Hunter's P.O.V
Today was as normal as it could be. I woke up, showered, did my bathroom things, and went to school. Nothing out of the ordinary.
What I didn't expect was to come home to my house door wide open.
Now this wouldn't be weird if my so called parents were home. But they went on a business trip.
I walked inside my home to find the entire place flipped upside down.
Something caught my attention from the disaster of my house. It was some sort of writing but it was in another language.
I think it was Italian but I'm not completely sure.
If she was here, she could probably read this.
I sighed in memory of her smile.
There was a slight knock at my door. I quickly turned around to see Andrea at my door.
"What the hell?" She said, looking around at my messed up house.
"Yeah. It's kinda messy." I said, scratching the back of my neck.
"Oh lord," she paused as she saw the writing. "You've pissed someone off." She said tapping her chin.
"What?" I asked confused.
"Wait you really can't read this?" She asked me.
"Um, no."
"Well, it basically says that 'you've been hiding out for too long'. Want to talk about that?" She said.
"No, but I would love some help with the place." I stated.
"No problem." She started picking up the coffee table.
By the time the house was cleaned, it was '6:30 p.m.'
"Thanks for the help." I told her.
"Like before its no problem." She stated.
She walked out of my house closing the door behind her. I locked the front door and headed upstairs.
Why would someone trash my house and only leave a poor excuse of a message like that?
I couldn't quite wrap my head around why this was what it was.
I went inside my room and found one of my drawers open. I looked over and saw a single picture frame in it facing upwards.
Someone was definitely in my room...
It was a picture of me and her.
How did they get this...
The only photo just like this is in her room.....
It was a photo of me and a little brown haired girl, with blueish green eyes, sitting on a swing set. She was sitting on my lap.
"Why is this here?" I mumbled.
I took it my hands and opened the frame.
Maybe there's a message.
I looked at the back of the photo. Nothing.
I shook the frame. Nothing.
Damn..
I quickly put the picture back in the frame and put it back in the drawer.
I'll figure that out later but I need some rest.
Andrea's P.O.V
"Wait so you're telling me that you find out who killed my sister?"
"Of course......not."
"So then why the hell would you say that?!?!"
"Well I mean there's a lot of things I could go off from so maybe I'll find them soon."
"Okay so get on with it." I said to Jayden. He quickly scurried off.
I was staring into space and I started to remember the day at the park.
The day I so stupidly fell asleep out in the open. I saw a figure before falling asleep.
Hmmm... maybe I should ask Hunter to see if he recalls anything..
I got up and grabbed my keys and walked out the house. I went next door and knocked on his door pretty hard if I say so myself.
"What do you w-" Hunter didn't get a chance to finish his sentence because I was already dragging him to my car.
I pushed him in the passengers seat and then I walked over to the drivers and sat.
"WHAT THE HELL ANDREA?!?!" He screamed.
"Oh shut up dammit." He looked at me strangely.
"What's wrong? Why'd you drag me outside of my house?" He asked me not getting his eyes off of me.
"So, you remember the day we were at the park and we kinda fell asleep?"
"We always fall asleep when we 'hang out' but yes I remember. Why?"
"Did you see any figure like or something at all?"
"No, well kinda, I saw something flash at me. Does that count?"
"Yes that counts." I said as I stared at him.
"Why are you asking?"
"Just looking for something. Don't worry about it." I told him.
He grabbed my hand and rubbed it.
"You can trust me Andrea." He said while looking at me in the eyes.
"Seriously Hunter, it's okay." I said getting my hand back in my lap.
"Uh ok. I'm going to go back home. Talk to you later." He got up and left back into his house.
"Okay well time to go back to the park it seems like.." I said to myself.
So, someone took a picture of me and Hunter but why....
"OH SHIT!" I said as I was parked outside the park.
I got my phone and started calling Hunter.
"Come on answer me."
still no answer
Dammit what the hell is going on..
I call Hunter again. Nothing.
Before I start my car up again to go find Hunter. I see a figure in the little woods that's near the park.
It's in all black but with a clown mask on.
Weird...
It stares at me and then it drags it's finger across his throat.
The clown person pulls out a gun and is about to shoot something but another masked person knocks them out and drags it away.
What in the actual living hell...
I start up my car and drive to Hunter's house.
I get out of my car only to see his phone on the floor.
I look up to his house to see most of the lights off.
I hope you're okay. I hope you're not dead..
