Levy's P.O.V.

She couldn't believe it. Was this really happening? Was this more than her stupid imagination? Could this actually be reality?

After so many years of searching, of crying and nearly giving up due to the hundreds of failures ... could this be her precious brother Laxus?

The rain slowed down, only a few raindrops found their way to earth while she stood next to Gajeel, eyeing the man in front of her. This man had the same blond hair, the same cocky grin. Though the boy she knew was thin and small, there was no question they had a lot of similarities.

This handsome young man was her brother. A lot of men had blond hair and a lovely grin, but only one had a scar over his right eye.

"Laxus?", she asked with a low, shaking voice and looked hopefully up at the man in front of her. The man was silent, as shocked as she was. And the man's name was definitely Laxus.

"Laxus, don't run all the time, why did you run anyways! You have to tell me before going all berserk and ... Levy?!"

Levy knew the beautiful woman in the red dress, running up to Laxus. She stopped smiling when she laid her eyes on Levy, finally seeing why Laxus had run off. He ran off because he could feel her scent, her presence so close to him. He wanted nothing but meeting his sister.

"Laxus, Mira", Levy whispered and nothing held her back when she ran into the arms of her brother. Tears ran over her cheeks while she held him as tight as possible. He wouldn't let her go again.

Gajeel's P.O.V.

He didn't plan anything of this to happen. Laxus should have been out on his mission one week longer but now he was standing in front of them, with Levy in his arms. Why did he return earlier? Gajeel tried to hide his anger as good as possible, but when he watched Laxus holding his shrimp in his arms, keeping her away from him, he couldn't depress a growl coming deep down from his throat.

Looking over at his little shrimp, who slightly released her tight grip around her brother's waist and looked concerned at the iron half dragon, due to his growl. He couldn't possibly NOT notice the big smile on her face. She released the tight grip around her brother's waist a bit so she could look back to him. Her smile faded when she laid her eyes on him, concern replaced the doubt of Laxus really being her brother. For Gajeel, there was no doubt that Laxus was, in fact, her brother. The first time they met, the first time he watched her, he knew there was something familiar about her. A long time he tried to convince himself that this feeling was just because of her light blue hair that reminded him of the rain woman. But it was definitely the smell that caught his interest. A smell so sweet, innocent and unique he couldn't connect with anything else.

Until he crossed paths with Laxus in this town. Like all the time before, all the moments they met before, they had just ignored each other, not showing a sign of acknowledging the presence f the another person on their way. But after he had watched the little mage, returned to the city and walked passed Laxus, he stopped in his tracks and ... sniffed. The same scent. Exactly the same scent came from Laxus body, just not as strong as from the real person. Surprised, he had turned around and disappeared into the shadows before Laxus could notice him. The other half dragon walked slowly along the street and Gajeel only needed one second to know why shrimps scent was on him.

Around Laxus wrist was a headband. Gajeel had never noticed it before, but in the moment he saw it, he knew it belonged to shrimp.

The moment he connected what he knew about Laxus's disappeared sister and the young woman in the woods, he knew who she was. But shrimp was his secret and he didn't want to share her with anyone. When he finally talked to her, though the reason she ran into his arms wasn't how he expected her to have the first conversation with him. But she was as pure as her scent. Later that week, when she decided to reveal her truth to them, her past and talked about her brother, he was fuming mad. How couldn't that bastard look out for her? How could he give up so easily? How did he miss her scent on Gajeel, every time he passed him in town after being in the hut near the mountains?

Laxus had given up and Gajeel was angry about that. But he had no right to feel these emotions. This was shrimps part. But right now, he saw nothing but love towards Laxus in her bright hazel eyes.

Laxus pulled away a bit, glancing at him before returning to look at Levy, his eyes softening immediately.

"How did you find me, little sister? Lev, are you okay? Did someone hurt you, did something troubles you all these years? You need to tell me where you have been all this time!

I finally have you back. Lev, I missed you so much", Laxus exclaimed and Levy had watery eyes when she was again pressed to Laxus's body. Gajeel couldn't share the happiness. He stiffed when he saw her being hugged by another man. Especially another half dragon.

While they still embraced each other, Mira awoke from her stiff state and ran to them, tears all over her face when she crashed into them, sniffing together with Levy.

Laxus stood there, holding both of the women. After a final look at them, he looked over at Gajeel. He held his stare, not angry or mad about Laxus for taking away Levy. His eyes pleaded him and there was sure surprise visible in the eyes of the lighting half dragon.

"Why are you with Black Steel? Did he hurt you, Levy? Does he force you to come with him?", he asked but Gajeel saw how Levy smiled gently at her brother.

