"What is that?" Danny asked me as I start to rub a berry mixture on Wulf's hand. "It's a mixture of berries known to speed healing. Thank you, Sam, for teaching me this." I said as Wulf starts to speak Esperanto.
"It's nice to see you again too." Danny replied to him, making me stare at him. "What? I had Tucker teach me a little Esperanto. You know, for moments like this." He said.
"Uh-huh. I can't believe Wulf escaped from Walker's ghost jail. And this time he did some real damage." I said as I look at Wulf's scarred up paw and broken claws. "Well, tearing a hole between dimensions can take a lot out of you." said Danny.
I gasped as I realized something. "Danny, the hole Wulf tore through Walker's. It must still be open. I bet all these monsters are coming from the Ghost Zone!" I said. "Of course, they're crawling out of his portal like coachroaches through a sewer drain! Wulf can lead us to it and we can close it up tonight!" Danny said but then Wulf jumps off the counter, circles twice, and then collapses on the floor, asleep. "I think we're going to have to wait." I said to him after I chuckle.
Later that night, Danny and I were sitting out on the steps of the Hospital Wing as Danny said. "Don't worry, babe, we'll find everyone."
"I know, but Tucker and Sam out there with a monster. Or worse with a monster and Dash, Kwan and Paulina." I said with worry. "Come on, you know I'd never let anything happen to either of you. I couldn't imagine my life without you." Danny said, with a smile. I blush as he takes my hand in his.
We start to lean towards each other, but a sound of rustling leaves stops us as we look over and see some of the bushes moving. "Stay here, wake up Wulf." Danny said to me as he stands up. I take his hand as I stand up. "Be careful, I couldn't imagine my life without you either." I said. Danny looks at me for a moment before he smiles. I smile back as I kiss his cheek. He runs off, going ghost, into the forest.
I go inside of the building and woke up Wulf then I make a campfire as we wait for Danny to come back.
Afterwhile, he flies down in front of us, holding something in his hand, and walks up to Wulf. "Wulf, you need to remember where that portal is, now!" He said. Wulf takes the item, which was Tucker's hat, out of his hand and begins to sniff it. Then he jumps and starts to walk away as he begins to track down the scent. I go ghost and Danny and I begin to follow him.
Later, we were walking in the forest when we heard some more rustling. "Oh no, here we go again!" I said as Danny and I get into a fighting stance. A tigerlike monster pounces from the vegatation, but before Danny or I have a chance to blast the beast, Wulf intercepts.
Pinning it to the ground, he scratches it with unsheathed claw. Then when it goes to run, he grabs it by the tail, whirls it in the air and sends it flying, far into the treetops of the forest. "Boy, he sure recovered quickly!" Danny remarked. "Must've been the berries." I said with a smile.
Later on, we walked through some bushes only to meet up with a beautiful waterfall scene. "Wow!" I whispered in amazement as Wulf goes to drink some water. "This is pretty cool." Danny said as he goes to fill up his water jug. "It's beautiful." I said just as Wulf starts to speak Esperanto then he jumps on stones, behind the waterfall.
Danny and I follow him as we make it to the cave behind the waterfall and, low and behold, there was the portal to the Ghost Zone. "Ok, are we ready to break INTO prison?" Danny asked Wulf, who sharpens his claws against cave wall, bearing teeth and growling. "I'd say that's a yes." I replied. "Hold on, don't rush in there, we have a plan." Danny said to Wulf as he shrugs off the duffel bag he'd been carrying. "We do? I-I-I mean, we do." I said.
*3RD PERSON POV*
Danny floats through the Ghost Zone with the duffel bag, up to the open prison doors. "No guards, we must be expected." He mutters as he soars through and drops bag in surprise once he enters. The bag lands on the ground with a loud muffled. "Oof!"
"Sorry..Wulf." Danny said as he looks at the container of Mr.Lancer, Sam, Tucker and the others floating in a substance. "Whoa suspended animation, looks a bit like the camp oatmeal." Danny mutters then he reaches out, touches the container, and gets shocked. "Okay, not that way! At least for now I know everyone's safe." He said.
"Which is more than I can be say for you." A voice, behind him, said. Danny turns arouns and sees Walker and a few guards standing behind him. "You brought the whole gang to welcome me! I'm touched." Danny said, sarcastically, before he turns serious. "Release my friends."
