you turn over on your side and open your eyes.
pain washes over your body, resulting in you getting out of bed and heading into the bathroom.
just what you predicted.
period.
you groan, grabbing a pad from the box in the cabinet and an extra pair of pants.
you walk out of the bathroom after finishing.
you walk back over to the bed where jack is peacefully sleeping.
you reach your side, and as you come up to it, there is a big red stain on the sheet.
"shit! shit, shit, shit!" you exclaim.
you must have said it to loudly, because jack turns over and opens his eyes.
"what's wrong?" he asks, and his eyes trail down to the stain.
"jack, baby, i'm so sorry! i didn't kn-," you start to explain, tears starting to fall, as he gets out of bed.
"y/n, y/n calm down. it's fine. it's life, it happens," he says, smiling.
"but-," you start, but he cuts you off again.
"y/n, baby, look at me."
you look up into his eyes.
"it's okay. really, i promise. now, how about you take a nice hot shower, i'll get this cleaned up, okay?"
you only nod.
jack takes your hand in his, bringing you into the bathroom.
he turns on the shower, kisses you on the cheek, then leaves the bathroom.

you walk out of the bathroom, nice and clean and warm.
jack sits on the bed, that has new sheets.
the tv is on, ready to watch an episode of friends.
"feel better?" he asks.
"a lot better," you reply.
"good," he smiles.
you walk over to your side of the bed, and get in, laying down with jack as he wraps his arms around you.
he kisses your head, intertwining your hands.
"thank you," you whisper.
"you welcome, love," he replies.

updating for more than a month.
uh yeah, hello.
the reason why i haven't updated in more than a month is because i was busy with school/finals and i also just didn't have a lot of motivation to write and publish.
