Janine's P.O.V
Today, Chase and I are going to Dodgers stadium for Mariners vs Dodgers. Corey has invited us since he wanted introduced his family to Chase. Today it going to be an interesting day because Chase is meeting Corey's family for the first time. That means he will be meeting his cousins.
I haven't contact or seen Corey's family in a long time since I got pregnant with Chase. I never told then about my pregnancy nor Chase. Honestly, I gotta admit that I am nervous for today. The family knows about Chase and they're really excited to see him. I hope they don't hate me for keeping a secret from them.
Speaking of Corey, he has been avoided me lately and it upset me. I don't know why it's bother me so much. I guess I still miss him...or not? I don't know. I want him back. I miss him after all. I'm still in love with him,but I refused to admit it. Oh well. I got Cody....or not. Whatever. I need to stop overreacting and focus.
"Momma. I'm ready." Chase said as he grabbed his juice. I nodded as I grabbed my keys. "Let's go." We both walked to my car and got in. I started the car as I drove away. "Momma...I'm nervous.." He said in nervously. I smiled. "Baby it's ok. Everything will be fine." I said looking up in the mirror.
He nodded. "What's it like to meet daddy's family?" He asked in curiosity. I sighed. "Well ... grandma is really nice. She's very lovely and she'll give you a big hug. Grandpa is chillin haha. Uncle Kyle and Uncle Justin are crazy. I can't stand them." I chuckled, remember them.
He grinned. "Just like daddy!" I nodded and smiled. "Yep just like daddy,but overall I love them....I wish I could have a big family like daddy." I said as I drink my water while driving. He nodded. "I want a baby brother or sister." He pouted. I choke on my water as I put my water bottle down. "Oh my god . Chase you're almost choking me." I said as I was coughing. He giggled. "Just saying." I shook my head and kept focusing on the road.
20 minutes later we got to stadium. We parked and walked to the stadium. The security saw us and lead us in. Chase and I entered the locker room. "Daddy!" Chase said as he ran to Corey. Corey turned around and caught him. "Buddy! I miss you!" He said as he kissed his son on the cheek. Chase giggled. "I miss you too daddy."
I smiled as I felt a hand on my eyes. I realized it was Cody's hand. "Cody." I said as I pulled his hands away. He groaned. "How did you know?" He said. I laughed. "Because I know you." He rolled his eyes playfully and pecked me. I smiled.
"Uh...sorry,but we're ready to go to meet my family." He said in a cold tone. I rolled my eyes and nodded. "I'll come." I said. He ignored me as he walked away with Chase in his arms. What the hell is wrong with him. I do not accept his behavior. I need to talk him soon as possible.
We walked where the Mariners are and we spotted Kyle. "Hey Kyle. It's good to see you. I miss you bro." Corey said as he gave handshake to Kyle and hug him. "I miss you little brother...and is this Chase?" Kyle asked. Corey nodded. "Chase ..this is uncle Kyle." He said.
Chase hide his face in Corey's neck and smiled. Kyle chuckled. "He's so shy like you." He said as he rubbed his nephew's hair. Kyle looked behind him and saw me. I blushed. "Janine...hi...you looked so different. "He said as he hugged me. I awkwardly hug him back. "Thank you...so did you." I smiled. He smiled back.
Corey took Chase to the front row seat where his rest of his family are. I followed behind him. "Corey. My baby." Jody said as she opened her arms. "Hi mom." Corey said as she gave her a hug. "Aww is this Chase?" She asked. "He looks a lot like Corey..my son." Jeff said.
Corey smiled. "Chase. This is grandma and grandpa." He said. Chase waved at them. "Awww..Hello Chase.. can I give you a hug?" Jody asked. Chase looked at Corey and he nodded. Chase gave Jody a hug. "Aww thank you so much." Jody hugged him back.
"Hi Chase. I'm Corey's brother Justin Your uncle." Justin said as he pulled out his hand from his pocket. Chase shook his hand. "Hi Uncle Justin." He said. Justin smiled. "I'm your aunt Amanda." She said. Chase smiled. "I like your name." He said. "Aww thank you Chase." Amanda smiled. "Last one ,but not at least. This your aunt Julie along with your cousins." Corey said.
