Mark and Jaemin has been friend since they were born. They have no secrets that they didn't told at each other except Jaemin's secret. When Mark was 11 years old, SM casts him at his school so he had to leave Jaemin behind. Every night, Jaemin would think about Mark.
For about 3 years, they rarely contacts each other no matter how they miss each other. Now, Mark has debut and its even harder to contact each other. Why? because SM has changed Mark's number and no one knew his new number except other members and his parents.
"Jaemin-ah, why you didn't eat your food? Mom will scolded you" his twin, Jeno said.
"I miss Mark" Jaemin said and there is dead silence between them. Jeno dragged him to their room.
"Can I just ask you why you miss him so much? I mean he has found his happiness there" Jeno trying to be polite since his twin doesn't know what is the meaning of giving up.
"Jeno-ah let me tell you something. Even though you are my twin, I never told you this one secret and you SHOULD NEVER told mom about this. Mark is my first ever friend and since the first day I met him, I fell in love with him." Jaemin said hoping Jeno doesn't scream.
"I thought so!" Jeno nearly raised his voice and Jaemin's face is full of questions right now.
"Actually I have known that FOR YEARS Jaemin-ah. How you ask? Okay, first of all, please I'm your twin obviously I knew that. Second of all, I don't know wether it is really how people act around their crush or you are the only person who is obvious as shit, for example you would giggled when he made some stupid-ass jokes like oh that is the funniest pun you have ever heard and all" Jeno said to Jaemin and Jaemin is relieved knowing that finally someone understands him.
It has been 1 year since Mark's debut and still, no calls or messages from Mark. That night, Jaemin was watching television with Jeno when suddenly a commercial came.
It was a guy kissing a girl on lips.
It was Mark kissing a girl on her lips.
Jeno knew his twin's heart hurt as hell so he dragged him to their room. They sat on Jeno's bed. They were in silence. Jaemin kept replaying that scene in his head. To keep Jaemin from thinking too much, he hugs Jaemin.
"Cry all you want Jaemin-ah. Make sure the next day you wake up, you doesn't remember those scene anymore" Just like that, Jaemin cries on Jeno's shoulder.
"WHY HE DOESN'T REMEMBER MEEEE??"
"Shhh relax Jae. You will be fine. Everything will be okay." Jeno trying to calm Jaemin down.
After a few minutes, Jaemin finally stops crying and he went to his bed after saying good night to Jeno. But a few minutes later, Jeno heard Jaemin's sobs. Slow but painful. So, Jeno went to Jaemin's bed, hugs him and went to sleep. Sometimes, Jaemin wondered why he doesn't just fall in love with his twin.
The next day, Jaemin was lying on his back at the rooftop of their house when suddenly someone came.
"Hi Jaemin"
"Jeno, you need to stop trying to be Mark. Stop being someone who doesn't even remember his friend" Jaemin continues to rant on and on without knowing Mark heard all of it. Mark heard about how he is an asshole and all.
"And why the hell are you suddenly quite" Jaemin finally sits up and turned around. He saw Mark. He knew he has hurt Mark's heart so bad but Mark still hugs Jaemin.
"Oh looks who's here" Jaemin said pretended to be suprise.
"I don't understand. I thought you would be happy if I finally came to see you. I was your first love after all" Mark was trying to kiss Jaemin but to his suprise, Jaemin backed away from Mark. Unfortunately, Jaemin was stucked between a wall and Mark.
"I don't know you Mark" Jaemin said when Mark's face changed. His eyes are full with lust and he is smirking. Mark chooses to ignore Jaemin and literally went closer to Jaemin.
Jaemin wants to cry.
Jaemin wants to hug Jeno.

Since he can't scream for Jeno because Mark shut his mouth up, he just closed his eyes and hoping someone would came.
"Mark, enough" Finally, it is Jeno who Jaemin needs the most. Jaemin escaped from Mark and went behind Jeno.
"Oh look who we got here? Jeno! Hi! The one who always protect Jaemin since they were children because he is Jaemin's twin. Or should I really say the one who always protect Jaemin because he loves Jaemin since they were 5 years old?" Mark said making Jeno's face red.
'5 years old? but it was when I first met Mark and fell in love with him' Jaemin thought.
"Why aren't you saying anything Jeno?" Mark said and Jeno sighed.
"You know what Mark, even if I like him or I love him or even if I choosed to confess to him when we were a kid, guess what? I'm only his twin besides he will always choose you! You are the one that he likes, you are the one who always in his heart even though you have hurt him many times because he loves you, Mark. Yes I have feelings for him but we are only twins" Jeno finally confessed.
"Finally Jeno, you have confessed! I have waited you long enough to hear you confessed. Okay then so my job is done and also Jaemin-ah sorry about earlier" Mark said then leaves. Jeno was about to chase Mark but Jaemin suddenly held him.
"I'm sorry Jaemin, but I have to go talk to Mark for a while" so Jeno leaves Jaemin alone at the rooftop.
