"Ok." I let go of the button before buzzing her in.
Not long after I heard a knock on the front door.
"Ooh come on baby let's go see who's at the door." I said as I lifted her out of her high chair.
"Hey Y/N!" I smiled as little Cabello ran in and hugged my legs.
"Hey there sofi. How you been?"
"Good! Today is Royalty's birthday!"She yelled smiling up at me.
I chuckled and nodded "I know it sure is."
"Aww look at my little princesa!" I looked up to see Sinuhe walking in with tons of bags in her hands.
Royalty smiled at the sight of her grandma going right to her.
"Here momma let me help you." I said taking the bags that I'm sure are for Ro seeing as they are pink and purple princess bags.
"Thank you honey."
I watched as she picked Royalty up sitting her on her hip. Ro laid her head down on her shoulder.
"You're 3 years old today bebita! I can not believe it."
"Are you happy Royalty?" Sofi asked whole looking at her niece.
Royalty nodded and gave her a hug. She loves her auntie sofi.
"I bwig girl!" Royalty yelled with a cute little grin on her face.
"Aww you sure are sweetie."
Sinuhe sat Royalty down on the couch with sofi and pulled my arm towards the kitchen.
"So where is my daughter?"
I folded my arms across my chest and gave her a straight look. "Your guess is as good as mine Sinuhe."
"What, your telling me you don't know?"
"That's exactly what I'm telling you. She was here last night then I guess she left this morning because when I woke up she was gone."
Sinuhe shook her head and mumbled something under her breath.
"I can not believe her."
"Yeah, but I'm hoping she comes."
"Oh she better get here. It's her daughters birthday and if she misses it Royalty will be torn apart."
I sighed and nodded. "Yeah I know."

Camila's POV.
"Well I can honestly say I have enjoyed your company today Ms. Cabello."
"And I can honestly say the same to you Mr. Mendes but I really need to get home." I'm pretty sure I was already in deep trouble for leaving and not telling Y/N this morning. So if she knew where I was I would be in even more trouble.
"I understand. Thank you for coming to the studio with me, I know it was really last minute."
I nodded as I stood up to grab my purse.
"Not a problem at all." I smiled as I watched him stand up to walk me out. Shawn had called me last night telling me that he had made it here and was going over his album that he wanted me to be apart of. I couldn't say no so I came here last night and got up early this morning to come and help him out.
"Well I'll see you soon."
He nodded and grabbed my arm pulling me into him. I didn't mind it because I know he didn't mean anything by it.
I went to return his gesture by hugging him. We pulled back from each other and it was like things went in slow motion.
He was staring down at me and I was looking back up at him. All things stopped when I felt his lips come in contact with mine. I could literally feel my heartbeat in my throat.
I couldn't pull back fast enough. "Ohh gosh Shawn! W-what are you doing?!"
He looked at me with a confused face. "What? I don't understand what I did wrong."
I shook my head with out saying a word. I felt like I couldn't speak right now. Oh my gosh what am I going to do! What am I going to tell Y/N!
"Shawn! You just kissed me! I'm in a happy relationship with Y/N!"
He frowned and shrugged "Oh yeah it doesn't seem like your too happy to me."
I frowned back at him. How dare he say something like that to me. "Well I am! And even if I wasn't you have no right!"
"If you didn't want that then why are you here Camila?"
I laughed and through my head back. I couldn't believe him.
"I-I don't know." I just need to get out of here and quick. Now I have to explain this to Y/N and get home to my daughter.

Y/N's POV.
I sighed as I sat down with all the adults watching the kids play. It was now going on past 12 in the afternoon and still no Camila.
But besides that Royalty's party really turned out great.
With or without Camila being here I think she's enjoying herself.
She has all her little friends here running around with her and most of our family's here along with Camila's and even our friends showed up.
"So let me get this straight." I looked over at Dinah and the rest of the girls. They had just made it which I was glad for, and after playing around with Ro they stopped to ask why they didn't see their ex band member.
"Camila's not here, and hasn't been here all morning?"