"Hi Chase. It was nice to meet you." Julie smiled. "Hi Chase. I'm Crue and this is my sister Remi." Crue said. Chase waved at them. "Chase !" Remi said. Chase smiled. Julie laughed."She really exciting to see you." She said.
"Welcome to the family Chase. Now you've met my family." Corey said. Chase nodded. "Aww he's so shy." Jody said. "He's very shy,but he'll get know you guys more." Corey said. She nodded. "Now if you don't mind if I can steal Remi?" He asked. Julie shook her head and gave him Remi.
"Hi princess! I miss you!" Corey said as he tickled Remi. She giggled. Aww my heart melted. Remi is so adorable. "Uncle Corey!" She yelled. He laughed and kissed her cheek.
"Janine. Hello. How you doing? You look so beautiful today." Jody said as she hugged me. I blushed. "Thank you Ms.Seager." I hugged her back. She shook her head. "Oh no call me Jody." She smiled. I nodded as I rubbed my arm feeling awkward. Amanda and Julie gave me smile as I gave them a smile back.
It been a long time since I haven't seen them. Julie and Amanda were like my sisters. I love them to death. They were always there for me. I trusted them. We always have our girls night while boys on their own. It was so much fun. I missed those days. It was my fault for not contacting them. I felt bad now.
"Corey! I'm happy you're having a moment,but you have practice in 5 minutes." Coach Dave yelled. Corey nodded. "It's ok Coach! I'll be there!" Dave Robert gave a thumb up. "Let's have a picture of you two together with the kids!" Jody said. "Come on buddy. You'll be standing in front of me while I hold your cousin." Chase nodded as he walked to him.
Kyle took Crue from the seat and carried him. He stand next to Corey as he lay his hand on Kyle's back. "Ok ! Get ready!" Jody said holding her phone. "One two three!" She said. Corey,Kyle,Crue, and Chase smiled. "Remi smile!" Julie said. Remi was confused. I laughed and took out my phone as I took a picture.

"Aww this is so cute. I love it." Jody said in awed. I smiled as I looked at the photo in my phone. Kyle gave Julie their son Crue. "Alright. Princess. I'm sorry. I have to go. I love you baby." Corey said. Remi got fussy. "No baby..it's ok. Uncle will be here after." Corey said as he gave Kyle his niece.
"Uncle!" Remi cried out. Awww she must really love Corey. This breaks my heart. I hate to see this moment. "Princess. I love you." Corey said as he kissed her cheek.

Remi pouted. "Alright bro, good luck." Kyle said as he gave him a fist bump. Corey smiled and gave him fist bump back. "Thank you. You too." He said. "Alright Buddy. Have fun today ok? Listen to mommy and behave. Can you do that tonight?" He asked. "I promise daddy." Chase said. "Thank you Buddy. I'll get you a toy. I love you. Give me a kiss." Corey said.
Chase gave him a kiss and hugged him."Good luck daddy. I love you too." He said. Oh my god. This is too much. The cuteness is overload. Oof. I love this day. I will never forget this moment. Corey smiled and jogged away.
"Your son is so cute." Julie said. I laughed. "Thank you. He's so adorable." I smiled. "He is. Are you guys sitting with us? It would be amazing so we can get to know Chase more. Jody said. "Of course. We're sitting with you guys." I said. She nodded.
Couple hours later, everything went well. It wasn't that bad. It was actually fun. Chase and Crue became close already. I know it's crazy. They're having fun and they cheered for their dads. Corey and Kyle both made a homerun. Goals. On the other side, Julie and Amanda started talking to me. They told me that they really do miss me. It kind of break my heart a little,but I'm glad I got to see them had fun
Meanwhile, Justin was busy telling his parent about the game. Jody and Jeff are enjoying their moment together. I'm glad everything went well. I thank god for having this. Honestly, it feels good to be with Corey's family. I have to admit that I've really miss them a lot. I have to invite them over some day or me going to North Carolina to visit them not only myself,but Chase and Corey too.
At the end of the day Dodgers have won the game. They beat Mariners. Everyone were happy. None of us were upset that Mariners lost. It's was just a friendly game. This is the happy moment.
I guess I'm still in love with Corey after all....
