Superimpose:
1. First add your png to a white background then save it. Now go to mask and erase everything but the face. Merge.
2. Open your words and place it over the face. Merge. Now open your png with the back and go to mask erase the face and neck of the png merge and save. You can add some textures if you'd like.
Picsart:
1. Add your png to a white background. Then erase everything but the face.
2. Next open the words you'd like. Then open the png with the white background again. Erase the face and neck. Apply and save when finished.
Add your text and your done.
