Kai yawned waking up from a good nights sleep. His eyes wandered to the female figure still sleeping, snuggled up to his chest.
Chuckling, he wrapped his arms around her, holding her close.
"I love you, my princess." he whispered kissing her head lightly.
(Y/n) smiled, getting up off his chest, she was really awake the whole time.
"And I love you, my prince." She giggled,kissing him.
Kai blushed. "I'm guessing, you feel as good as I do, right?" He laughed, ruffling his hair.
"I do, and I guess that's wonderful because, do you know what day it is?"
"What day is it?"
"It's New Years, silly." she giggled, hugging him tightly.
"Oh that's right."- he chuckled hugging her back just as tight.-"We have a long day ahead of us, so better be prepared."
(Y/n) smiled. "Now get out, I'm going to get ready."
"Fine..." Kai sighed "I will too." He chuckled walking to the bathroom to take a shower.
(Y/n) walked to her own bathroom, that was indeed in her room. Yeah, she had the biggest room aside from Sensei Wu's.
Turning on the shower she waited till it was warm stepping in letting the water trickle down her skin. Quickly she washed her body and hair.
(Y/n) didn't find the muse in taking long showers, just get in and get everything done.
Taking a step out she wrapped a towel around her body searching through her closet trying to find the perfect outfit.
Her eye was caught by a red top. It was a textured shirt, with the sleeves off her shoulder that laid on her arm just bellow where her shoulder was. A pair of white skinny jeans. Black pointed flats that crisscrossed at the top.
(Y/n) dried her hair, curling it so it was in soft waves. And her makeup? Just a simple cat-eye-eyeliner and mascara.
"I'm missing something." She thought to herself.
"I know!!"
Running to her closet she grabbed her black brimmed hat with a gold belt like thing that out lined the beginning of top of the hat.
"Perfect." (y/n) smiled.
A knock was heard at her door. Causing her to jump.
"Come in." she said sweetly.
"(Y/n), have you seen m-" Kai stopped in mid sentence.
"Have I seen your what?" (Y/n) giggled.
"Okay can I just say first that you look absolutely stunning, gorgeous, beautiful." he sighed dreamily. "And also have you seen my hair gel?"
(Y/n) blushed at his words and also when realizing what he was wearing, at the moment.
Kai was simply wearing a clean white towel around his waist. and she could not but help blush over his perfectly toned six pack.
"Thank you, and I saw it under the sink in the bathroom the other day."
"Thank you princess." He smiled walking out of the room.
Kai walked out of her room leaning on her door a little.
"I have to empress her!" He thought running to his room.
He scanned over all his regular clothing which might I add wasn't much. He pulled out a tighter black shirt that had a hood. Also, a normal nice pair of dark washed jeans, and black sneakers, adding black gloves that had no fingers.
"Hopefully this is good enough." he sighed, doing his hair back to the spikes he alway does.
Kai smiled rushing to his girls door. He paused before opening it hearing her sweet voice along with the gentle playing of her Keyboard.
He listened to her, though he didn't understand the words hence it sounded muffled but still beautiful. He closed his eyes. He leaned further against the door but not realizing it wasn't fully closed. He fell in.
(Y/n) immediately stopped playing and blushed.
"Kai what are you doing?"
"Hey, no need to be embarrassed princess just listening to you."
"Me? I'm not good..."
"(Y/n), You are more than good." Kai said dashingly, standing up.
She looked thoughtfully at him.
"Thank you Kai, and by the way you look amazing." She blushed.
"Hey thanks love, now come on I've got a surprise for you." Kai smiled taking her hand and leading her outside.
Kai smiled before creating his dragon. He got off lifting (y/n) by her waist and up onto the dragon then climbing on himself.
"Where are we going?" She smiled clinging onto his waist.
"That's what the word surprise meant, I can't tell you." Kai said flying off.
"Fine, fine."
-After about 2 hours-
(Y/n) had fallen asleep against Kai's back, he chuckled landing softly.
"(Y/n) wake up." he whispered shaking her softly.
She yawned stretching "Are we here?"
"Yes we are! Take a look around. We are in New York."
"New York?! I've always wanted to go here! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you." (y/n) squealed hugging him.
"You're very welcome now lets get a good spot to watch the ball drop before it gets overly crowed." Kai smiled taking her hand into his, and lead her into an mostly empty spot.
"This is amazing!" She screamed, over the crowd of people
"Anything for you baby." Kai winked, causing her to blush.
"Excuse me" a smooth, low feminine voice spoke tapping on Kai's shoulder.
He turned around really confused not expecting to see who he saw.
"Kai it's you it's really truly you. I missed you so much." The red head spoke kissing him
Passionately to the lips.
The anger boiled up from (y/n)'s toes to her head. She couldn't tell whether she felt hurt or anger. It was all the same.
Pushing her off. She looked at Kai with a "who's this expression"
written all over her face.
"It's not what it looks like, princess, we used to have a 'thing' but she left and I moved on... she doesn't know, there's nothing going on I promise!"
"Excuse me? You moved on! With this little brat! I gave you all of me and this what you exchange it for!" The girl yelled fiercely.
"First of all Skylor, she is not a brat she is far from that. And you DO NOT EVER call my girlfriend those names. You betrayed me more than half the time I knew you! So Yeah this is how I repay you!!!" Kai yelled.
"Fine!" Skylor looked towards (y/n), glaring at her before walking away.
(Y/n) huffed.
"Look, I know you are frustrated with me. But I love you and only you now lets enjoy our time together alright?" Kai sighed going behind her and wrapping his arms around her waist.
"Okay, Kai. I love you. I'm not mad, I promise. Now look 10 seconds!"

Kai hurriedly flipped her over to face him placing her lips onto hers. Wrapping her arms around his neck to deepen the kiss she smiled.
"My New Years Revolution is to spend my life with you."
