i walked out into the backyard
Ethan splashed Grayson as Grayson did a back flip into the lake
Grayson came out of the water as Ethan giggled
Grayson looked over to us
i was waiting for him to make an f-boy comment
but he looked to me, he gave me a small smile then looked back to Ethan
what was that?
Mars ran into the lake splashing water around
Music played in the background
i sighed watching everyone laugh with each other
"Come in, the waters fine!" Ethan yelled laughing to me
"i'll just watch" i gave a fake smile walking to the lawn chair
He got out to the lake and walked to me
"i'm taking you to the lake" he stood next to me
"i'm good" i looked down
he grabbed me by my waist with his wet body
he put me over his back
"ETHAN!" i yelled giggling
"your swimming with me" he walked over to the lake
he jumped into the lake with me
water came over me
i need to forget Justin
Bubbles surrounded me
i came back up
my hair surrounded my face. i wiped the water off my face
Ethan was next to me chuckling with everyone
i splashed him with the water
he gave me a smirk as he splashed me back
"your not funny" i giggled
"Olivia!" Mars yelled from behind me in the water
i turned around to her
she splashed me in the face
"i was expecting that from Ethan, but from you Mars? wow. low" i giggled
Ethan and Mars both started Splashing me
i closed my eyes as water ran to me
i went underwater, feeling the rocks on the ground
i came back as i opened my eyes
i looked around, Ethan and Mars were both gone
Grayson sat next to the lake on his phone
"Where did they go?" i yelled to him
he shrugged his shoulders
"Mars, Ethan?" i yelled getting out of the lake
i sat down in the chair next to Grayson
he looked over to me then looked back to his phone
he's been acting weird since we got drunk together
"what are you doing that for?" i squinted my eyes
"doing what?" he looked back to me
"you keep acting weird and giving me side looks"
"i'm not"

"yes" we sounded like little kids
"before you would give me any f-boy comment, but now you keep to yourself"
he licked the inside of his mouth
"this is the only time i'm deciding not to be a douche" he slouched into his chair
"why?"
"because you just had a break up" he said quietly
i didn't think he cared.
"why does it matter to you? You don't care about me" i looked back to the lake
"i know what it's like to have a breakup" he looked to the lake too
i never even thought of him in a relationship, he doesn't seem like the type
the air around us felt gloomier
"just because i broke up with Justin-" the words i said gave me a realization,
i'm not with Justin anymore. I don't have people like my mom bossing me around anymore. I'm free, i can do whatever i want. No rules, no expectations. Nothing.
"just because i'm broken up with Justin doesn't mean you have to act like i'm a porcelain doll"
he whipped his head to me
"so you want me to flirt with you?" he gave me a grin
"not that-"
why not, i'm on vacation. Your over Justin. I can flirt with Grayson now, i'm damn single.
"yea, i do" i stood up from my chair
he rose his eyebrow as he looked up at me
"but just so you know. I can play the same game you play" i gave him a smirk as i walked into the house
just saying that gave me adrenaline. Grayson is hot. He likes me, or at least wants my body. I can have him now, nothing is stopping me.
I know he's willing to have a one night stand with me. I can have one now. And people say i need a rebound or whatever
i'm going to get Grayson by the end of the spring break.

i walked into the kitchen, Ethan stood next to the fridge with a bucket filled with ice
"where did you go to?" i said sitting on the counter besides him
he jumped up a little
"you scared me" he chuckled, he looked back to the ice bucket
"what are you doing with the ice?"
"You weren't suppose to see this" he put the bucket on the ground
"what is it for?" i smiled
"Mars and I were planning on throwing Ice at you and Grayson" he smiled
i stood up walking to the ice bucket
"where's Mars at?" i picked up the bucket
"she went to the car to get something"
"lets ice her then" i giggled
he nodded his head
we ran to the front yard together quietly
We walked slowly to the side of the Jeep as we crouched down, Mars was on the phone on the other side
"i can't do it, i would be a monster if i did" she said into the phone
i scrunched my face as i looked to Ethan
" if i do it, do you promise your side of the deal?" she looked around suspiciously
what the hell?
"fine, i'll call you when i figure everything out" she hung up the phone
before i could stop Ethan from dumping the ice on her
he stood up running to her, he poured all the ice all over her
she held her phone in the air as she gasped
"what the hell" she yelled from out of the puddle of ice
i stood up walking to her
she had the most funniest mad face i've seen.
i started laughing as Ethan laughed with me
"Thats not funny" she held onto the sides of her body
"wasn't funny when you were planning on dumping the ice on me" i laughed harder
she rolled her eyes laughing
"who were you talking to?" Ethan said putting the bucket down
"my mom, she's worried about my grades"
"thats stupid, it's vacation time" i giggled
"i know right" she sighed
"well, i'm done swimming already. I'm starving lets go eat" she said walking into the house
"where to eat at?" Ethan followed her
"something weird, or crazy" she gasped "A BAR, A CLUB"
"it's only 6" i said walking into the kitchen
"we'll go later, whats stopping us? No parents-"
"the law Mars, the law is stopping us" i sat down on a chair at the table
"i have a way to get into bars" she giggled
both Ethan and i turned to her
"how?" Grayson walked into the room
"it's called flirting or lying"
"and that works?" i said
"most of the time" she smiled
"what are we suppose to eat there?" Ethan sat besides me
"we'll eat at somewhere cheap after all We only have a 200 dollar budget for the week. Then we'll go out to drink"
"we are some spoiled brats" i scoffed standing up walking into my room
come on, go party. You need it
"are we going?" Mars asked
"fine, but we have to wait for at least another 2 hours"
she jumped up and down as Grayson stared me down, his stare piercing my skin
i looked back to him, he licked his lips keeping eye contact
i walked into my room shutting my door
tonight is going to be something different. I'm going to be different.
i plopped myself onto my bed and closed my eyes

i heard a knock on my door
i opened my eyes, i must have fallen asleep for a while
i walked over to the door opening it
it was Grayson
"what do you want?" i rubbed my eyes
"i wanted to have a talk with you"
"a talk? why would you want to tal-"
i then remembered what i said earlier 'but just so you know. I can play the same game you play'
god, i'm so stupid
"i guess we'll talk then" i opened the door for him
he walked in walking towards my bed
he sat on it and leaned back
"lets just have one night" he said slowly
"one night?" i shut my door
"one night, no strings. You can get over Justin, and i can have fun" he grinned

"we have time before we go out to eat" he stood up
"i guess we do" i looked back up walking towards him
i pushed him back onto the bed
he laid down as i got on top of him, cradling him
"one night" i smashed my lips onto his
he put his hands on my waist as i cupped his face
"Olivia" he pulled from the kiss
"yeah?" i hovered over him
"open your door" he smirked
open my door? is that like a sex term?
"will...do?" i pressed my lips back onto his
i heard a pounding noise
i opened my eyes.

i was on my bed looking up at the ceiling
i was dreaming.
i've been having too many sex dreams about Grayson
i sat up from my bed as i kept hearing banging on my door
"what?" i yelled
i walked over to my door, "open the door" Ethan yelled
i opened it up, Ethan stood there
"what do you want" i snarled
"we're about to go, get ready" he smiled "were you sleeping? i'm sorry"
"no sht sherlock" i rolled my eyes "i'm sorry, i didn't mean to be rude" i rubbed my eyes
"it's fine, but Mars yelled at me to get you ready" he chuckled a little
"i love my 2 best friends bonding" i giggled
"me too" he said sarcastically
"well, i'll get dressed, i'll be done in a few" i smiled shutting the door
