"Merry almost Christmas my friends" I said,rushing into Star Labs,to see Caitlin,Cisco and Dr Wells in the cortex. I opened up my bag and handed them their gifts.
"Merry Christmas Sammy. I hope you got me something good" Caitlin spoke,joyfully.
"Have a holly jolly Christmas Sam." Cisco joked."Lets hope no meta human tries to ruin our Christmas fun this year"
"Better not,otherwise their getting a beating of a lifetime" I yelled. Ain't nobody ruining my Christmas."Do you guys know where Barry is? I need to give him his gift"
"I think he'll be here soon. Stick around for a bit" Cisco cheered.
"Thank you for the gift Sam." Dr Wells said,glumly. Unfortunately the accident happened around Christmas,so Wells doesn't enjoy Christmas much. Yay,I felt wind. Barry's here!
"Merry Christmas" Barry greeted."Just a small token of my gratitude" Barry began to pass out his presents,from his extremely festive bag.
"Aw" Caitlin swooned.
"For everything you guys have done for me this year" Barry cheered. I love how the holidays,they make everyone more happy and loving.
"I think I speak on behalf of my colleagues when I say you've been a gift for us,Barry" Dr Wells greeted. Changing his emotions from bland to smiley. He could have done that for my present.
"What's that?" Caitlin asked,as Barry pulled out a bottle from the bag
"This is compliments from Iris's grandma Esther's famous eggnog." Barry grinned,holding the bottle.
"Gimme gimme." I went over to Barry to pass it me,so I could have some. I got some very weird looks from everyone."What? Iris gave me some at work and it was so nice!"
"I know. I've had it for many years" Barry retorted.
"That's what I'm talking about." Cisco said,happily.
"Maybe later for me. Wouldn't want to drink and drive." Wells attempted to joke. It wasn't bad,but it wasn't good either. He rolled out of the cortex,looking even sadder than before.
"Did I say something wrong?" Barry questioned,sounding utterly confused.
"No" Caitlin reassured.
"No,man. He um..this used to be his favourite time of year, but the accident happened before Christmas,so..kind out ruined the holidays." Cisco explained.
"I'm gonna go get him a present. Maybe that'll cheer him up. Thank you very much." Caitlin exited the room,with her present.
"Sam,don't open my present till I tell you.Please." Barry pleaded. I wonder what this amazing present is.
"Ok? And here's your present. Since I have to wait for your gift,you can wait for mine" I handed Barry my present.
"Thanks Partner" Barry grinned,politely.
"Anytime. Now,anyone wanna watch a nice festive film?" Both boys put there hands up,and Cisco began to set up all the screens on one film.
"I'll get popcorn" Barry insisted. I grabbed his arm before he left.
"Remember,salted popcorn. And bring me some candy while your at it" he nodded in agreement and rushed off.

Well,are little film gathering went well. We all ended up going to sleep after watching the grinch,then were woken by Caitlin when we all we sleeping on top of each other. Now it's the next day,and then metas can't take a break,even at Christmas. Right now I'm in Star Labs with the gang to get the details on this murder Barry and Joe had investigated this morning. I don't have a clue what we could be facing this time. Each meta we face is worse than the last. Hopefully Christmas will make the metas easier to catch.
"The witness described seeing a yellow blur just like the one that killed Barry mother,and Samantha's parents." Joe stated. He's back,again. Didn't he think that killing my parents were enough? Killing Barry's mother? Beating the absolute shit out of me? And now he's back,to do god knows what. No wonder Barry has looked distraught the entire time he's been here.
"Then we need to get cracking and stop this speed psycho." Cisco said. I couldn't stop looking at the floor. All sorts of situations were popping in my head,none of which were good. My nerves are getting to me. I can't cope with this at Christmas."That--I wasn't trying to give him a name"
"The crime scene at mercury Labs was on the floor a highly secure floor. The witness said he was looking for something" Barry explained,still sounding worried.
"Whatever it was,he wanted it badly enough to kill for it." Dr Wells said,sounding intrigued by the events.
"Doctor,what do you know about this Mercury Labs?" Joe asked,looking like he'd hope he would get something out of this.
"Mercury was on of Star Labs major competitors until our little setback,and then it catapulted to the forefront led by Dr Christina McGee. Brilliant but egocentric physicist." Dr Wells explained,popping up a profile on Dr McGee.
