You woke up and stared at the ceiling. Today was your first lesson from Umbridge. You were wondering how that was going to turn out.
'Good morning Y/N.' Hermione yawned.
She sat up and smiled at you. Slowly the other girl sat up as well. You rubbed your eyes and stood up. You got dressed and wondered what time it was. Did you have time to see Draco?
'I'm going to go, is that alright?' You asked.
'Sure... I'll see you at breakfast.' Hermione smiled.
You smiled back and walked down the stairs. Harry was already in the common room.
'Hi Harry. You're early.'
At that exact moment Ron came down the stairs.
'He had a bloody nightmare and couldn't sleep.'
'Again?' You asked worried while sitting down besides him.
Harry was still wearing his pajama shirt and some stains from sweat were visible. He looked at you. You grabbed his glasses from the table and put them on his nose. He passed you a short smile. You put some raven black hair behind his ear.
'Are you alright?' You asked.
'Yeah, I'm fine. It was just about a door... and about the dark Lord.' He sighed. 'Not about Cedric... that's new.' He continued.
You hugged him and he hugged you back.
'Why don't you go and get dressed. I'll see you at breakfast.' You smiled.
'Yeah I will... thank you Y/N.'
He got up and walked upstairs. Ron looked at you.
'Why do you feel sorry for him? He shouted at you yesterday.'
'He's angry... No-one believes him. The dark Lord killed Cedric and no-one agrees, no-one believes the one guy who saw the dark Lord. I'm sorry but I get why he's acting like this.'
You got up and walked out of the common room. You walked through the corridors. There were a few students awake but most of them were getting ready for breakfast. You looked around and saw Draco and his friends, Gregory, Vincent and Pansy. You turned around and wanted to walk away.
'Look who it is... our mudblood.' Pansy smirked.
You stopped. Well, this wasn't planned. You sighed and turned around.
'Where are you going? Going to get your other mudblood friend?' Gregory asked.
Draco looked at you. You looked back at him, straight into his beautiful eyes.
'Does that matter to you?'
'Well, in fact it does. You set one foot in this corridor and then turned back.' Vincent spoke.
'Are you scared of us?' Pansy asked with a grin.
'Why would I be scared of a few empty headed snakes?' You asked.
Pansy crossed her arms and looked at Draco.
'So? You're just going to let her talk about us in that way?' Pansy asked him.
'Why waste your time on a stupid mudblood, when we can go and bully Longbottom?'
'You rather bully Longbottom then this piece of trash?'
'Piece of trash? I'm not the one who's hair looks like a garbage bag!' You bit.
She turned around and looked at you in disbelief.
'Excuse me?!' She asked.
'Did you go with the normal one of with the XL style?' You asked.
You saw Draco trying to hold back his laughter.
'Draci-poo! She's mean to me!' She yelled.
'So? You actually listen to that?'
Pansy looked at him in anger before she walked away. Draco looked at the other goons.
'What are you still doing here? Go after her. I'll handle this one.'
They ran after Pansy. After a few seconds Draco shot into laughter. You laughed as well and slowly the laughter died down. You walked towards him.
'Garbage bag... just when I thought you couldn't be more amazing.' You wrapped your arms around his neck and kissed him.
After a while you pulled back.
'I just wanted to say hi. But when I saw your friends I was like... nope. Then pugface saw me.' You sighed.
'Yeah, I noticed.' He grinned.
You smiled and hugged him.
'I best be off... the other expect me at breakfast.' You mumbled in his chest.
'Can't you just stay a little longer?' He pleaded.
You sighed and looked up.
'No, I'm sorry.'
You kissed him and he kissed you back shortly before you pulled back.
'I love you.' You smiled.
'I love you too.'
You let him go and passed him one last smiled before hurrying towards the great hall. It was almost completely packed. You saw your friends and ran over to them.
'Hi.' You smiled while sitting down besides Harry.
'Where were you? We've been looking allover for you.' Hermione sighed.
'Sorry, I ran into Malfoy and his stupid goons.' You sighed.
'But Pansy, Vincent and Gregory are right here.' Ron spoke.
'Pansy ran away when I called her hair a garbage bag and the stupid brag send Crabbe and Goyle after her so he could finish our little argument.' You sighed.
