after a while the front door opened and jin heard three people's voices in the hall
"SWAG, SWAG, SWA- hi jin hyung!" hoseok was striking some weird poses but stopped to hug his hyung
"hi hyung, how was work?" jimin asked, taking his scarf off and draping it over one of the chairs, sleepy yoongi following behind, as always... lazy shit
"good, we had to do tax returns today, so it was quiet a has-" jin was brutally interrupted
"HEY YOU, LITTLE SHIT, let's go" yoongi called hoseok, who was drinking a water
"YOONGI!" the moms shrieked
"de-stress your breasts, let's go, son" yoongi said sarcastically and hauled hobie before moms could complain more
"oh man- he needs to stop cursing in front of hope" jimin plopped down on a chair and jin handed him a bowl of curry
"men..." jin said, annoyed when he saw namjoon sleeping on kitchen island, his arms on the counter and his head on his arms while drool dribbled down on his shirt sleeve
"weren't you making a soup, hyung?" jimin asked when he saw a second pot on the stove
"i made it for sick tae, poor baby" jin said sadly and jimin smiled
"he'll be fine" jimin put a spoonful of curry into his mouth
"let me get you some bread" jin was about to stand but jimin stopped him with a pleading gaze
"wha- no, no jimin" jin said, hushed
"don't tell me you're-" "i'm sorry hyung"
"did you start starving yourself again?" jin asked, caressing jimin's hand and looking at him
"i'm sorry hyung, it started again" jimin clenched the spoon in his other hand
"does he know?" jin asked "no, yoongi doesn't know"
"jimin he'll be mad, you know how he gets when you start starving yourself"
"i'm sorry hyung" was all jimin could say
"why did you start now?" "i feel like after i gave birth to jungkook... i just, i feel fat hyung" jimin clenched his eyes shut and jin glanced at him, sympathetically
"i mean i love gguk and my hobie but i just feel so disgusting, yoongi hasn't been touching me, saying that he can't and i feel like it's my fault"
"jimin it has been nine months since you gave birth, maybe yoongi is scared he'll do something, maybe he thinks you need time or something" jin assured, confidently
"i-i don't know hyung" jimin planted his face into his hands, pushing the bowl of curry away
"ask him, chim, i'm sure he has his reasons" jin said and patted jimin's back, he went to namjoon and wiped away the drool from his sleeve
"ai, ai, ai. JOONIE!" he tsked as he cleaned the drooled sleeve, rm stirred and woke up, wiping his face
"go wash your face, we're gonna eat soon" jin told him and smiled, namjoon nodded lazily and took off to bathroom
"we're hungry" yoongi said and came into the kitchen, carrying hoseok on his shoulders, hobi was holding onto yoongi's chin to not fall off
"come here cupcake" jimin cooed and carefully took hoseok down from yoongi's shoulders
"wah, he's so light, hobie make sure to eat a lot okay?" yoongi ruffled hoseok's hair and the boy nodded happily
"MA, MA, MA" hoseok pulled on the hem of jimin's shirt to make him look down
"i wanna tae" he said and jimin smiled at him
"he's sleeping, tae is sick, let's see him later, okay?"
"BUT MA, it's boring with you grownups" the boy pouted cutely
"yah, you callin' your uncle boring?" namjoon marched into the kitchen and swept hoseok into his arms, tickling his sides
"n-namjoonie h-hyung- HAHAHAHA" hoseok burst into fit of laughter, trying to kee quiet because tae and gguk were sleeping
"oi, he's gonna get nauseous, hyung, put him down" jimin begged and namjoon 'pfft'ed while setting hoseok on his feet
"eomma?" a small voice whispered
everybody's heads turned towards little jungkook, he was holding his bunny stuffed toy and yawning cutely
"my cold heart just clenched" yoongi said softly as he looked at his son in delight
"appa!" jungkook squeaked and waddled over to yoongi, crawling on his knees
"yes baby boy?" jungkook was yoongi's favorite, kinda, the boy was just so squishable
yoongi took him into his arms and kissed jungkok's cheeks repeatedly before gguk burst into laughter, babbling incoherent words
jimin watched them fondly and jin glanced at namjoon, namjoon got a clue and went to check up on tae
"tae kyung iz sweeping" [tae hyung is sleeping] jungkook said and jin nodded at him, smiling tenderly, making jungkook let out baby voices
jungkook giggled while yoongi bounced him on his leg slightly, jimin made funny faces at him
namjoon came back alarmed, his face looked like someone just bit his dick off, jin put the glass down and looked at him
"he's burning up" namjoon said and little taehyung stepped from behind him, sneezing and coughing
"hyungie" gguk babbled happily and taehyung smiled at him weakly
"tae, baby, are you feeling well?" jin crouched down in front of tae, holding his arm to balance the boy
"i felt better before i fell asleep, now my tummy hurts and it's so stuffy, eomma" taehyung cried out and started crying, clinging to jin
"hyung better take him to hospital" jimin said, nervous
"i-i don't know, tae does it sting anywhere baby?" jin asked taehyung while telling namjoon to take out a pack of ice because tae was burning up
"my tummy and head" taehyung tapped his forehead and groaned in pain
"te te te ta-e?" gguk looked at him weirdly
"hi ggukie" taehyung said, hoarsely, his voice almost gone
"i'm no doctor but taehyung seems to be sick" yoongi declared and handed jungkook to jimin, he swept tae into his arms and put his hand against his forehead
"he's really hot hyung, i will dress him, you guys grab the shit and let's go" yoongi said and no one commented on his cursing now
"let's go, champ" yoongi hauled taehyung to boys' bedroom
yoongi set taehyung on the bed and smiled at him, taehyung smiled back at his hyung
yoongi rummaged boys' huge closet and pulled out a pair of sweatpants and a hoodie, the warmer, the better
"that's the gift you got me, hyung" taehyung giggled for a second, his voice sounding sleepy
it was just a pair of matching hoodie and a pair of sweatpants with little aliens on them
"yes, i remember that" taehyung had been really clingy to his hyung, thanking him for present over and over
"okay, up we go" yoongi said and taehyung lifted his arms, yoongi took off his shirt and saw that boy's chest was flushed, he put the back of his palm against it and sure enough it was really hot
taehyung flinched "hyung, your hand is cold" yoongi apologized and pulled the hoodie over taehyung's head, putting the hoodie up on his head
he dressed taehyung in sweatpants and put white socks on him, yoongi pulled out a pair of black shoes with aliens on them, a gift from jimin to match the hoodie and sweatpants set
taehyung grabbed his beanie from the nightstand and lifted his arms, indicating that he wanted to be carried
yoongi chuckled and lifted taehyung up, putting one arm under his butt and with another hand he held taehyung's back
"okay, hide your head in my neck tae, it's snowing outside, we're gonna be cold for seconds and then we'll be in a warm car" yoongi told tae when they were at the door, jin and namjoon already starting up the car
taehyung nodded and buried his head into yoongi's neck, he pulled his sleeves over his tiny hands and hugged his hyung, yoongi ran over to car, snow almost not hitting them
he quickly strapped taehyung into the backseat and told namjoon to be careful "you're not coming, yoongi-ah?" tae asked, sad
"i have to take care of jiminie hyung and little jungkook, okay? get well soon so you can come back home soon, okay?" yoongi patted taehyung's head, snow falling onto his coat
the car drove away and yoongi ran back into the house, dusting the snow from himself at the entrance
