•Jack's POV•
I had today planned out for Ava & I. First we're just going to stay in the cabin & talk till around 3 or 4 then take her out to eat & when it gets dark, I'm going to take her to a movie drive in.
"What will we be doing today Gilinsky," Ava asked me.
"Nothing," I made sure I sounded serious, I didn't want to suspect anything.
"Really?" She sounded disappointed.
"We can stay in & talk, I like talking to you," I smiled.
"Yeah we can talk, you know I like talking to you too," she smiled.
I can talk to Ava for hours, time goes by so fast when I'm with her, it's crazy. It's now 3:30 so I figured we could go now, I need to find a way to pull this off without her thinking we're going to go out to eat. What she's wearing is fine, I'm not taking her somewhere extremely fancy.
"I'm hungry, are you?" I asked her.
"Yeah I actually am," she touched her stomach.
"Want to go get some food?" I asked her.
"Sure, should we tell the guys?" She asked as we stood up from the bed.
Fuck.
"Uh, oh I'll go ask them what they want & we can bring them food," I had to come up with something.
"Okay, I'm going to use the restroom then head downstairs," she smiled.
"Alright I'll meet you in the car." I said loud enough so she could hear me as I ran down the stairs.
"Hey you guys, I'm going to take Ava to eat, she doesn't know that though, she thinks we're going to drive to some fast food place & grab us all food," I told them.
"Alright, we have plenty of food here, so you have a good time with Ave's we'll see what we can whip up here," Cameron said.
"Okay & if she asks say that we're going to... Uhh...Chick-fil-a?" I said unsure.
"Alright we got you," Nash said.
"Oh she's coming, act natural!" Matt said which made me want to laugh.
"Okay I'm ready, so what are we going to get y'all?" She asked as she walked out.
"Chick-fil-a" the guys said all in unison.
"Okay, what are y'all going to order?" She asked.
Fuck.
I looked at the guys to see what they were going to say.
"Oh we're going to text Gilinsky what we all want, figured it would be easier," Johnson said.
Thank You Johnson! He saved my ass.
"Oh okay, we'll will be back in a few," Ava said as she walked to the car.
"Thank you," I mouthed as I was going to make my way to the car.
I got in the car and started to drive, Ava had her music playing which I didn't mind because I actually like her taste in music, well I'm not sure on country but other than that she has good music taste.
A country song started playing, "what's the name of this song?" I asked her.
"It's I See You by Luke Bryan. Let me guess you don't like it? I could change it if you want," she laughed.
"Nah I'm going to give him a shot," I laughed.
"Well listen more to the lyrics rather than how it's being played & who's singing it."
"You sing it then," I laughed.
So she started to sing to it, I listened to the lyrics & they weren't that bad.
"I can't go anywhere, I can't do anything No, I can't close my eyes without you in my dreams you won't leave me alone, even though I know you're gone I look around for someone new, but I see you," she kept on singing & I see why she likes it.
She stopped singing & looked at me, "I like country music for the lyrics, because they're actually good, trust me I hated country until I actually allowed myself to listen to it," she laughed.
"Well it's not that bad, don't expect me going full out country!" I laughed.
"Oh no don't! I can't picture country Jack Gilinsky!" She laughed.
I laughed & said, "hey baby girl you know you'd love a country Jack Gilinsky," I said in a country voice.
She bursted out laughing, "don't do that ever again!" She couldn't stop laughing.
"Hey we just passed Chick-fil-a," Ava said.
"Oh, damn it! Really?" I looked back acting like I didn't know.
"Jack, turn back," Ava said.
"We'll just go to another one," I told her.
"Wouldn't it be easier if we just turned back?" She asked me.
"Yeah, but wouldn't be as fun," I laughed as I winked at her.
"Fine, just wake me up when you find one, I'm going to take a short nap," she told me as she put the chair back.
"Alright," I said as I kept driving.
This was better, it made it easier for me to find a place to take her out to eat rather than her asking me questions.
After about 45 minutes I found an Olive Garden, I was honestly surprised to find one around this area.
I left the car running & locked the doors leaving Ava in the car knowing she'd wake up in a few minutes I went inside to get us a table.
When I got us a table about 5 minutes later she texted me.
Ava:
Jack, where are you?
Me:
Inside...
Ava:
Inside Olive Garden? For what?
Me:
Just to come inside...
Ava:
I'm coming inside

•Ava's POV•
I woke up to no one but me in the car, so I texted Jack asking him where he was, he told me he was in Olive Garden for no reason "just to go inside." So I got out of the car & walked inside Olive Garden.
"Hello will you like a table?" The host asked me.
"Oh no, did you happen to see a guy walk in?" I asked her.
"How did he look?" She asked.
"Uh he's tall, brown hair, brown eyes, thick eye brows...you know what I'll just show you a picture," I said as I took out my phone.
I unlocked my phone & went to my gallery & showed her the picture of when we went ice skating.
"Him," I pointed at Jack in the picture as I showed her my phone.
"Oh, yes, follow me," she started to walk off.
So I followed her.
"Here you go," she said as she took me to the table Jack was sitting at.
"Jack what are we doing here?" I asked.
"We're going to eat Ave's duh," he laughed.
"What about the guys? What are they going to eat?" I asked.
"They were in on it, it's just supposed to be me & you," he laughed as he stood up & pulled out my chair.
As I sat down he pushed in my chair for me.
"Well thank you," I smiled as he took his seat.
"So this was planned this whole time?" I asked him.
"Yup it was, did you really think we were going to stay at the cabin the whole day?" He laughed.
"Yeah, you seemed pretty believable," I laughed.
"Well good, I had to be," he smiled as he looked at the menu.
"What are you going to get? I already know what I'm going to get," I laughed.
"I'm getting The Tour of Italy," he said looking up at me.
"Liar! Why are you copying me! I'm getting that!" I laughed.
"Great minds think alike," he laughed.
The waitress came with our drinks.
"Sprite? You know me so well," I laughed.
"Hey I just listen," he smiled.

We finished eating and I had a really good time with Jack, I could talk with him for days and not realize how long we were really talking for. We honestly talked for hours we went back to the cabin and got there around 6 it was starting to get dark but not fully.
I had a feeling that Jack had something else planned but I wasn't sure what it was, and I knew if I asked he wouldn't tell me.
"There they are!" Johnson said as Jack & I walked in.
"Here we are!" I laughed.
"Jack are we still going to go to th-" Jack cut Nash off.
"Dude, shut up! She doesn't know yet!" Jack said, "well now she knows I have something planned, nice going Nash," he rolled his eyes.
"Where are we going?" I asked looking at Jack.
"You still won't find out till later tonight," Jack said.
"Fine, I'm going to go change," I said as I walked up stairs.
"Without me?!" Jack yelled out.
"It's always been without you Gilinsky!" I yelled back laughing.
"Damn, someday I'll be there though!" He yelled as I closed the door.
"Yeah keep dreaming!" I yelled laughing.
I wasn't sure what we were going to be doing tonight so it took me a while to figure out what wear.