You grabbed some food and you saw Ron and Harry trying they're best to hold back laughter.
'You called Pansys hair a garbage bag?' Ron asked.
You nodded and the two boys broke down in laughter. Hermione sighed.
'Honestly guys, that's mean.' Hermione scoffed.
'I also asked if she went for the normal or XL style.' You muttered, causing Harry to spit out the pumpkin juice he was just drinking, all over Hermione.
'HARRY! My robes you idiot!'
'I... I can't... help it.' He laughed.
'Now I have to go and get changed!'
You got up and pushed her goblet on the table. Her pumpkin juice spilled put all over Harry. You grabbed your wand and used a spell on Hermione. She turned around.
'What did you just do?'
'I fixed your robes. Now sit down.' You sighed before you did the same to Harry.

'This is going to be great...' Harry sighed.
'Umbridge... we couldn't have gotten a worse teacher.' You spoke.
'Agreed.' He sighed.
You didn't have any books. It was just a quill and paper.
'Y/N, Did you get any books for this class?' He asked.
'No... I was afraid I would be the only one.' You smiled.
You looked up and saw a paper bird flying through the classroom. You smiled as it moved your way. You blew against the birds wings and it flew away towards Malfoy, Crabbe and Goyle. They got up and punched the bird away. Then the bird flew back to the place it came from.
Suddenly it caught fire and the burned piece of paper fell down. Umbridge lowered her wand with the creepy smile of hers.
'Good morning children.' She started.
Her voice echoed through the room. You hated her high pitched, innocent like voice. Umbridge stepped forwards in her pink outfit. Everyone hated her, including you.
'Ordinary Wizard Level examination.' She spoke.
She used her wand to write it on the chalk border in front of the class.
'What the hell is this?' Harry mumbled.
'O W L.' She spoke as if you couldn't spell. 'More commonly known as OWLS.' She spoke.
She smiled into the class and no one dared to speak.
'Study hard and you will be rewarded. Fail to do so and the consequences may be severe.'
She flicked her wand and the piles of books behind her started floating, dividing themselves over the tables.
'Your previous instruction in this subject has been disturbingly uneven.' She continued.
You took the book in your hand and looked at it. Harry looked at you and you shrugged.
'But you will be pleased to know from now on you will be following a casually structured ministry approved of defense against the dark magic.'
You sighed and put up your hand.
'Yes?' She asked. 'There's nothing in here about using defensive spells.' You pointed out.
'Using spells?'
She let out one of her high pitched laughs.
'I can't imagine why you would need spells in my classroom.' She spoke while walking towards you.
'We're not going to use magic?' Ron asked who was sitting behind you.
'You will be learning about defensive spells in a secure, risk free way.' She smiled.
Harry looked at you. You felt kind of uncomfortable. Harry looked back at Umbridge.
'Well, what use is that? If we're going to be attacked it won't be risk free.' Harry spoke.
'Students will raise their hands when they speak in my class.' Umbridge hissed while turning around.
She walked back and Harry looked at you again. You rolled your eyes for a bit and looked back at Umbridge.
'It is the view of the ministry, that a theoretical knowledge will be sufficient to get you through your examination, which after all is what school is about.'
That didn't make any sense. You had to learn how to defend yourself!
'And how is theory supposed to prepare us for what's out there?' Harry asked.
'There is nothing out there dear. Who would you imagine would attack children like yourself.'
Harry sighed annoyed.
'Oh, well I don't know... maybe... Lord Voldemort.' You said.
There was whispering around you. No one believed Harry but you did. He looked at you in surprise. You looked at Umbridge who tried to keep her smile. She slowly walked forwards.
'No let me makes this quite clear, you have been told that a curtain dark wizatd is at rise once again... this is a lie.' She spoke while looking at you.
You looked back at her with a nasty face.
'It's not a lie! I saw him! I fought him!' He hissed back.
'Detention! Miss Y/L and mister Potter.'
'So according to you Cedric Diggory dropped dead on his own accord?!' You yelled back.
Harry looked at you.
'Cedric Diggory his death was a tragic accident!'
'It was murder! Voldemort killed him! You must know that!' Harry defended you.
'Enough!' She screamed.
You stared at her.
'Enough! I said enough! My office miss Y/L and mister Potter..' She spoke and she finished with a giggled.
