"I can't believe I'm twenty one!" You exclaimed.

"I know! Weren't you just eighteen?" Karen asked.

As you sat in the chair, Karen Faye fixed your makeup for your private birthday party.

"You can officially drink now! How does that feel?" She asked, applying your blush.

"I'm probably not going to have much tonight. I might just try it since it's legal. I don't want to be much of a drinker. Besides, I might get drunk after one drink since I'm not immune to it," you laughed.

Karen laughed loudly.

"That's possible! Luckily, you'll have a lot of us there to catch you if you pass out."

It was your turn to laugh.

"Okay, lovely. You're all finished! Twenty one is gonna be a fun age!"

"I know! I'm very excited!"

"So what's the theme for the party?" Karen asked, brushing your dress off.

"I have no idea. Michael planned it. He knows what I like, though."

"Y/N?" A voice called and knocked on the door.

"Go on! I'll clean up," Karen said.

You opened the door and Michael stepped in.

"Hello, love," you greeted and kissed him.

"You look beautiful," he complimented.

"Thank you."

"You're welcome. Are you ready?"

"Yep. Are you?"

"Uh huh. I can't wait for you to see it."

"I have no idea what you planned, but I trust you."

"You're coming aren't you, Karen?" Michael asked.

"Yeah, I'll be down in a second," she replied.

You both nodded and headed downstairs.

"I'm so excited," you beamed.

"You should be. I know you're gonna love it."

"Okay," Karen said, skipping down the stairs.

"Are we all ready?" Bill asked.

You all nodded.

"Alright, let's head."

For most of the car ride, you didn't recognize anything. You all talked and laughed about anything that came to mind. Suddenly, Bill took Disneyland Drive exit and you yelled.

"Michael!" You shouted and pointed to the sign.

He laughed and nodded his head.

"Oh my Jesus Christmas!" You screamed excitedly.

Everyone laughed at your sudden outburst. Your inner child was about to come out of the dark.

~~~~
"Okay, Y/N. Close your eyes," Michael instructed.
You smiled and shut your eyes. He smiled and guided you to the park entrance.
"Okay, open."
You opened your eyes to see the park completely empty. Not only was it empty, but there were party decorations and catering stands all over the place.
"Oh, Michael! Thank you so much! I love it!" You said with teary eyes.
You hugged him tightly. As you looked around, you noticed one thing.
"Where is everyone? I mean, the park is usually overcrowded!"
"I rented the park for this. No one else can come in."
Your eyes widened.
"Oh my goodness, babe. That must've costed a fortune. You didn't have to-"
"I wanted to, Y/N. I love you."
You smiled and kissed him.
"I love you more."
Your closest friends and family greeted you with hugs and kisses. You were so happy to see that Michael's family was there too. You really did love the Jacksons.
"This is crazy! You can drink now!" Latoya exclaimed.
"I know. Everyone's mentioning that, but I don't see myself as being a huge drinker."
"That's good, but you will have a little taste tonight?" She smiled.
"Of course," you laughed.
"You're not our kid anymore!" Jackie said, walking over.
"I know. I'm movin' on up," you replied.
"I'm sure you'll enjoy twenty one. I know I did."
"I will. It'll be a good year."
As the day went by, a group of you ran around the park going on ride after ride. It was paradise. When walking to Space Mountain, Janet stopped.
"You coming, Janet?" You asked.
"She's a chicken," Michael said.
"Shut up, Mike. I'll let you guys go on this one," she replied.
"Are you sure?" You asked her.
"Positive."
Michael laughed and you shrugged. The rest of you guys headed into the ride.
~~~~

"Happy birthday dear, Y/N. Happy birthday to you!" Everyone sang.

You made your wish and blew out the candles.

When everyone sat down to eat, you sat in between your best friend and Michael.

"Y/N, you done with that cake?" He (Y/B/F/N) asked you.

"Yes, why?" You looked at him.

"Pass the drink, Jermaine!" Your best friend yelled.

Jermaine grabbed the alcohol bottle and passed it to him.

"Now is the big moment!" He exclaimed.

You gingerly grabbed the bottle and poured yourself a glass. Everyone focused on you. On your first sip, you let the wine drip out of your mouth immediately. People laughed.

"How do you like it, Y/N?" Michael smiled.

You scrunched up your face, feeling the intense burn in your throat.

"This burns!" You yelled but swallowed the rest.

Everyone laughed loudly, expecting that reaction.

"That's typical. You'll probably like it more once you get used to it," Jackie said.

Once you took a couple more sips, you started to like it. Everyone could tell by how your facial expression changed.

"I think she likes it," Y/B/F/N said.

You smiled and nodded. Michael put his arm around your shoulder. You gingerly poured yourself more alcohol.

"Be careful, you don't want to overdue it," Michael warned.

"Let her have fun, Michael! She's twenty one now!" Latoya said.

"She's my girl always. I'm just looking out for her," he replied.

~~~~
"I love this ride!" You yelled, running down Main Street.
"Y/N, most of the guests left. We should get going. I have the Disneyland Hotel reserved for us," Michael laughed.
"What are you gonna do to me at the hotel, daddy?" You asked drunkly.
Some of the family laughed loudly and Michael blushed.
"Oh, she's wasted," Marlon said.
"Y/N, we need to get you to bed," Michael said.
You smiled, shook your head, and ran away. Michael rolled his eyes and ran after you.
"Come get me!" You yelled.
You circled the Walt Disney statue. Michael went around the other side to get you head on. At the last second, you slide on your heels and turned around. Everyone left at the party was on the floor from laughing so hard.
After running half a mile, Michael got close enough to grab your waist. You tripped and fell on the cement. He swiftly picked you up.
"No, wait! You forgot to get Michael!" You yelled.
Michael sighed and walked out of the park, the laughter of his family behind him.
~~~~

"Y/N, you're never having alcohol again. You're to hard to handle in this state. I'm just glad you're small and easy to grab," Michael said.

You gasped and giggled. In your footie pajamas, you crawled down the hotel hallway.
Michael picked you up for the fifth time and carried you into the room.

"Watch me dunk!" You yelled and jumped out of his grip.

You bounced an imaginary basketball and pretended to dunk.

"Score!" You yelled and passed out on the bed.

Michael sighed in relief and smiled.

"Goodnight, Y/N. I love you. You're going to feel horrible tomorrow."