"Return Wulf to me." Walker ordered. "You know, you didn't have to kidnap all the campers to get me to bring you Wulf." said Danny. "Perhapes not, but I did have to take the ones that stumbled across my search party in the woods. If only to keep them from shooting off their mouths....We started looking out for Wulf, but once I learned you were in those woods too---well, I knew I only had to kidnap a few of your friends to get your attention. No matter, the end result is the same. I have your friends and you have mine." Walker replied.
"Something tells me Wulf doesn't consider you a friend." Danny said to him as he picks up the duffle bag and tosses it to Walker. "Again, no matter. The important thing is this game of cat and mouse is now over, and in case you had any doubts, you're the mouse." Walker said as the bag lands in front of him. Then he pulls the thermos out and sucks in Danny.
"Now I have the campers, the ghost boy, and Wulf. That Phantom punk should've known better than to engage in a game of wits with me." Walker said then he vends down over the bag and begins to open it. "And now--" he started to say but instead of Wulf popping up, he was greeted with an ecto-blast to the face and blown back.
"What in the...." He started to say once he lands on his butt. And then you fly out of the bag, up in the air and do a back-flip and land on your feet. "It's hard to engage in a battle of wits when your oppenent is missing a few piecies!" You said as you smile and raised your glowing hands to aim at him and the guards. "A Ghost Girl?!" Walker exclaimed. "Surprise!" You said and you blast them away. You look down and see the Thermos on the ground and run towards it just as Walker hits you with a pink ghostray. You close your eyes as you go intangible through a wall and fall into the next room.
You sigh with relief as you open the Thermos, releasing Danny. "Nice save!" He complimented just as Walker and a couple of guards come up around the corner. "Get 'em!" He shouts and the guards begin to fire as Danny drags you away from them and around the corner. But you go back and raise your index finger and start to blast the guards and Walker away. You smile at this as Danny comes up and wraps his arms around your waist. "Let's go!" He said and then the two of you round the corner.
"Look." He said and he places his hand on the wall and turns it invisible to expose the others trapped in a state of suspened animation. "Oh my gosh! Tucker! Sam! The campers! Are they floating in oatmeal?" You asked him. "It's a state of suspended animation that just so happens to look like breakfast. Trust me, they're okay." Danny replied. "How do we get them out?" You ask.
"The question is when do you join them?" Walker asked as two guard grab Danny and two more grab you. "Look you got me, let (y/n) go!" Danny shouted at Walker. "Let someone go? That would be against the rules!" Walker said as he holds up a shock collar. "Collar always worked on Wulf, but since he's not here, I'll have to put it on someone else." He said, smiling. "You can't scare me, Walker!" Danny said.
"I'll make a note of that, ghost boy. But you're not the one whose going to wear this." Walker said and he appraoches you. You struggled in the guards grip as Walker brings the collar close to your neck. "NO!" Danny screams in fear.
Then suddenly, Wulf leaps up and pins Walker down. "Wulf!" You and Danny cheered as The guards immedately release you and point their weapons at Wulf and Walker. "Hold it!" They shout. "No, don't hit me!" Walker said and he ectoblasts Wulf off of him. You blasts the guards and send them tumbling onto Walker.
Meanwhile Danny changes back into human form and slips through both the guards grasp to the wall behind them. Then when the guards turn around to see where he went, Danny reaches through the wall and bangs their heads together. And then, resuming ghost form, meets up with you and Wulf. "Nice job!" Danny complimented and you smile at him just as Walker shouts. "Sieze them!"
"Ready?" Danny asked you two.
"Ready!" You replied as you get into a fighting stance.
Then both groups rush at each other, accompanying the charge with war cries: Wulf slices at a few guards while you and Danny either used ecto-beams or your ice powers on them. Walker grabs Danny around the neck and slams him up against the wall and said. "You all are breaking the law, ghost boy!" Then you blasts through part of Walker's hat exposing his head, causing him to release Danny, and run off panicked.
"Nice job! Get Wulf and go free Tucker and Sam while I keep Walker's army busy." Danny told you. You turn to Wulf and said. "Ok. Come with me," you said then you started to speak Esperanto to him. Danny stares at you. "So I know some too, don't judge me!" You said, teasingly to him. He laughs as Danny goes one way and you and Wulf go the other.
You and Wulf run into the room where the other campers are being contained. "Tucker. Sam." You said as you see their bodies floating in the container. "So you think you can run away from me?" Walker asked just as he was hit in the back by a ghost ray. Walker screams innpain and he turns to face Danny. "Firing from behind, how very cowardly." He spat at Danny. "You'd know all about that, torturing Wulf, almost torturing (y/n)!" Danny said, angrily. Walker hits Danny with a plasma-ray, knocking him into the wall, but Danny gets up and flys at Walker.
