I'm so tired
And my brain's melting
Into a pool of thoughts
Incomprehensible
And I think that the world's fading
But I can't tell
Because all I see is blurred lines
Stark ghosts
And boiling bodies of haze
And the days feel shorter

Ringing endlessly to the rhythm of life
That I cannot seem to match
The unrecognizable faces I see
How I wish to be as invisible as them
And as uniform as them
Together as an army
But I suppose that's what happens when you lose control
And go mad when you're lost in the vastness of world
And it's a scary feeling
But it's so peaceful too
So I sever my ties to the world
And disconnect my brain
So I can roam the outer reaches of my being
I'll never be the same
Does that make me crazy?
