"I really don't think we should be doing this...." I whispered to my friend for the nth time.
"Come on. It's only dinner. What are you afraid of huh?"
I pursed my lips and looked at my other side. My 2nd friend was all smile.
"We'll have fun tonight!"
I sighed and looked at the men infront of who were all smile too.
"Wow... the girls from the Art department are really pretty."
My friends giggled.
"Really? You're teasing us!"
"Ani! You're all pretty! Especially you... what's your name?"
"Me?" I asked him.
They nod.
I could feel I was really blushing. I tucked a hair behind my ear and smiled shyly.
"Her name is Lexie. She's one of the best graphic artist we have!"
"Really? Daebak.... pretty and smart too."
I can't help but giggled.
"Ok. I think this calls for a cheer." One of the guys said and raised his glass. We did the same and drank the whole glass.
The night was fun, really. All the males from the Accounting was really nice and funny. We were all having a good time.
"Ahhhhh not again!" I exclaimed.
The group cheered as one of them handed me the glass of beer.
"Bottoms up Lexie!" My friend said.
"Yah... I can't anymore. You know I can't drink."
"I'll drink it for you! I'll be your black knight" One of the guys stood up and took my beer and drank it all.
The table roared with applause.
We were all cheering and laughing when my friends suddenly stopped.
"Why?"
"Lexie...." one of them started to say.
"Hmmm?"
"Who are you?" One of the boys asked. Chill ran down my spine when I heard the voice.
"Me?" The voice from behind me said.
I slowly turned my head praying to all the gods who maybe listening that it's not who I think it is.
My eyes widen when I saw his face. He's mad.
"Me?" He said again as he slowly pat my head.
"....I'm Lexie's boyfriend."
He finished saying with a hard squeez on my shoulder.
"Daebak! You're that actor Jo Jung Suk!!" One of the guys exlaimed.
He simply nod.
I looked at my friends who has the same frightened expression.
"I'll pay for this." He motioned his hand at the table.
His voice was deadly calm.
"...We're going now. Enjoy your dinner." He took my hand and roughly pulled me up. I said my goodbye to the group and let myself be dragged away.
He was quiet on the way home. I wish myself were anywhere but inside his car right now.
He suddenly stopped to the side.
"Seriously?! Blind date?! What are you?! 18??"
He slammed his had on the wheel. I winced.
We were quiet for few minutes, you can see he was trying to calm his self.
"It was a harmless group dinner... hmm. I did told him I have a boyfriend. I just don't want to disappoint my friends." I softly said.
"You disappoint me."
"Jung Suk... it doesn't mean anything really. I just want to give it a try.. all those time I watched kdramas with blind dates tweek my curiousity."
He remained quiet.
"Please don't be mad.. hmmm..." I faced him to me and pouted.
"Don't."
I pushed my lower lip out more and made my eyes sadder.
"Stop."
I forced my eyes to tear out.
"Yah! Don't cry! You're the one who has fault here!"
I let a single tear fall.
"Baby.. Don't cry please. I'm sorry I barged in to your dinner like that. I can't help it when someone told me you were out with boys."
I let the final draw.
I let out a big sniff.
"Baby!" He immediately pulled me for a hug.
"I'm sorry baby. I got so jealous...." he whispered.
"You know I will never cheat on you. It was just a friendly dinner. You believe me right?"
He didn't answer.
I let out another sniff.
He made a big sigh and kissed my head.
"I believe you..."
"Really?"
He nod. I pushed him lightly and gave him a big smile.
"Yah..."
"O you can't take it back." I leaned and kissed his lips lightly.
"No more blind dates."
I nod.
"I mean it Lexie. No boys allowed within 3 feet!"
"What about work?"
"Ok. Work only."
"Grocery? Bus? Restaurant?"
"Yah! You're pushing it. I'm serious."
"Araseo.. I'm sorry."
"You drive me insane."
"I'm crazy in love with you." I said then grabbed his collar for a big fat wet kiss.
