Hi guys!Happy New Year again! \^_^/
Before we proceed to the story I just wanted to tell you that I change the timeline of this story,This would be the same timeline in the Anime,I just thought that since it seems like time is not moving in the Anime,so why should I?
I told you...I do have a very unsettled mind XD
So please do understand :)
You see,I wanted to be as close as the anime even if this is a fanfiction :)
But there's not much change in the story,so I hope you still enjoy it ^o^
And here's the story...

They are all settled again in their sit,they decided to talk about the transferring to the detective boys later at lunch,just hope it went good.
*lunch
"sooo....should you guys start telling us the story?"Genta
They are in the garden to eat lunch and talk.
"Well,as sensei said...we are transferring in a school in America"Conan started
"but why?"
"our parents wants to spend more time with us and since they are in America,they decided to transfer us their."Conan
"My dad will come tomorrow to fetch me while it's his mother who will come for him"Haibara says.
"I guess we can't really help it"
"It's your parents decision"
"And parents always knows whats best for us"
They said with their long lonely face....
"it means you two won't be able to spend christmas with us,right?"Ayumi looking very sad
A long silence
"then,if you guys won't mind,you can sleep over at hakase's house tonight and lets celebrate christmas in advance"Haibara suddenly said
Everyone looked shock but shocks became smiles
"that would be a great idea,let's do that!"Ayumi
"then later, 8pm at hakases"Mitsuhiko
"then I'll cook"haibara
"Ehhh?You can cook?"Conan ask
"why?can't I?hmm,"she smirks
"then it's settled now!" Genta
"We should go back in our classroom or we will be late for our next class!"
And they all go back to our class...
Once the class started,a harsh loud sound of a door opening was heard
"Haibara!"
They all looked at the door and their,a boy around 7 or 8,breathing heavily
'looks like he run a mile'Conan thought
"what do you need here Shihada-chan?"Sensei asked
"Hah-hah-haibara"he answer still breathing heavily
'Eh!?what does he need from her?'Conan
"Isn't he the rich boy from Osaka who transfer here just to see Haibara and be near to her?"Conan heard his classmate at the back whispered to her seatmate
"I heard about it.He's so much into her.I think he run here as fast as he can as soon as he heard the news about Haibara transferring in America."the other one answered.
'What?He's what?'conan
"What do you need from me?"Haibara asked,still with her poker face
"I-Is it true?That your leaving?"he asked,looking down his head
"Yeah"she just answered
The boy look up and there you can see him,looking hopeless and broken
"I-I see"the only thing he said
Everything is silent for a while,then he started again
"There is just something I need to tell you..."
"That is?"Haibara
"I like you!"he said it out loud
Everyone is in shocked,not because he liked Haibara,but because he confessed bravely in front of the Ice Queen!
"I don't like you,Is that all?"she said coldly
Everybody looked at her,shocked the way she rejected the rich kid
But...
Somehow...Conan felt relieve.
'I just realize that I've been holding my breath since I heard the whispering on my back.
I don't know why...but I'm really happy...'
"Then can we just be friends?"the young boy still bravely asked
Haibara sighed,feeling she doesn't have any choice anymore,she answered "Ok,since I turn you down,you can be our friend"
His face light up and he looked so happy
"Arigatou-gozaimashita! Then can I get your e-mail?So I can still contact you when you go to America"
"Fine,later"
"Then,I'll go back to my class for now.See you later!"and there he go
After he left,everything is back to what it is...
Just what happen?
After class,the detective boys reach to us
"I can't believe you agreed to be friends with him Ai-chan"Ayumi said
"It's fine.Atleast,when Edogawa-kun and I are gone you guys have some additional friend"Haibara
'So that's why'Conan thought and it made him smile
Then Shihada-kun arrive
"Konichiwa!"he greeted cheerfully
"Konichiwa"we greeted back
His smile so wide,"Haibara,can I get your e-mail now?"he asked like pleading
"Fine.Ayumi-chan,give him everyone's e-mail"she said
"Haiii!"Ayumi approached him cheerfully
"Why everyone's?"Conan asked
"Because his already a member of 'Junior Detective Boys',baka!"Mitsuhiko answered
'I just asked why and I got called baka,really?Jeez!'Conan thought
"Arigatou!For accepting me as your friend!"Shihada thanked everyone
"You're welcome!"the three answered happily while Haibara and Conan just shrugged
"You should come to Hakase's tonight,we're having a sleepover as an advance christmas party for Conan-kun and Ai-chan."Ayumi invited Shihada
"I will definitely love too!Can I get the address?"Ayumi gave him Hakase's address
"See you at 8:00pm"
"See you"and they bid goodbye at him
Conan's POV
And we walked our way home...
Me and Haibara arrived at Hakase's and we got surprised ...
Okasan and Otusan are there!
"SHIHO-CHAN!"my okasan said out loud then she rushed to hug Haibara,TIGHTLY!
"I-I c-can't b-breath"Haibara is struggling on my mother's tight hug
"Oi!Okasan!"I said as I tried to pull my mother
She released Haibara "Gomenei,I just really want to hug you"she told Haibara
"I miss you too,Shin-chan!"and she hugged me too.
"It's nice to see that you're well,Shinichi.You too,Shiho."my father only said as she patted Haibara's head
"And why would you like to suddenly hug her?"I asked raising my brows
"Uhhmmm,"she hum liked she's thinking if she should told me "It's-a-sec-ret!"she said then wink
"Taku!"
"But! I already met Champagne! And you'll be surprised when you find out who she is! But for now,it's a secret!"she seems so happy
"Fine.but why are you so early?"haibara asked,
"Caused I still need to tell the Mouri's that I need to take Conan,and we still need to tell everyone about both of you's transfer to America."Okasan
"So,Conan and I need to go to the agency,but first!I need to disguise
"It's alright but you need to get back before 8pm,we will be having a sleepover party with the detective boys as an early christmas party since 'we' won't be here on christmas.I'll be cooking dinner."Haibara said
"ok!"okasan said and she rushed to disguise
After a few minutes we're off to go.
~had done this a few days ago but I got out of load so I wasn't able to publish it.I'm really sorry for being late!