All these times, Jeno likes me? but I like Mark but why do Mark do that? Why he have to make Jeno confessed to Jaemin? there is so many questions in Jaemin's head but he choosed to go to sleep at the rooftop.
Meanwhile downstairs, Jeno sees Mark and went to talk to him.
"Mark why? I thought you likes him back? I thought you are going to confess you love him and go on a date with him? Why are you suddenly making ME suddenly confesses to him?" Jeno asking so many questions and Mark asks him to sit with him first.
"I actually went upstair earlier. So I heard all from Jaemin, how you were there for him, and how I'm such an asshole for leaving him. I was about to confess to him but then I remembered one thing. Jaemin actually needs someone that he can lean on and that 'someone' is you Jeno, besides, you likes him either."
"I know Mark, but we are twins" Jeno said 'are' clearly.
"Jeno, even if I went on a date with him, soon or later, I will leave him. You know I have debuted in a group right? I have no time for him, Jeno"
"This is such a complicated love. I'm so freaking hate you, Mark. Whatever, I want you to go Lotte World tomorrow at 10 a.m. Whatever you are doing that time, stop and wait at the entrance" Jeno said and went back upstairs meanwhile Mark went back to his dorm with his manager hyung.
"Jaemin-ah go sleep inside. It's going to rain in a few minutes" Jeno said after seeing Jaemin was sleeping alone. Jaemin gets up and went to their room.
"Jeno-ah~" Jaemin calls for Jeno who is actually just besides his bed playing with his phone. Jeno just nodded.
"About earlier-" Jaemin was about to say something when Jeno cuts him.
"Look, Jaemin. About earlier, I said all of that because I don't want Mark to hurts you eventhough I know he won't. So, don't think too much, okay? By the way, Mark wants you to meet him at Lotte World tomorrow at 10 a.m. Okay? Goodnight then Jaemin" Jeno said without taking a single breath and went to sleep. or not
Jaemin was speechless. There is so many things going in his head that he wanted to ask Jeno. He just went to his bed and sleep.
'Is this really what I want? Yes I want Jaemin happy but Mark said he won't have time for Jaemin. So is it right what am I doing actually?' Jeno ask himself.
The next morning, Mark already waited at the entrance. He was expecting Jeno since he is the one who invited him there.
"Hi Mark"
"Jaemin? I thought Jeno is coming here?" Mark ask suprised to see Jaemin.
"Really? But I Jeno said you are the one who wanted to meet me here" Jaemin said kinda dissappointed. Mark knew he has ruined the happy atmosphere.
"Well I guess it is our time then." Mark said and smile towards Jaemin.
"Don't you have reherseals or something? I mean you just debuted so-" Jaemin asks Mark on their way to The Viking.
"You are my friend after all. Of course I'm not busy for you"
'Friend? Do you just remembered me or what? and NOT BUSY? seriously?' Jaemin tried to think positively but he just can't.
At Lotte World, they rode many things and played many games. Jaemin tries to stay happy with Mark but all the fans that are taking picture of them making Jaemin felt really uncomfortable. Mark realized Jaemin is bad mood since he suddenly stops talking or even smiling. He asked one of the fans to stop taking picture of them since it's NCT's free time so they need some privacy. The fans agreed so they left.
"I guess being an idol making you can control everything" Jaemin said rolling his eyes.
"Look Jaemin, I don't know what have I done wrong or what is wrong that you are so unsatisfied with me but for today, I just want you to feel happ with me okay?" Without hearing Jaemin's responds, he dragged Jaemin to a Haunted House. Mark can heard Jaemin's sigh.
"Mark, you know how I hate being in a haunted house right?" Jaemin said but still goes inside because Mark went inside.
They arrived at a corner where there is suddenly a ghost hugging one of them while whispering 'I will see you tonight'. The one who is getting hug by the ghost are Jaemin and he shouted someone name.
"Jeno-ah!" Jaemin literally screaming on top of his lung but also there is a sound where Mark's heart breaks into pieces. On their way back home, they didn't talk at each other at all. Jaemin goes straight to his room and ignoring Jeno who is watching TV.
"Mark, what have you done to him?" Jeno said sighing heavily. So Mark told him everything since they met at the entrance and Jaemin shouted Jeno's name in the Haunted House.
"See Jeno, he likes you back. Eh wait, I gotta go, my manager is calling for me" Mark said and went outside meanwhile Jeno went upstair. He found Jaemin was sitting at the corner of his bed in the dark.
"Hi Jaemin" Jaemin lift his face and said 'Hi' back to Jeno. Jeno take a sit besides Jaemin.
"I heard someone shouted my name in a haunted house" Jeno said making Jaemin's face red. He lift Jaemin face to look at him.
Finally, after waited almost 10 years, after waited Jaemin to like him back,
Jeno kissed Jaemin
and Jaemin swore it is the most special kiss ever. The one who stole his first kiss is his own twin.
and he knew they would always be together even if the world doesn't likes them.