However before impact, he purposefully changes forms, so he sails through Walker and lands on the other side, in front of you and Wulf, and returns to ghost form. "You!" Walker screams. You raise your glowing blue hands and turn to Danny. "What do you say, we put this feud on ice?" You asked him. He smiles and nods and the two of you freeze Walker with an ice ray.
"How do we get in there to free them?" You ask Danny as you two walk up to the wall. "Easy, remember how normal humans can pass through stuff in the Ghost Zone?" Danny said. You turn human and phase through the wall. "Now, there should be a switch around here, somewhere." You muttered when suddenly the wall behind you lifts up. Both you and Danny turn and see Wulf had his claw holding down the switch, clearly marked open and close, and smiled comically. "Uh duh?!" He said and you couldn't help but chuckle.
After getting the container out of the room, Danny stops and looks around. "Wait, where's Wulf?" He asked. You and Danny peer from behind the cube to see Wulf with his tongue stuck to the iced Walker. "Ferocious, yes. Smart? Not so much." You said.
Later after freeing Wulf, all three of you, including the giant container, stood out behind the waterfall again and in frontnof the portal. "A little revere porlarity should keep Walker in the Ghost Zone for awhile." Danny said as he taps away on the Thermos then aims it at the Portal, which closes when thermos ray hits. "Ok, let's get out of here." He said as he had you and Wulf sit on top of the container and he lifts the container of campers and flys out of the cave and lands next to the stream.
"I'm impressed." You said to him as he flies up on top of th container. "With my strength?" He asked you as he poses by raising his arms, flexing them. "No, that you knew what reverse polarity was." You replied, a smile playing on your lips. "Funny." Danny said, sarcastically. Then he turns to Wulf and said. "You're free, my friend. Run before (y/n) tries to make another joke!"
You place your hand over your heart, pretending to be hurt by his comment and said. "Hey, I'm funny." Danny chuckles alittle as Wulf speaks in Esperanto. "Yes..." Danny said then he repeats the phrase and adds a few things. "Amigo!" Wulf said and he licks Danny's face. "Whoa! Down boy!" Danny laughs then Wulf looks over at you and licks your face as well. You giggle and said. "We'll miss you too!" Then Wulf jumps off the container and runs off.
"You okay?" You asked Danny. "Yeah, come on. Let's get everyone back to camp." He said. "We don't have to wake them all up right away, do we?" You asked him and he smiles at you.
"So we're going to tell everyone it was just a dream?" Sam asked you two. It was night and you and Danny were able to wake up Sam and Tucker. You and Danny were sitting next to each other on a log, Sam was sitting in the next log and Tucker was setting up the portable DVD player. "Of course not." You said. "But everyone's going to think it was, courtesy of a bad headache from being in suspended animation." Danny replied as you look over at the container with the other campers.
"Yeah, floating that oatmeal was almost worse than eatting it!" Tucker remarked. Danny puts a marshmellow on a stick as he said. "Wulf is free, Walker's in the Ghost Zone, and we don't have to wake the others till morning. I mean till it's gray again." He said as his marshmellow catches on fire and he waves around panically till it goes out leaving a charred marshmellow, making him frown.
"Just make sure you get out of Lester's way when you wake him, he hasn't gone to the bathroom in days." Sam warned. "Ugh, thanks for the warning." You said as Tucker said. "Ok we're ready." Then he presses play and Bloodbath: The Final Spill opening card takes up the screen. "It's showtime!" Tucker said as he walks over and sits down on the grass, leaning against the log Sam was sitting on. Sam gets down and sits next to him while Danny sits on the ground and you sit in the space between his legs, leaning your back against Danny's chest. He wraps his arms around you and kisses your neck as all four of you begin to watch the movie.
*SAM'S POV*
As the movie starts, I happen to look over at Danny and (y/n) and I can't help but feel the same burning anger I get in my chest everytime I see Danny and (y/n) together. Everytime they hug, everytime they kiss, everytime they cuddle up each other and say I love you to each other, I can't help but get this feeling and think the same thought over and over.....I wish it was me he was saying that to, I wish it was me hugging him, I wish it was me he was kissing. I wish I was his girlfriend. And then it leads me to think this, I wish Danny never met (y/n). I don't like feeling this way or think these things but....I can't help it.
I'm in love with Danny.
