Sky's P.O.V
Taking deep breathes in I tried to calm myself down before I do something really stupid! Breathe in, breathe out.
"Who do you think you are? My dad, well you not. Alex needs me" I tried to keep the frustration out my voice but it got in there towards the end. Ignoring me Phoenix stayed quiet, focusing on the road.
"Phoenix, do not ignore me" I said, gritting my teeth and feeling my blood beginning to boil.
"What, what do you want me to say, sorry, well no way. I'm NOT sorry from saving you from that asshol-" My hand connected to Phoenix's face hard making a deafening noise.
"You don't know him!" I shouted furiously tearing up, all self control out the window.
"Oh and you do do ya? He yelled "Hes my sisters KILLER Sky, KILLER. Shes dead, gone, lifeless, no more cos of ALEX"
"How can I know what your saying is true?" I whispered quietly tears dripping down my face.
Phoenix laughed sarcastically. "Thats right, don't believe me, believe the killer!"
The car was filled of cold silence, turning my face from him I looked out the window. I can't believe I slapped him, I should say sorry, but not yet it could turn it to an argument again. But hearing him talk about Alex that like... I don't know, just got me so mad. Who knows maybe Phoenix is right and Alex is the... killer. I shuddered, just thinking of things like that made my heart freeze over. The sound of the door slamming shut made me jump, making my thoughts disappear. I slowly got out the car, closing the door quietly. I watched Phoenix walking into the forest fast leaving me standing the in the cold wind. Sighing to myself I marched into the house. Standing in the door way was Ashton.
"Heyyy girl, how was the part-?" He looked at me concerning. "What happened?" He asked guiding me to the kitchen. Sitting on the stool I told him what happened while he made me some hot chocolate.
"I'm feel so bad for slapping him" I said after sipping my drink.
"Sky, forget 'bout slapping Phoenix for a sec. What he said about Alex is true. I swear" He said, his eyes a light red around the edges.
"Ash, I'm tired. I need to go bed" And after saying that I left Ashton sitting in kitchen alone. Turning the corner I swear I saw Phoenix at the end of the hallway
"Phoenix" I yelled running. When I got there he was gone. I opened the door to my bedroom and sat on the bed. Then I started to cry, and never stopped.
Alex's P.O.V
I pulled up to the house in my black Aston Martin Vanquish, I could hear the music blaring from two huge stereos inside. After two days I finally know where Sky is, one of my good friends was here when he saw Sky and rang me. Of course I ran out of the motel I was staying in and rushed here. I walked up to the steps and began my search for my beauty. I decided to check upstairs first and found nothing. After every room I checked was empty bits of hope chipped away. Getting annoyed I walked down the stairs to found my mate, when I saw her. Her beautiful cloud gray eyes sparkled in the shining light. As if moving on their own my legs take one step forward, then another. She was walking towards me with a small smile playing on her breathtaking face. But I watched as someone blocking Sky. Getting pissed off I started to run but was blocked by two jocks smiling arrogantly. The person who was blocking Sky was now pulling her towards the front door, the person gazed back and it was Phoenix!! That prick!!!
I pushed one of the jocks and he stumble back making a small hole in the wall. I had forget about the other one until his large fisted smashed into my gut making me fall to the ground. The pain exploded in my gut making me feel sick. More and more punches and kicks came my way, I tried to fight them off but a throbbing, stinging sharp pain was traveling on the surface of my body, that got worse with each punch. I tried no to make a sound but it all got to much.
"Sky" I whimpered and tried to look for her but my eye-site was blurry and dizzy.
"ALEX" I heard her shouted , she said something else but I couldn't hear anything expect the thudding of my blood ringing like bells in my ears.
I heard one of the jocks laugh and I would of punch him but I just in so much pain, so much pain that I couldn't take it and stopped trying to cover my face. They must have realized as the kicks and punches became less aggressive and eventually stopped. Someone helped my to my feet and dragged me to the sofa. I flopped down on it and groan as just sitting down caused me extreme pain
"You okay?" Someone asked but I didn't answer. If it wasn't Sky's voice I didn't care. After finding her, I lose her!! I should of brought Adrian, or someone who could of helped me but no, I had to be super hero Alex and save her all by myself. But not next time, no way in HELL!!!! I stumbled out the house, each step causing me to moan lowly. But I reached the car and climbed in, as soon as I sat down I started to drive randomly. I don't were she is but I'll find her!! And when I find her I'll find Ashton and Phoenix and they'll pay for this. They WILL pay!!!
2 days after!!!
Sky's P.O.V!!!
