Mr Oggie Boogie, or the Boogie Man, is made up of his pets, which are bugs and snakes. They are encased in the sack that he's made of. He loves to gamble with people's lives, and Sandy Clause was sent to him by Boogie's Boys, who are the three trick or treater's, and never plays fair.
He doesn't have anyone who he likes, and he is evil and 350 years old. He always plays tricks on people, and is also said to be the man who "fills your dreams to the brim with fright".