I nodded. "Yep you're correct."
"What's wrong with her?" Normani added
"Yeah this really doesn't sound like the Camila I know."
"Ally you don't know the half."
"Y/N whats been going on? All I know is what Camila has told me." Dinah said and I knew I had to tell them.
I took a deep breath as I began telling them everything that's been going on between Camila and I. I told them the entire story not leaving anything out.
"So she told you she was pregnant?" Dinah asked
"Yeah, you knew?"
She nodded. "I was with her when she found out."
"Well we all know that's not the problem here." Normani said while rolling her eyes.
"Right. It's the Shane dude she keeps going around."
"It's Shawn Y/N." Amanda stepped in correcting me.
I shrugged "That's what I said."
"So what are you going to do?"
"I don't know. But she promised me she wasn't gonna miss today and that's exactly what she did."
They all gave me a sad look and Ally spoke up.
"Everything will be ok Y/N, just don't be so hard on her. She's got a big heart and can sometimes be blind to things."
I sighed and ran my hand down my face. "I'll try."

The later it was getting the more I could tell Camila not being here is making Ro upset. She may be a child but she knows something is missing. Even when I tried playing with her she just wasn't having it and I don't know what to do.
Hell even Camila's parents are here and she's not. That's just crazy to me and to be honest I don't know what I'm gone say to her when I see her.
The girls finally left and the backyard was slowly clearing out.
"Hey Y/N."
I looked back to see India standing there with a gift in her hand. Even though she had both hands on front of her stomach I could still see her protruding belly.
It's been a while since I've seen India but I didn't think it had been this long. Not that I haven't been in contact with her at all, but we just haven't been around each other. Especially not after the way I ended things.
So yeah I was confused on why she was here all of a sudden. Especially today which probably wasn't the best day.
I rubbed the back of my head nervously as I stared at her.
"Ummm hey India, what you doing here?"
She shrugged looking down "I just wanted to bring by Royalty's present. I still remember it was her birthday and I couldn't forget about the little cutie."
I just stood there staring at her. "I-I umm hope that is ok."
"Well that was nice of you but you really didn't have to."
"It's no problem." She whispered with a smile I smiled back but before I could say anything I felt a hand on my back.
"Um Y/N who is this?" I turned to see Sinuhe standing there with a tight smile on her face.
"Oh uh momma Sinuhe this is India. India this is Sinuhe."
"Hi." India spoke with her hand stuck out and Sinuhe nodded politely but not taking her hand.
"Hello I am Camila's mother, I'm sure you know that."
India nodded with a awkward smile. "Yes well it's nice to see you again."
"Mm wish I could say the same honey." Sinuhe spoke innocently with a smile and I felt like I need to intervene before things got bad.
"O..k momma why don't you go and check on Ro." I felt India's eyes on me and Sinuhe looked up at me.
"Aww of course dear." She said before taking one one look at India and walking away to my daughter.
"I don't think she likes me."
I chuckled and shook my head. "It's hard for Sinuhe to not like someone but looking at the circumstances I'm sure you can see why." I said with a shrug
It's not like she knows about anything that's happened between India and I lately, but I'm sure she remembers me bringing her to her house before I got back with Camila.
India smiled and looked down. "Oh no you're right I definitely don't blame her."
"So how have you been? You know with everything." I said moving my hands in front of her stomach.
"The best that I can be you know." She said giving me a small smile.
I looked at her and I immediately felt bad for some reason. Looking at her face she looked like she was tired or stressed and I couldn't help but feel like it was because of me.
"India I'm sorry for not being there for you. I was just-"
"Don't worry about it Y/N." She said waving me off. "But can you promise me one thing?"
I shrugged. "Sure."
"That you won't leave me to do this alone after we find out the results."
I turned my head at her trying to think of the right words to say. Like what does that even mean?
"I'm not sure I could handle all of this by myself." She whispered softly while pulling a piece of her hair behind her ear.
"I promise you India. I would never do that to you."
She gave me a small smile and nodded. "Thank you."
"So, why don't we go and give this present to Ro, huh?" I said as I took the huge box from her hands.
