In that very moment i wanted her lips on mine. I wanted her hands on me. So i just pulled her in.
She didn't seem to care.
I snaked my arms around her waist and looked down at her with so much compassion.
Her eyes focused on mine.
"Hi," she whispered.
"Hi."
She laid her head against me and we continued to watch the movie. Then got my nerve up.
"Liza?"
"Yeah?"
"Can i kiss you? As friends?"
She grew silent.
"W-what?"
I sat up, pulling her up with me, and sat her in front of me.
"I just want to know what it's like to kiss you Liza. It's okay," I reassured her.
She looked down. Her gears were turning.
"I mean if you don't want thats fine too."
"As friends? Just friends."
"Just friends."
She nodded and leaned in and i did the same.
My lips were on hers for about ten seconds and we both pulled away.
I smiled. She pushed a piece of hair be hide her ear and smiled.
"That was nice," I whispered.
"Yeah," she whispered back.
"Hey.. don't worry about anything.. it's our little secret," i said making sure she wasn't regretting it.
She smiled and kissed me again. I kissed back instantly.
This time the kiss was a lot longer and rough.
I put a hand on her face and she did the same.
She pulled away slowly.. smiling.
I tackled her to the bed and and started tickling her.
"David! Stop," she yelling, laughing. I loved to do cute couple stuff like this with her, even though we aren't a couple.
Her laugh made me laugh. Her smile made me smile. Her crying made me want to cry. I was truly in love with this girl. But she didn't know that. And never will.
Or thats what i thought.
