Yo! I'm a snow block! You know what that means, right? No? You don't?
Eh. I guess I might just tell you now.
Well, in this server [ip: prison.techge3ks.com] , people carry me to 'revive' their pickaxes and shovels. When their pickaxe/shovel is close to breaking [not that it matters what durability the pickaxe/shovel is] , they would put me down and and break me with their shovel/ pickaxe.
I know what you're thinking. That means that if you revive pickaxes, you'll need a ton of snow! Nope. When you break snow with a pickaxe, we do drop back onto the floor. That means you only need one. Unless you die and lose it.
So enough of what you can do with me. Now I'll tell you what I do.
So. My player always mines netherrack with a diamond pickaxe [unbreaking 3, efficiency 4] , so after a while, the pickaxe durability would get low and he would place me down and break me with his pickaxe. And no, the enchantments don't just disappear, they stay on the pickaxe but now, the pickaxe has full durability! Amazing, right? Yep, we are one of the most useful blocks on the server. People always want us. But unfortunately, only donators can get snow from the snow donator mine. Unless they come over to the prison mine and fall into a trap and they die [long story] and you manage to get their items which may or may not include snow.
So yea. That brings me to the present [yes, again].
My player was walking through the d-mine [you'll understand if you play on the server], and I was talking to my fellow snow buddies, when we suddenly felt the sensation of falling!
Yes, the player fell into a trap. So he died and all of us, the items in his inventory, just fell onto the ground! Needless to say, the person who made the trap was nearby, and hearing someone fall into his trap, he immediately came over to pick up all of us. I knew that we would never see the player again because we've seen these things happen before when my player was mining in the bottom layer.
I wasn't particularly sad, since all us blocks were still together. Little did we know what was going to happen in the next 5 minutes.
He gave away 63 of us snow [since my player had one stack], and only left me behind, to 63 othe players and told them how to use the snow. Well, apparently this guy is really generous.
He use my player's enchanted diamond armour and gave his unused iron armour to another lucky guy. I was feeling really lonely being the only snow in the slot.
He used me as my previous player had, only he was careful never to fall into traps or die. The only difference was that I was much lonelier now.
