As I walked inside the house, I saw Dad looking so mad at Darius's scared and sadness written on his face, I can figure out what happening right now, Mom holding a phone with worried face while talking to someone on the phone. Nobody noticed me yet, but When Martha saw me entering from the kitchen door she's holding a tray of Tea pot and cups on it.
" Señorita Alexa, where have you.... but Mom cut her out when she saw me she making her way on me Hugging me tights, her worries turn to questioning mode.
"My goodness Alexa, you makes us all worried to death young lady," are you alright? Where did you go? Why you didn't ask someone to accompany you, why you didn't bring your phone with you?
"Mom, Relax! I'm okay, nothing happens to me! I just went to do a run around, why you so all worried about me!
"Alexa, its not safe to be out like that, its dangerous don't you know that? Dad said with a mad voice. I Remember the guy that I saw in the park, Two people saying its too dangerous to stay outside,gosshhh what is happening on this earth!!!!!
"Im fine Dad, nothing happens,so stop worrying to much,
"Dad, don't tell me you just fired Darius, Didn't you? No Dad, you cannot just do that. Its my fault I basically run off, even he insists that I needed someone to accompany me,I explained to him.
"Alexa your not allowed to go out without bodyguards protecting you. Did you understand??Dad said, looking at me like a was child.
After Darius left, dad bring out his phone on his pocket informing the Men he ask to find me.Seriously? They just sent a research team to find me, I just left the house for almost 2 hours,
"Dad, Mom I'm already 22 years old turning 23 in this 4months for Christ' sake'" could you stop treating me like I was still a kid,! I exclaimed feeling so upset with them, I know they just trying to protect me but, Im adult for goodness sake!!!!(sighs)

I left my parents in the living room, I ask them that I need a shower. After I assured them that I'm old enough to do whatever normal women can do with no trouble but they still not happy for what I did, I just ignored them, but Dad insists that I need a driver to go with me wherever I go.
I decided to have a long bath to help me relax after the trouble I have just this morning. While filling the tub with a lukewarm water I pour my lavander body wash and light some accented candles and take off my clothes and enjoy the refreshing smell and warm water into my body. Meanwhile I remember the mystery guy that encounter in the park. He stirred something within me that I haven't felt it before, it's strange but its feel good. I just shrugged it off, anyway I will never see him again, but I make a note in my mind, try to search him up later about maybe his an actor or singer that's very famous, and I hurt his ego that I didn't know him at all.
I dried my hair and went to my closet,I found all my clothes and stuff all neatly fold in my drawer, it might be our helper who did it, its save time for me because I can't able to do it by now. I change into simple jeans and polka dot red button blouse. And lay my blue leather jacket on top of my bed with my purse to bring later.
I went downstairs and enter the Dinning room for breakfast, I saw Dad reading Newspapers sitting in the edge chair while Mom beside him with a cup of tea in her hands. They patiently for me to have breakfast together.
I still on my mind what is the "something" that they wanted me to know.
Martha served us sausage,scrambled egg, bakon, freshly bake bread and a plate with full of sliced fruits. I pour orange juice in my glass before I sit and start with the dig in.
While we're eating, Mom and Dad start conversation asking me a lots about school I answered them so well But I can sense that mom is a bit nervous or worried on something. "Are you alright M0m"? You looked so tense, "Yeah,about that Princess, we......." dad said."Alfonso, can you let Alexa settle down properly before you indulge her with this", She just came back after so many years"!! mom said interrupting Dad's on about to say to me.
"What it is Mom? Is there anything I need to know? Is there any problem?
"Its all about this thing.....
Dad said, but I saw mom giving a warning look to dad,"" business thing,i mean you know that we have restaurant, in this town and one in LA, your mom and I wondering if you could help us to Manage. We are expanding since 2 years that why we're so busy and our old restaurant have already a Five star holiday In so We hope you choose to help us,instead of working to other companies your freshly graduate so you gain knowledge and new techniques, advanced strategies to apply" dads explains.
!"Is that all"? Mom is that what you're worrying about???
I saw Mom sight a relief, before she answered "Yeah,that's what we trying to say to tell you honey, but I don't want you to get stressed. I want you to enjoy and take a break for a couple of weeks or months Or maybe you got your own plan to do so I'm considering that also before you engage at work. Mom explain furthermore, but i can still sense that there's something more important that bothering them a lot, rather than this thing about working in their business. But I didn't bug them for now, Maybe in the right time Mom will tell me.
"Mom and Dad, I'll work with You"., I told them, " that's what I really want to do anyway aside from other plan & things do."!
"By the way, I saw Clara and Greg Sebastian, Remember? Mom ask me,diverting the conversation.
"Oh yeah,! Parents of Sarah my best friend school,
"They ask about you, they said that your best friend is on her vocation. She graduated as a chef last year in Las Vegas and she got a job there as well. If you want to hang up with her you can call her.
"Wow that Amazing. Sure I'm going to surprise visit her after my meeting with someone. Thanks Mom", I said and finishing my food, while Mom & Dad talking about the issue in the restaurant, and I constantly hear Monterro but I don't really bother to listen,my mind is thinking about my best friend. Im so static of seeing her today
Sarah is a blonde girl 1 years, older then me and my best of all I have, she's a straight forward woman that what I like with her, and she really bring the best in you, we're not in the same class but that not a barrier to be attached to each other,we share a lots of secretS. And we always do sleep over every Saturday, my parents doesn't mind, My and her parents are good friends anyway. She treats me like sister, likewise to me. Hi
We just separated when she went to college in Las Vegas, we did have communication, but she just suddenly stop texting me anymore. She got many things to explain.