"Really, you sure you want me to stay?" Just bu the look on her face I could tell she was becoming nervous by the idea. But she honestly had no reason to be.
"Of course. Royalty would be happy to see you, now come on." I said while taking her hand in mine.

India and I actually sat and talked for a while. It felt good to know that she would still be there even after everything that went down.
We didn't even bother to bring anything up. It was just us having a good, natural conversation like old times before we had any problems. It felt good to be honest.
"So um where's Camila at? I know she would love to see this."
I shrugged. "Man I don't know."
With Camila being late to her own daughters birthday would have surprised me months ago but honestly not now. And I was doing everything in my power to not let Royalty notice.
I felt her eyes turn to me. "What do you mean Y/N?"
"She left this morning and she still hasn't came back."
"Wow. Really?"
"Yep. I'm so damn pissed at her India. This is our daughters birthday and she's missed it. Like she begged to be here in her life and she's messing up."
"Oh Y/N we all make mistakes, just give her a chance to explain herself before you jump down her throat."
"I don't feel like she has shit to explain. She knew what today was and she apparently didn't care."
I felt her hand grab mine making me take my eyes off of the party and look over at her.
"Y/N she's human and she makes mistakes. We all do. So try not to be too hard on her."
I smacked my lips and laughed. "Man what's up with y'all. I swear it's some weird, voodoo type shit going on."
She gave me a confused look. "Huh?"
"You and Camila. How can y'all both be so calm and cool towards each other. Especially you, I just don't get it."
"Well would you rather us be fighting over something that neither one of us can control or change?"
"I guess not." it was better than them fighting but I don't see how they do it.
"Exactly. It took a while but I finally came to realize that I can't make you be with me, and I can't be bitter about you leaving me to be with Camila. She is who you love and who you want to be with, that's your decision. Just like she can't control the fact that I'm pregnant." She shrugged and sighed.
"It's things we both have to deal with now." She said softly.
"Well I-"
"Mwomma!" I looked out to see Ro running towards me. She was grinning from ear to ear and I couldn't help but smile.
She stopped at my legs holding on. "You cwme pway now!" I heard India aww and I nodded picking her soaking wet body up.
"Of course princess. Can Ms. India come play with us?"
Royalty looked up at me then down to India and smiled throwing her hands in the air. "Yeshhhh mwomma her cwme pway wit us!"
"Well you heard her come on." I nodded at her.
"Y/N you know I can't." She smiled.
"You don't have to do anything, there's a table over there for you to sit."
"Ok." She said and I helped her up with my free hand.
"You ready Ro?"
"Uh huh mwomma!" She yelled wiggling out of my arms.
I looked back at India and she waved. "Go have fun with your daughter Y/N, I'll be fine."
I smiled and nodded chasing after the hyper child. I ran around with her for at least a good 2 hours. She laughed and smiled the entire time, and that right there made me happy to know that I was making her day. She wasn't down anymore and that's what I wanted.
It was getting cool out and the party was almost over and all the kids had played themselves to death. So after feeding them it was finally time to cut the cake.
"Happy birthday to Royalty! Happy birthday to you!" We all yelled and I stood with Ro in front of me holding her by her sides.
I bent down helping her blow out her candles and she smiled.
"Yay! I bwig girl!" She yelled making us all laugh and clap with her.
"Good job baby!" I said placing a kiss on her cheek.
After opening up all of her presents and walking everyone out saying goodbye and thanking them. Ro and I made our way into the house with India following. I told her to make herself comfortable while I get Royalty ready for bed.
"Mwomma I sleepy."
"Aww I know babygirl." I said while I finished washing her up. "Come on so momma can put your I bed."
She nodded and raised her arms up for me to lift her. I could tell she was sleepy and that was good because it was late and my princess needed some rest.
"Did you have fun mommas?" I said softly while I laid her down in her princess bed.
She nodded her head and gave me a sleepy smile. "Uh huh mwomma, it was fun."
I smiled while I tucked her in. "Good, momma is glad that you did."
