jungkook sighed as he swiped his palm against his forehead, collecting beads of sweat pouring from it and wiping them away with a towel, it was an arduous job to work when ac was broken in the studio

jungkook tried to regulate his breathing, putting a hand over his racing heart, he felt like dying, no sign of exuberant feelings exploding in his insides
he gave up to his trembling arms and lied down on the cool floor, pressing his right cheek into it and patting his back with his other hand as if to calm the aching down

everyone had a day off today and jungkook sneaked out, saying he is going to hang out with chanyeol but really, he brought his bum into the studio and decided to whip himself back into shape
it wasn't like jungkook was lazy r staying behind on dance routines, he just felt like working more and more to improve himself. it felt like his hyungs were growing gradually and he was stuck in the 'baby jungkook' phase
"what do you think you're doing?" he heard a deep, angry voice from behind him and groaned
he had no energy to look back and look at his disappointed hyung's face
"kook, you can't overwork yourself, tsk" jungkook heard light thumping of shoes and next thing he knew he was being lifted
his hyung put jungkook's arms around his neck and held jungkook's waist with both of his hands so jungkook won't slide down, jungkook gasped when their faces came too close
"tsk, tsk, kook, you can't just- aish" taehyung said, the crease rising on his forehead, he held jungkook against himself while jungkook's legs turned into water
"i'm fine" jungkook tried to lie with an intrepid expression on his face
taehyung raised a questioning brow at him and chuckled, he let jungkook go and jungkook almost collapsed on the floor, he felt his legs turn into mush
"ah!" younger member shouted, thinking he'd collide with the hardwood but instead he felt pair of arms quickly wrap around him after second and he was saved from falling
"you almost dropped me!" jungkook shouted at his hyung and pushed his hyung away from himself, almost falling but regaining his balance
"you said you were fine-" taehyung shrugged with a hurtful expression
jungkook felt sorry and taehyung smiled at him, opening up his arms "c'mere"
jungkook's heart started to beat faster as he grudgingly closed the gap between them and waddled over towards taehyung's awaiting arms

"i went to visit baek hyung today and i saw chanyeol home, i figured you weren't with him, your phone was turned off, i was worried sick" taehyung pulled away and looked at jungkook, kook felt a pang of guilt bite his chest
"i'm just happy you're safe" taehyung whispered, pulling jungkook back against his chest and resting his head on maknae's fluffy hair
"how are you so personable? i hate you" jungkook slightly hit tae's chest and older laughed before tickling jungkook's neck with his hair
"how can you be proficient and so likable?" taehyung asked him, making the smaller blush
"shut up, hyung"
"yah! that's no way to talk to your elder" taehyung smiled gently while caressing his hair
"let's go, i will treat you to lunch" hyung smiled widely and dashed to the door
"i-i'm not hungry" jungkook murmured when taehyung was at the door already, picking jungkook's bag and jacket up
taehyung halted in his steps, dropping items from his hands "what?"
"i'm not hungry, tae" jungkook repeated and taehyung turned around to look at him

"i c-can't believe you would- why jungkook?!" taehyung teared up, jungkook looked away
"it's okay, hyung" the smaller tried to comfort him

"no! you d-don't- you don't jus- fucking- do th- jungk- jeo-" taehyung was at the loss of words, not being able to form coherent sentence, he was shaking from anger
"hyung, i'm fine, i promise" jungkook said desperately, grabbing taehyung's shirt and pulling him closer
"i just eat less, it's fine" taehyung was hesitant but he nodded, tried to calm himself down before he went off on jungkook
but instead, he pulled the smaller closer, embracing him and trying to say that he's here for him wordlessly
"okay, but i am not letting you go" jungkook chuckled at his hyung's silliness, pressing him closer into a hug
"and i won't let you go" jungkook threatened playfully
taehyung smiled at him and kissed the top of his hair. he turned around, opened his backpack and pulled out a sandwich, jungkook's face paled
"n-no" jungkook said and backed away
it's past six o'clock, there was no way he'd eat anything now
"one bite" taehyung said and bit the sandwich, he took a pretty big bite too
he tore the piece of sandwich, not a big one, from the other side and grabbed jungkook's back
younger pressed flush against taehyung and tried to pry him off but taehyung had a pretty firm grip, jungkook clamped his mouth shut
"open up" taehyung told him gently and jungkook shook his head, his legs trembling
"c'mon, baby" taehyung said and jungkook almost teared up, he covered his eyes and opened his mouth a little
taehyung caressed his cheek and opened his mouth a little bit more, he took half of the already small piece and put it on jungkook's tongue, not forcing him
jungkook didn't close his mouth, he could feel a small piece of bread on his tongue, he wanted to eat it
taehyung stepped back and jungkook knew he didn't have to eat this, taehyung would never forcefully shove the food down his throat
jungkook closed his mouth, his hands still covering his eyes as he chewed slowly
he tried to chew as much as possible, to make the little piece as watery as possible, and then he swallowed the piece and a lump in his throat
even if it was a piece of ordinary sandwich it tasted so good, jungkook removed his hands from his eyes and fell to his knees, crying
taehyung kneeled next to him, taking his shaky wrists into one hand and rubbing his back with the other free hand "it's okay" the older whispered and jungkook shook his head, sobbing
suddenly jungkook felt the jolt of zap shooting up and down his spine and he pushed taehyung away, jungkook doubled over and threw up, he threw up water mostly, but you could see the piece of sandwich he just swallowed
taehyung looked at him with wide eyes, there was no way this was so serious. dammit!
jungkook started wailing loudly, holding his heart, he hiccupped few times and wiped his mouth with his sleeve
"i can-can't, h-hyung" taehyung crawled over to him, jungkook turned his face away from him
taehyung didn't care though, he grabbed jungkook and kissed him on the mouth, hard. jungkook choked, letting out a strangled sob and grabbed the back of taehyung's neck, pushing older away
"n-no hyung, i'm dis-disgus-" taehyung shook his head and kissed him again
jungkook did not kiss him back. he was disgusting, taehyung did not have to deal with him
taehyung did not give up though, he gently caressed jungkook's cheeks, kissing him again and again until jungkook gave in, whimpered a little, and kissed him back
taehyung could taste ham and cheese on jungkook' tongue and he chuckled. after a while they pulled away to breathe in some air, both panting
"i will help you, baby" taehyung promised softly, smiling widely at jungkook
jungkook was still sobbing, looking into taehyung's bright eyes and managing to smile, he himself had no idea that his problem was this huge. he threw up without intending to
taehyung pulled him closer to himself and caressed his hair, playing with it and calming jungkook's racing heart down
"it's okay now, baby, i'm here and i will help you"
"i'm sorry, hyung..." jungkook murmured as he relaxed in taehyung's arms and allowed himself to slip into dreamless sleep
"no, i am sorry for not seeing this earlier. i love you, goodnight"
