"Bye, Sehun. Bye, Soo. "See you guys tomorrow!" Baekhyun waved goodbye to his friends.
"Bye, Baek! I'll call you later, okay?"
Baekhyun smiled and nodded his head. He walked down and out the school gates, beginning his journey home.
Why does Chanyeol want to be my friend? I don't get it. How can you tell someone, "Hey, lick this guy's pants," then say, "We're going to be friends."? I don't get that guy, but he's so cute. It should be illegal for guys to be that cute.
Baekhyun felt something bump his shoulder somewhat hard.
"Ouch!" Baekhyun groaned. He looked up to see a smiling Chanyeol.
"Ch-Chanyeol?! "What are you doing here?!" Baekhyun averted his eyes, trying desperately to look at everything that wasn't Park Chanyeol.
"I'm here to walk you home, silly." There are bad guys!" Chanyeol tugged Baekhyun's arm to make him continue walking.
Baekhyun snorted, "YYou are the bad guy...." He mumbled.
Chanyeol frowned and jumped in front of Baekhyun, causing him to almost trip and fall.
"Baekkie, that's mean! I was just playing around earlier... Forgive me?"
Baekhyun raised an eyebrow and shook his head, looking down at his shoes."
Chanyeol grabbed the front of Beakhyun's sweater, forcing him against the wall.
"Wha-what are you doing?" Baekhyun's face turned bright red when Chanyeol put his face close to his.
"Stop doing that." Baekhyun turned his head away from Chanyeol, but Chanyeol quickly pulled his head back to look at him.
"Come on, Baekkie... It was a joke; I wouldn't have made you do it. Please, would you forgive me? I want to be friends." Chanyeol put his hand on Baekhyun's face, making his cheeks blush a darker red and his mouth go dry.
"I... I... fine... but we aren't friends."
Baekhyun had to use all of his strength to push Chanyeol off of him, but Baekhyun didn't know that Chanyeol let him move him away, and he could have kept him held down if he wanted too.
Baekhyun fixed his hair, tightened his bag on his shoulders, and coughed. "Let's go. "I'll walk you home... but only today."Baekhyun walked on.
Chanyeol stood there and smiled.
How cute. He thought. This should be fun.
Baekhyun walked in silence while Chanyeol talked.
"So, where do you live?" Have you always lived there? What's your favorite color? Do you have a dog? "Because I have a dog, and his name is Hwa Jae."
Baekhyun ignored all of Chanyeol's questions, but there was one question he asked that caught Baekhyun's attention right as they reached his house.
"Is Sehun your boyfriend?"
Baekhyun stopped and stared at Chanyeol. "Excuse me?"
"I said, is Sehun your boyfriend?"
"No way! We are just friends! "Sehun and I are NOT going out!"
"Woah! Don't get so defensive. I was just asking. It just seemed like it because of how he stood up for you today. Chanyeol smiled and stroked Baekhyun's face and added, "You don't have to get so defensive; I know I'm the only one you like."
Baekhyun smacked his hand away and snorted, "I don't like you, Park Chanyeol." "I will never like you." Baekhyun stomped into his house and slammed the door.
Chanyeol stood there smiling, knowing fairly well that he could catch Byun Baekhyun.
Baekhyun woke up the next morning with a terrible headache. He was not excited about the school day. What if Kris was planning something—even worse, what if he couldn't get rid of Chanyeol? He sighed as he threw the covers off of his body and shivered at the cold air that hit his bare chest. I really should start sleeping with a shirt on. It's getting colder.After Baekhyun had showered and gotten dressed into his uniform, he quickly glided down the stairs.
"Mom, do you know how to get French dressing out?" Baekhyun stopped and stared at the person sitting on his couch.
"Chanyeol?! "What are you doing here?!" Baekhyun stomped his foot in frustration. Chanyeol got off of the couch and smiled at Baekhyun.
"Good morning, Baekkie. "Ready for school?"
"...MOOOM!" Baekhyun ran into the kitchen.
"Mom! Why is he here? "How did he get in?"
Baekhyun's mom set the third plate down on the table, probably for Chanyeol. Baekhyun groaned and took the plate off the table and placed it back in the cabinet.
"Oh, that boy?" He seems lovely! Is he a new friend of yours? "I never see you bring anyone home but Kyungsoo and Sehun."
"Answer my question: Why is he here, in my house, on my couch, watching my television?!"
"He said he was a friend from school, and he didn't want you to have to walk to school alone." He lives in the neighborhood. Byun Baekhyun! "Now you know I'm not going to leave a young boy standing outside on the front porch, especially when it is getting cold." Mrs. Byun took the plate back out of the cabinet and set it back on the table.
"Whatever, but he is NOT staying for breakfast." "We are leaving."
