Braelyn waited at a table at The Loft Steakhouse , she was meeting Lauren for lunch. There had been some tension between the two since they came back from Cabo.
However , since Braelyn was a new mother she really hadn't noticed . She was busy making bottles , changing diapers and getting her house together. Come to think of it she hadn't even really talked to her little sister. Kaiden hadn't really been posting on Instagram. She made mental note to call her when she left lunch .
Lauren walked in , Brae stood to hug her . As they embraced , Brae got the feeling Lauren didn't really want to be there but ignored it.
"So how you been ? I ordered you some white wine", Brae spoke and Lauren nodded
"So wassup, why did you want to meet me for lunch?", Lauren asked with irritation in her voice and Brae raised her eyebrow
"I just feel like we aren't as close as we used to be , maybe it's because of the baby or me getting the house together . It just feels like you are very distant", she replies
The waitress brings Lauren her wine and Braelyn's drink, the girls thanks her and she excuses herself
"I don't know what you are talking about , I have noticed any distance", Lauren spoke
"Really , Lauren we are supposed to be family . I know I've been caught up but I want to fix things", She replied taking a sip of her drink
"I don't know it just seems like in the last couple of months you checked out of the friendship and sometimes I think you believe your life is perfect "
"Girl , perfect where the hell did that come from . We certainly ain't perfect , we have our problems . Maybe you forgot , we used to spend many night up late crying on the phone . Or maybe you blocked that part out now that you are with Remy. Cause if anyone has changed it's you. You don't even come around anymore "
"I've been trying to keep this relationship to myself . It's new for me and I just don't want anyone judging my situation"
"Girl , you act like the streets don't talk . If anyone knows that it's you . As many bitches as we've run up on. You were just in a 10 year relationship , stop trying to act like it's didn't happen"
The conversation was getting intense and Lauren would rather be home with her man and puppy .
"Look we all have lives and they are perfect Lauren but don't shut me out . You are still one of my best friends , we've been through a lot . Just because we are in different stages doesn't mean I love you any less . Brielle just came into my life and took over "
Lauren nodded ,"So where do we go from here ?"
"It's up to you , just take that perfect word out your mouth cause you know me . I keep a lot to myself too, if people knew half the stuff I put up with ", Brae told her shaking her head
"Like what ?" , Lauren asked with her head tilted
"Hmph, Ashley . Who you think went with her to get that abortion she had? Me , I had someone following her for months . I knew she was pregnant , her and Dave spent too much time at "the trap" AKA The W. I ran up on her one day and after that she was never supposed to look our way. She got messy and now she's dead . Till this day he thinks I don't know about the baby but some things you have to take to the grave", she replied finishing her drink and calling the waitress over for another
Lauren just stared with her mouth open, she couldn't believe it. Not Ms. Taylor , she always looked up to Brae as being very classy .
"Wow, that's something you never shared . I'm shocked "
"Can't show your entire hand all the time"
After the awkward silence , the waitress came over taking their drink orders.
"You talked to Kaiden, she's been MIA lately . She's supposed to be going down to Atlanta with us for Ryan's graduation next week ", Brae spoke
"Really , last I heard they were beef--", Lauren couldn't stop the words fast enough
"For what?"
" I don't really know , I saw them a couple months when Brielle was born and he was giving her the silent treatment"
Braelyn was confused , she didn't even notice because by the time her Brielle were discharged Kaiden had gone back to LA
"I saw on TheShadeRoom that Chris said he was single on his page"
Braelyn nodded sending her sister a text , she hadn't really talked to her and was wondering what the problem was . For the next two hours they both sat and caught up on a lot of things going on

Braelyn looked at all the comments and laughed at her friends and followers.
"Dave !!Bring me my baby please ", Braelyn called over the bannister
Dave came up the main stairs carrying Brielle tickling her and she fell out laughing . She was a playful baby and loved her daddy.
"Say mommy you a hater", Dave laughed as they walked in to their bedroom
"What time does our flight leave on Saturday?", Braelyn asked
"It leaves at 10 am, he brought most of his stuff home this summer so he's bringing back the rest in his car", Dave told her as he layed back on the bed
"I had lunch with Lauren the other day", Braelyn told him as she sat in her recliner with Brielle on her chest falling asleep.
"How did that go?" , he asked
"She said I acted like our relationship was perfect ", she laughed
Dave looked at her with a serious face and trying to search her eyes to see if she was serious
"Lauren is bugged out , what the fuck she snorting coke now . If anything we just keep everything to ourselves what's her problem"
" I don't know , but I told her yes we keep a lot to ourselves and don't talk about a lot"
"Lauren been real different the past couple months since she been with ole boy "
"I don't know but I hope she gets it together , maybe we can all go out when we get to Atlanta"
"Yeah do that , now put the baby down so we can get started on another one"
Braelyn laughed taking Brielle in her nursery to lay her down
Saturday Afternoon...
Everyone flight had landed in Atlanta, and they were picking up their rental cars . Braelyn, Miss Lisa, Dave, Lauren , Chanel, Korey Rashad ,Arielle and the babies all were heading out of the airport to the rental car lot .
"Y'all just gonna leave your little sister behind after I done flew down here !!", a familiar voice yelled
Everyone turned around seeing a fat faced Kaiden with a baby bump
Confused was the only expression on everyone's face that could be explained 😵😵😳
