Luke's POV
I throw my sheets off of my body and get out of bed. On my way to the lounge, I peek into Aria's room to find her sound asleep in her bed which isn't surprising as it's 8 am and she usually sleeps late. I shuffle into the lounge and sit down on the couch, pulling out my mac and scrolling through tumblr. Like father like son.
"Morning" Aria squeaks as she hops onto the couch next to me. "Good morning." I say back. She brings her voice to a whisper and says, "Look what I got Dan and Phil." She hands me the object. It's a little clay figurine of a family. It displays a girl that replicates Aria and two men who look like our dads. "Aww Aria. This is so cute. They will love it." I say quietly. She smiles and says, "Read the Dan." She giggles. "The bottom. Read the bottom." I laugh and turn the clay creation so that I can see the bottom of it. It reads: "Thank you for all you've done for me. I cant imagine how my life would be if I was still in that adoption center. The day I was adopted, I was given a family so I want to give you a family too. I love you. -Aria" "Oh my god Aria. This is adorable." I say, smiling. "Thank you. I've been working on it for a while now." I hands it back to her and she says, "Can you help me wrap it?" "Sure" I reply.
(A/n: I would have made the clay figure have Luke in it too but because Aria didn't have a brother when she was adopted, i didn't think it made sense. The gift is only for Dan and Phil, not Luke so)
We get it wrapped before our dads wake up. I wrap my gift for them too, which is not nearly as amazing as Aria's. We finish wrapping, and place them under the bright green Christmas tree that we had put up together yesterday.
"Good morning!" Phil says happily. "Good timing" Aria whispers in my ear. We both say good morning and Phil joins us on the couch. He turns on the television and we watch tv until Dan wakes up, which doesn't take too long. He says good morning and goes to the kitchen.
Dan makes breakfast, wth the help of Phil because good god, Dan can't cook a thing without burning something. We eat as a family and get ready after. Today is Christmas Eve. Dan and Phil invited Louise, Joe, Caspar, and Tyler to come over tonight and Aria invited Max.
After breakfast, we go our separate ways to get ready for the day.