Baekhyun hugged his mother and kissed her on the cheek.
"Bye, honey, "Be safe on your way to school."
Baekhyun walked into his living room to find Chanyeol standing directly next to the kitchen door, startling him a bit.
"Were you talking about me, Baekkie?" Chanyeol carried out Baekhyun's nickname, and it made his heart jump.
"More like complaining about you." Let's go."

Baekhyun and Chanyeol neared the gates of the school. "Yo, Chan! Over here."
Chanyeol looked over to see Jongin waving his hands. "I'll catch you later, Baekhyun. Bye!"
Before heading through the gates to meet Kyungsoo, Baekhyun watched Chanyeol run over to JongIn.
"Hey, Jongin, what's up?"
"I've been waiting for you; that's what's up." "Where've you been?"
"I had something I had to take care of."
Jongin looked in the direction of Baekhyun, and Chanyeol's eyes followed his gaze.
"Byun Baekhyun? Seriously Chanyeol."
Chanyeol smiled. "I'm just having some fun with him.some fun with him." Chanyeol clicked his tongue and then turned back to Jongin.
"It's not like I'm serious."
"Baekhyun. You can't spend the whole day avoiding Kris and his wolf pack. "You'll go crazy." Kyungsoo sighed and gently kicked Baekhyun, who had decided to eat his lunch under the table today.
Kris terrifies me, and he's already trying to make my life hell. "If I'm under the table, my existence can't bother him."
Sehun sighed and yanked Baekhyun out from under the table.
"Baek, seriously. As long as I'm here, my brother won't do anything, so relax, okay? Kris is all talk anyway.
"And if you hide under the table, you won't be able to look at Chanyeol." Kyungsoo playfully pushed Baek. Baekhyun looked at Kyungsoo and shook his head. "Kyung, how can you still possibly think that I like him after how he treated me yesterday?"
"Well, I don't know... but geez, Baek, I'm not saying have his babies." "He may be a jerk, but that doesn't mean he isn't still good-looking, and besides, if you get close to Chanyeol, he might introduce me to Jongin!" Kyungsoo squealed, "Then we can get married and grow old together in our little house on the hill with our seven children." And I'll be a housewife and-"
"Kyungsoo, You've had plenty of chances to talk to Jongin. You've liked him ever since he transferred to the South Districtaid, "I like him."t two years ago, and every day for TWO YEARS you've said-" Baekhyun was cut off, and Sehun clasped his hands together and stared off into the distance, mocking Kyungsoo's voice: "Today is the day, guys! I'm going to do it! "I'm going to march up to Kin Jongin and kiss him!"
Baek laughed, "AAnd then you march up to the hallway where his locker is, chicken out, and run back to me hyperventilating because you were "SO CLOSE." "You go home and eat an entire tub of Ben and Jerry's Strawberry Greek frozen yogurt and call me crying because you realize you weren't even close to confessing to him."
Kyungsoo frowned, saying, "Come on, guys. It's tough to confess to someone you like." Baek, do you remember when you confessed to Jonghyun? "It was terrifying, right?"
Baekyun slammed his fork down on the table and glared at Kyungsoo.
"I thought we agreed that we would never bring Jonghyun back up."
"I'm sorry, Baekhyun... I forgot." I'm sor-"
"Forget it, Kyungsoo, just forget it."
"Who's Jonghyun? Does he go here? "Do you like him?" Chanyeol sat down at their table, joining their conversation uninvited.
"No one, Chanyeol; it's none of your business. Leave me alone."
"Aww, so bitter, Bakkie. "He must have broken up with you."
"Um, Chanyeol... "I don't think you should talk about this."
"You know what, Chanyeol? Why don't you go back to where you came from and stay out of my life? "If you want to pick on me, fine, but don't act like you're my friend." Baekhyun stood and stormed off, leaving everyone behind.
Baekhyun walked down the empty hallway and felt tears stinging his eyes. He hated to think about Jonghyun after what he had done to him. Baekhyun hated himself for still liking Jonghyun.
"Baekhyun, wait!"
Baekhyun recognized Chanyeol's voice right away, and he began to run. "No! Baekhyun, stop, please! Baekhyun couldn't outrun Chanyeol's long legs, and he quickly caught up with him. He grabbed his arm and spun him around.
"What the hell, Baekhyun, why'd you start running?!" Chanyeol was panting as Baekhyun yanked his arm away.
"Why can't you just leave?" ME. ALONE!"
"Seriously, Baekhyun? "You're mad at me because some guy I don't even know dumped you."
Baekhyun was swelling up with anger. He hasn't been this angry since his breakup with Jonghyun. Before Baekhyun could even think about it, he drew his arm back and punched Chanyeol square in the face.
