Cas well is astonished and a little confused. He’s happy to be with you of course but is worried about putting the child in danger by fighting demons and such. You tell him that you would get through it together. Overall you two are excited about starting a family.
Dean:
Dean always wanted a family he just hid it from everyone. He promised you he would be the best dad ever and to try not to be like his dad who wasn’t there when he needed him. Dean is already thinking about names, clothes, and buying a house.
Sam:
Sam is happy he can have somewhat of a normal life with you. He’s so happy to start a nice family, but is a little nervous about bringing danger because he is a hunter. In your mind it will all work out because you always have a plan.