"He saved me Laxus, he wouldn't hurt me", she stated confident and Laxus looked confused back to him. Before he could say anything fatal, Gajeel had to do something.

"We need to talk Laxus, Mira. In private", Gajeel said with a severe voice, not waiting for the respond of the other half dragon. When he walked into the nearest alley, he noticed Laxus actually followed him, the demon right next to him, caressing his hand so he wouldn't explode and destroy the town. Laxus was definitely capable of doing that in his condition.

The lightning half dragon was angry, beyond angry.

Gajeel would have to explain a lot. Laxus and Mira knew too much, they had too many information about him. They could destroy everything with a few words. His hopes, his dreams, just everything he didn't deserve anyways would be dead when Laxus would reveal the truth to shrimp. Gajeel wanted to tell her. Sooner or later, he would tell her. But not now.

He decided to do something he had never done before.

Before Laxus could lead the conversation, Gajeel turned around and fell to his knees, not looking up when he begged, pleaded with a shaking voice.

"I'll do everything, I'll tell you everything, but please, don't take her away from me!
I beg you, don't take her away!"

Levy's P.O.V.

Everything was a blur. Her brother was here! Mira was here! They were alive, safe and happy ... finally, she was together with them.

For a long moment, she totally forgot the presence of Gajeel behind her. She forgot the fight she had with him, her soaking wet clothes on the ground. Her mind couldn't think of anything but her friends. The friends she thought she would never see again.

And then Gajeel demanded to talk with her friends in private. They went with him, Laxus definitely being the opposite of calm. He was about to break everything in his way.

While they talked about something she couldn't understand, something she would have to get out of Mira later on, she grabbed the clothes from the ground. The rain finally stopped, but her clothes were a total mess, all of them soaking wet. Levy stuffed them back into her bags, making sure Gajeel wouldn't see the lingerie.

Gajeel. Why did he even want to talk to Laxus and Mira? Did he know who they were to her before these few moments ago?

Finally, she realised probably everyone knew who she was. All the people she met this day, just everyone who was nice to her. It was probably the topic that Levy and Gajeel discussed earlier on! How could she be so blind? Nobody told her they were there, not Erza, Juvia, Master, Wendy ... and especially not Gajeel. Lily probably knew too!

Why did they hide that fact from her when they knew Mira and Laxus were here?

Why did everyone around her have to leave her broken?

Finally, they came back after a few minutes, out of the dark alley and approached her again. Laxus face was stiff, showing his anger. Mira looked happy instead. And Gajeel ... when he walked to her, making sure there was a small distance between them, he didn't dare to look at her. Something was going on between them and she wanted to know.

"What were you talking about?", she asked in both directions. Levy noticed Gajeel's look at Laxus immediately, waiting just as patiently for his answer as herself. What was going on between these two?

"It's not important Lev. Don't worry about it", her brother said and tried to smile at her. It was forced, she could always read him. When she looked at him questioning, he pretended to not notice it. Mira just smiled at her.

"You have to tell us everything, Levy! Come on, you have to see Laxus's house! It's beautiful and he has a few spare rooms, one's actually already prepared for you!", she exclaimed happily and hugged her, taking her hand to lead her to Laxus's house. Before she could disappear with her, Gajeel's voice boomed over the place.

"She stays at my place", Gajeel immediately said, taking one step towards her, looking challenging at Laxus and Mira. He wouldn't let her go so easily.

"You don't really think I let her stay with you Black Steel? You can't be serious, she's coming with me, with her brother!", Laxus claimed and glared back at him, both definitely serious.

Though they were arguing like Levy wasn't standing right next to them, this decision was neither Gajeels nor her brothers.

"Stop, both of you. I can decide on my own." Both of them wanted to say something back, but she shut them down with a glare. When she turned around to Gajeel, she couldn't hide her emotions. Like always.

Being at the edge of crying, she asked him these important questions with a shaking voice.

"Did you know they were here?
Did you know I was talking about Laxus and Mira when I told you about my past?"

She had her answer when he didn't say anything, not even looked into her eyes. Trying to hold her tears back, she turned away from her saviour and went to her brother.

"Is it really okay if I stay the night at your place?", she asked shaking and once again, she was buried in his hard chest.

"You can stay as long as you want Lev. I'll never let you go again", he whispered and went away from Gajeel, Mira and her walking besides him.

The iron half dragon looked after them until she disappeared behind the houses.

I am sorry for everyone who wanted Natsu as her brother, I just think I want to write more about Laxus and Mira (my second favourite pairing from Fairy Tail).
But don't worry, Nalu moments, as well as Gruvia, will come soon!

Thanks, everyone, please leave me comments and votes!