"It's says here Dr McGee has secure half a billion dollars in private funding to develop,and I quote 'prototypes for the technology of the future' " Cisco read out.
"Well, I'll be. Tina's messing with tachyons,superluminal particles." Dr Wells realised. Well whatever she was doing the man in yellow wants it bad enough,and will remove anyone in his way. Oh I can't believe this I happening.
"Of course. So what could someone did with one of those.." Joe tried to figure out what word he was to say.
"Tachyons" Dr Wells helped.
"Thank you" Joe said.
"Well,I didn't know. Become invincible? If you could devise a matrix stable enough to harness their power,you could travel faster than light." That makes sense. He said to me,when he had attacked me, Barry and I had got faster than him. Maybe he's trying to get the equipment to make him faster than us?
"He's gonna try to get them again,so we need to get what Mercury has and use it as a lure." Barry sated,sounding fearful.
"Barry's right,we gotta find someone way to trap him here." I added,crossing my arms. I don't know what to do!
"Exactly right. Cisco, Caitlin let's start engineering a trap." Dr Wells ordered.
"You got it" Cisco cheered.
"Of course" Caitlin smiled. I looked toward Barry and saw his depressed face. I couldn't help think he felt the fear,terror the anger I feel right now. What can we do against the guy who is way faster than me and Barry? And if he gets the tachyon prototype he will be even faster,making the odds of us catching him slimmer than they already were."Sam are you ok?"
"Yeah,fine,absolutely fine" I faked a smile,to hide the fear. I can't ruin Christmas cause of the man in yellow."I'm going to go" I rushed out before being,most likely,stopped by my friends. I need some time,to think.

Man Central City is cold at night. I hugged my coat as tight as I could,to preserver warmth. I'm almost at CCPD. I wanted to see if Barry was ok with the whole fact that the man in yellow is back,and see if he's coping better than I am.
I finally reached CCPD and met Iris on my way in."Hey Iris,what you doing here?" I asked.
"I came to visit Barry and tell him I'm moving in with Eddie." Iris stated,extremely smiley."Why are you here?"
"Well congratulations as you and Eddie are taking that next step,and I wanted to talk to Barry" I forced a smile,even though I'm not really as happy as I was in the morning.
"Well have a nice conversation. I'll see ya later Sammy" and with that she was off. I walked into to CCPD,and went straight to Barry's lab. I knocked on his massive open doors and awaited a reply. But I got no answer. I decided just to walk in. When I entered the lab,I saw Barry staring at a board in front of him. The board looked exactly like the one in my apartment,all the evidence of his mothers murder was hung up on the board.
"Hey Bar,I thought I was the only one doing an evidence board." I spoke,looking at Barry as sincerely as I could.
"Well your not,I've been collecting evidence since my mothers murder." Barry said,twisting his chair in my direction. I walked up to the board and began to look carefully. Newspaper reports,pictures,even photographs of the knife that had stabbed his mother,and his mothers dead body.
"I can't believe he's back. To ruin everything again" I continued to scan the board,feeling sorry for myself and Barry. The people we cared about most were taken away from us,and when I found out the man in yellow was back,all those horrific memories came back.
"He took everything we loved,cared about,away. My mother,your parents." Barry stood from his chair,and stood by me. My eyes began to tear,from staring at all the evidence.
"What are we gonna do?" I said,turning towards Barry for answers. He turned to look at me,his eyes also beginning to tear.
"Run. As fast as we can. We'll stop him,together" he said softly,bringing his hand to touch my face.
"Together" I smiled. That made me feel a lot better."I'll see ya later Barry"
"See ya Sam. And remember,don't open the present" he warned,chuckling.
"Don't worry I won't. Bye" i turned to go but the lightning I heard startled me. I went towards the window,to see if it had started raining,and I was shocked. It's him. The man in yellow. Standing on the top of the building across from the station. Looking straight at me.
"Sam,what's wrong?" Barry asked,sounding scared. I pointed towards the window,as I had no words. My hand quivered,I was filled with the utmost fear and anger. I'm pretty sure my fear overpowered my anger. Barry looked at the man in yellow and had to take a step back,most likely to realise this was real.
The man who ruined are lives is back,and probably back to finish the job he had wanted to do when we were eleven. To kill me and Barry.