"Mwomma?"
"Yes baby?"
"Why no mwommy here?" She asked looking at me with her big, round eyes.
I put my head down trying my best to not look at her sad face. I should have known that this question was going to come up. I figured that with her being over and the fact that she didn't even speak of Camila since this morning that she had forgot. Guess I was way off.
"Baby you know mommy loves you right?"
"Her no here mwomma." She said like she was trying to explain to me why she thought otherwise.
"I know mommas but, that doesn't mean she doesn't love you." She stayed quiet and stared at me.
"Listen, you know how momma is busy sometimes?" She nodded. "Yeah well mommy was just busy today." I was trying my best to keep myself calm for her only because I didn't want her to see me get upset. Today was her day, it was supposed to be all about her. And leave it up to Camila to mess that up.
"Don't worry baby she'll be here when you wake up." I said as I watched her slowly start to fall asleep.
I sighed and stood up from the small bed. I'm beyond pissed right now, I can not believe that Camila would do this to our child it's just so sad really that she doesn't have her priorities in order.
"Royalty's asleep?" I heard India as as I stepped down the last stair.
I nodded and sat on the couch next to her.
"Yeah she was knocked out as soon as I laid her down. She played herself out today."
India smiled. "well at least she had fun."
"Yeah."
"So.." not going to lie it's still really awkward to be in a room alone with her. Especially now that I know everything and now that she's changed.
I shrugged. "So, umm I can tell your getting big."
Well duh Y/N she is pregnant you dumbass.
I shook my head quickly. "I'm sorry that's not what I meant to say."
She laughed and shrugged. "hey it's cool I know I'm pretty big now."
"So how far along are you?"
"4 months as of next week." She said with a smile.
My eyes grew big. I couldn't believe it's been that long since I've seen her. "Wow really, I would have at least guessed you'd be 6 months."
"Oh whatever jackass!" She pushed my head and laughed.
Anything to get rid of the awkwardness.
"No but seriously, I'm sorry for not being there India I'm going to be there from now on thought promise you that. No child deserves to go without both parents."
"It's fine Y/N, I guess you had your reasons behind it." She shrugged
"Yeah but it was dumb."
She smiled. "I'm glad you know. But like I said, I'll be willing to do any test that you want when the babies are born."
"Wait did you just say babies-"
"So what's this?" India and I both jumped
"Camila?" I watched her as she sat her purse and keys down on the counter as she made her way to us.
She gave me a fake smile and looked past me to India.
"You're here because?"
"Camila leave the girl alone." She has some nerve to come in here like this when she missed today.
She looked up at me like I was crazy or spoke a foreign language.
"Oh ok, so now your taking up for her." She laughed and nodded.
"Why are you here?"
"Why am I here? Y/N don't be stupid it's my daughters birthday."
I nodded feeling anger take over my body. "Yeah it sure was and you missed it!"
"Whatever where is my daughter?" She asked trying to walk past me but I blocked her.
"Sleeping what do you think. It's past 10 at night Camila."
She looked around the living room and walked around looking out towards the backyard.
"You did all of this without me?" I gave her a dirty look.
"Without you? Camila you chose to be out doing god knows what on OUR daughters birthday! You knew what today was and you still weren't here, don't even try and blame me for your shit!"
She stood there with her arms crossed shaking her head.
"Yes without me. Royalty is my daughter just as much as she is yours!"
"Camila just stop it. Your making a fool of yourself."
"Wow and then you have the nerve to bring this-" she said while pointing towards India. "Into this house on our child's birthday. You know the circumstances!"
"Shut up Camila! Leave her out of this!" She backed away from me still glaring.
"She was here and you weren't! Bottom line, and you can't fix it! Your ass lied again and look I really hope it was worth it."
I walked around her only to feel a soft hand grabbing my arm.
"Y/N baby please I-"
I ripped my arm away from her. "Don't touch me."
"Y/N." She said whining like she was about to cry. But at this point I didn't even care, and all that India had told me went out the window.
"Why don't you go back wherever you came from Camila. We are fine here."
