Violetta's POV
Well, today I have no classes, so and the rest of the guys. I guess I'm gonna hang out with Tomas more time. Ugh! I still can't believe I'n going to hang out with him.
I called Tomas
"Hey Vilu" He said
"Hello Tomas. When do you want to hang out?" I questioned
"Umm...I'll come at your house and then we'll go somewhere together"
"Ok then. Bye" I said
"Bye" He said and hung up.
I got ready, ate breakfast, and waited for Tomas downstairs.
Soon I heard the doorbell ringing. But before I could stand up from the couch to open it, Olga opened
"Hello Vio- Oh hello, is Violetta here?" Tomas asked
"Who are you? And what do you want with my Vilu?" Olga asked giving him a death glare
"Olga, Tomas is just a friend" I said and walked to them.
"A friend? Are you sure?"
"Yes, Olga, I am. Now go" I said
"Fine fine. See ya later Vilu" She said and left to the kitchen.
I walked to Tomas
"Hey Tomas" I said
"Hey"
"Where do you want to go?" I asked
"Ummm...what about we go for a walk at a park, and then we'll see" He said
"Sure. Let's go"
We got out of my house and walked at a park.
There was an awkward silence between us, maybe because he has feelings for me and I don't.
I didn't know what to say to open a conversation with him, because he's not close to me and I don't feel like I can trust him.
Soon, we were at a park, a quiet one, with no people. It was a bit weird that no one was there.
I looked at Tomas and he probably was thinking the same. He turned his head and looked at me.
I fastly looked away
"You don't have to avoid looking at me Violetta" He said and I turned to look at him
"Tomas, I want to know if everything is cleared out. I said I want to be friends. And nothing more. Do you understand?" I asked
He looked down for a moment, took a deep breath and said it.
"Yes, I...I...understand" He said looking hurt.
I feel sorry for him but I can't give him what he wants. I don't love him and never will. That's it. And I hope he will move on from me soon.
"Great. Let's go sit at that bench" I said pointing at a bench near us
"Yeah sure" He said still looking down
We walked to that bench and sat down.
"So, what else?" I asked
"Nah, nothing new. How about you?" He asked
"Yesterday after the Studio I had the most amazing picnic ever with Leon!" I said and smiled huge
He obviously didn't return it, because he still has feelings for me. I hope he gets over them soon.
"Yeah..." He mumbled
"Are you ok?" I asked
How can I ask him something like that? He obviously isn't! I'm so stupid sometimes! And now I will wait for the yelling.
"How can I be Violetta? It hurts too much to see you in love with another boy! I want to be your one and only! And not Leon! And you ask me if I'm ok?" He shouted
I felt sad for him. I can't do anything to make him forget me. But I will give a try. I hope he will forget me, someday...
"No Tomas I-" He cut me off
"You what Violetta? You're gonna tell me again that you don't feel anything? I can't stand this anymore!" He shouted again
"Tomas I didn't meant to hurt you"
"Yeah, but you did. I'm sorry but I can't stay here anymore. Bye" He said.
He got up and walked away.
I felt guilty. A lot. I want to be friends with everyone, not enemies! I don't want Tomas as my boyfriend, but that doesn't mean I don't want him as a friend!
I stood up from the bench and ran behind him.
"Tomas!" I yelled
He didn't stop
"Tomas, please wait!" I shouted
He didn't stop again
"Tomas, stop please!" I shouted really loud this time
He stopped, turned around and faced me
"What?" He asked annoyed
"Tomas, I never meant to hurt you. I don't want you as a boyfriend, but as a friend I do. And I want you to be my friend" I said to him, because I had to fix what I done
"Yeah right" He mumbled
"You know I love Leon. Please don't make him heartbroken. Then you will make me too. But please, I want you as a friend Tomas. Not as an enemy" I said, trying to make him forgive me.
"Violetta, I forgive you. I understand that you want to be my friend, totally. But it hurts. I need some time" He said
"Tomas, time for what? To fall in love with me more?" I said, more in an angry tone.
"No, time to think that I-" I cut him off
"Tomas, please understand. We are only friends" I said.
I can't believe this guy. I thought he would understand, I thought he would leave me alone.
But no, all he does is reminding me how much he hurts. And guess what? I'm not guilty.
Because I don't love him. I don't love Tomas. And never will. My one and only is and will be forever Leon. No one else.
Tomas can't understand that he needs to move on from me and live his life. Honestly, when will he understand it?
"Violetta, just stop telling me that you don't have feelings for me" He said
"I won't because I don't Tomas. Just stop saying that you hurt, trying to make me feel guilty"
"Yeah, you say you don't feel anything, but I do. Violetta, I feel a lot of things for you. And I can't deny it" He said
Then he grabbed my hands and walked closer. He leaned in trying to kiss me.
He was now near, but I looked away. How could he? I thought he understood. But no, Tomas can't accept the fact I don't love him.
"Tomas..." I said and looked at him
He didn't pull away. We were still close, but he didn't lean in.
I turned my head at the right, to see the person I never wanted to see me and Tomas at this situation.
He looked so hurt. It was all my fault. I looked at him. He just shook his head, turned around and walked away to the other direction.
Just then, I yelled his name as loud as I could.
"Leon!"
