Brock: Time for some more Elemeno Winter Games!
Barry: In the last event, our competitors played some Mario Kart DS. It was the Blue Team that managed to get the victory.
Cilan: For the next event, we will be playing a very popular card game.
Brock: The game was already played before by the Pokémon Peeps.
Barry: We're playing some UNO!
Cilan: However, we're not going to use the Frozen cards. Instead, we'll be making use of regular playing cards.
Brock: So in a way...it's not really UNO.
Barry: We won't having cards such as Draw Two, Draw Four or any other card that mess you up. It's all pure luck.
Brock: Also, instead of seven cards to begin with, the players will only have five cards since a single deck is not enough for eight players if we give them seven.
Cilan: This will only be a short game because we're only doing one round.
Barry: The players for this event will be those who didn't compete in the Mario Kart event.
Brock: So let's welcome...Misty, Drew, Milani, James, Blue, Leaf, Paul and Gold!
Cilan: Let's now give the floor to our referees, Clemont and Tracey.
Clemont: Okay, guys. Position.

Tracey: You may get a card from the pile here if you don't get a match. However, you may only get one per turn. Also, we will not reshuffle the discard pile, so it will be pure luck.

May: I guess Drew didn't wear his luckiest underwear today. I guess he wore his second luckiest underpants? We'll get them next time.
Ash: Misty was still lucky in my opinion. We still got the lead. All we have to do is maintain it.
Jace: Luck games suck to be honest. Melanie is not really the luckiest person I know-
Milani (via the TV): IT'S MILANI!
Jace: As I was saying...maybe if we let her play a video game, she would have done better. We'll just have to do our best next time.
Gary: I'm so proud of you, Leafy! We'll catch up next time!
Silver: We'll see what happens in the next game.
Red: We run by skill, not luck.