The dazzling sun light shined on my face forcing me to wake up. I looked at the clocked and groaned. It was 7 in the morning, I've only spelt 4 hours. I spent the past two days in here thinking what to do but always came up blank. I slowly walked to the bathroom half asleep and jumped in the shower. As soon as the water splashed my skin I was wide awake. After having a quick shower, got dressed, brushed my hair in to a simple low pony not feeling bother to do anything else. Its safe to say, I'm not a happy camper. Then brushed my teeth. Leaving the room in a bad mood I glared at the floor moving the trays that were full of food to the side. Then out of nowhere something or should I say SOMEONE bounced into me. I glanced up to see an angry Phoenix. We stood there staring at each other in awkward silence until it got to much and I had to say something.
"I'm sorry I slapped you" I blurted out. He nodded and walked on. Sighing to myself I chased after him. "Phoenix, wait!" I shouted, I caught up to him and look straight in his eyes
"Phoenix I'm so, so sorry for slapping you!! Just hearing you say something bad about him trigger something in inside me. I feel real bad for doing it.
D-do you forgive me..." I said, he just looked at me, hurt plain in his amazing eyes and walked off again. Hes giving me the silence treatment, I'm not saying I'm don't deserve it but... I miss the fun, non- glaring Phoenix.
I walked on to the living room where Ashton was sitting there glued to the T.V. One guess what he was watching... FOOTBALL! Jeez, guys and their sports. I don't hate sports, I just like don't spending 24 hours watching, talking, reading or playing sports like some guys I know. I sat down at the end of the sofa.
"Mornin' Ash" I said trying to be happy but it wasn't happening. He turned his head slowly from the T.V and looked at me with an confused expression.
"So you came out of you room huh... what did you say morning? Sky, its 10 at night..." He looked down at his watch and was alarmed. "Damn, its 7. 30 in the morning. I don't where the times gone" He muttered. Chuckling I told him to go upstairs to bed.
"Yeah, yeah I'll do that" He said yawning and strolled out the room silently leaving me alone. I turned the T.V channel over and put American dad on and started laughing loudly. After awhile the sleep I been missing out on called me and I fell asleep on the sofa.
Two male voices woke me up and I just knew it was Ashton and Phoenix. I was gonna tell them to shut up but Ash's words stopped me.
"Dude, I heard she slapped you!!" Ashton said mocking Phoenix. I really what to hear what Phoenix had to say so stay 'asleep'.
"Whatever, You know what you can stuff yourself" Phoenix hissed. I heard chuckling and could picture Ash smirking.
"Calm down! Listen, I know she embarrassed and hurt you but just forgive her. Then you can grow a pair and tell her you LIKE like her!"
"I'm not gonna just forgive her like that. What she said was out of order!!! And who said I liked her?" Phoenix questioned.
"You make it so obvious" Ashton said. Whoa, Phoenix liked me? No, no, no Ash has it all wrong.
Phoenix growled and said "I do not"
"You do to!"
"Do not"
"Do to"
"Do n-" I shut Phoenix up by waking up. The whole room went silent as I 'woke up' I shuffled on the sofa and opened my eyes, blinked a couple times and stretched. I looked at them and smiled faintly. Ashton smiled back and I think the corners of Phoenix mouth curled up a little.
"What you guys staring at?" I asked after clearing my through.
"You snoring!" Ashton said smirking, he was sitting on the white leather chair and Phoenix was sitting across him at the end of the sofa.
"I don't think thats possible, cause I DON'T snore"
Ashton snorted while Phoenix stayed silent.
"Okay Misses Snory snorington" He replied and laughed loudly.
"Whatever" I sat up and looked at the clock. Damn it was four in the afternoon. "Whoa, why did you wake me up?"
"You needed some sleep" Phoenix said quietly, so quietly it fact that I could barely hear him. Phoenix looked to Ashton who waggled his eyebrows towards me. Jeez, Ash is so not obvious
"Anyways I gotta go... bye" Ash said and practically ran out the room wearing a goofy smile.
"Sooo..." I said drifting off. " I guess you talking to me again?" Phoenix just stayed quiet and played with his hands. "Or maybe not" I muttered
He frowned at me and said " Sky, I'm trying to forgive you but... what you said was like a knife in the back." Now it was my turn to play with my hands while he looked at me.
"Phoenix listen, I know you care about my well being and I'm sorry I doubted you" I said the words but in the back of my mind I knew that I was unclear about who to trust.
Then Phoenix smiled warmly at me and did something unexpected... he hugged me tightly. I was shocked at first but then hugged him back just as tight. He pulled back and stared in my eyes and I stared into his bright blue like the sky eyes. He slowly leaned forward and...
