I skipped over to a different area, an area that I knew Michael wouldn't like.
"J-Jeremy! You can't go there. Time to pay the fee!"
He smirked devilishly and licked his lips, a demanding look in his eyes.
"Hand over the money."
I dropped a few colorful dollar bills in his hand and he added it to his stack.
"Hah! I'm definitely going to win!"
"I'm way better than you at Monopoly!"
"No, you aren't, and I'm gonna prove it!"
We laughed and resumed playing our wholesome game.
