*** STORY START
I was doing my homework in my room on my desk while Jacob slept on my bed.
The patrol schedules were getting more daily. Jacob and the guys were constantly missing school and not getting enough sleep. I was getting worried and even though the pack told me not to, I couldn't help it.
What if some crazed vampire came here?
I shook my head and cleared the thought of a vampire
I finished typing out my essay for english. I sighed of relief and just leaned back in my chair. I heard Jacob lightly snore, and it made me giggle.
I felt my phone vibrate, I took it out and the name Will flashed across the screen. I didn't know if I should pick it up or not. Jacob said they won't fight, so I pressed the green button.

What's up?
Nothing, I just called to ask if everything is okay between you and Jacob
Aww, that's sweet of you to call and yes everything is alright.
Kaay, that's good to hear
^ Even though he was saying that, his voice seemed different. Almost like he was disappointed. Again, I cleared the thought of that.

I clicked the end button. I looked over at Jacob and his eyes were slowly opening. I jumped on him and that made his eyes fully open.
"Hey there sleepy head" I said.
He rubbed his eyes and smiled.
"Were you talking to someone, I could have sworn I heard you talk."
Shit, should I tell him?
Or lie like last timee?
Nothing happened the last time I lied...soooooooo
"No, I wasn't. I was just doing my essay. Maybe it was your dream or something" I lied.
"Oh okaay" He said with a smile.
I faked a smile baack. Maaan, he is trusting me and I'm blowing it.
He pulled me down on top of his bare chest and hugged me tightly.
I put my head in the crook of his neck.
"Do you have to go patrolling today?" I muffled through his neck
Jacob sighed. "As much as I wanna stay with you, I gotta go."
I pulled my head back and looked at him. "Are there dangerous vampires out there?"
Jacob stared at me then shook his head no.
I narrowed my eyes at him. "Then you wouldn't mind if I go in the forest, would you?"
Jacob looked worried. "No no no, Miley. You can't go in there for any reason. Promise me you won't."
"Why? I thought there were no vampires" I remark proudly.
Jacob glared at me. "Your a bitch, you know that right?"
I laughed. "Yuup, but I'm your bitch."
Jacob rolled his eyes playfully. Then he got serious. "Please don't go there. We think there might be a vamp, but for my sake, don't go."
I nodded. "I won't but would it really make a difference. Like if the vampire wanted to get me, he could just come here and kill me..."
"Mils, stop being so difficult" Jacob groaned.
"Okie dokie."
Jacob got up and pulled me along with him.
"I'm gonna go now" He said.
I nodded. "Kaay, but be safe. And don't go wondering off. Stay with the pack or your patrolling buddy."
Jacob laughed. "Okay mom, anything else."
"Shut it" I said kissing him. I pulled away and looked at him. "I swear, if you come back with even a scratch on your face, I'll kill you for not being safe."
"Chill Miley" Jacob said laughing.
Jacob turned to leave but I grabbed his arm. "Your not gonna fight vampires, are you?"
He shrugged. "I don't know. Depends, if we incounter a vamp."
"Oh" I said softly. I didn't want him to fight at all, especially not with a fucking vampire. Jacob must of noticed my sadness because he came and hugged me. He rested his cheek ontop of my head. "Don't worry, Smiley Miley. I will be fine. I'ma wolf, I can handle these things."
I nodded and pulled away
"Besides, it might be fun to kill a vampire."
I looked at him with horror. Jake was just laughing. "Shut up" I whined.
"I really gotta go" Jacob said. I kissed him bye. "Hey Mils, do you want me to bring you a vampire heart as asouvenir?"
"Get out !!" I yelled.
Jacob laughed as he exited my room.
I decided to go to Emily's, since everyone is out patrolling and she is probably lonely.

I walked into their house and as I expected, Emily was in the kitchen making foood.
"Hey Emily" I greeted. She looked at me and smiled. "Hey Mils, what's up?"
I shrugged. "Nothing really, I just came down here cuz I wanted to hang out with you."
"Good thing, cuz everyone's gone."
I nodded. "Emily, do you ever worry about Sam when he's patrolling?"
She stopped stirring and looked at me. "Yeah I do, but I'm used to it and he can handle whatever comes his way." I oh'ed. "Why? Are you worried about Jake?"
"Yeah him and everyone else too, their always out and what if a vampire comes?"
"It's normal for them, it's their job. Don't worry about anything. And if it makes you feel better, you can hang out here whenever he's gone."
I grinned. "Thaanks Em, your the best."
She smiled.
After we watched a random movie that was playing on tv. Soon enough, the door opened and the pack piled into the room.
"Hey Sam" I said giving him a hug. He then went to kiss Emily.
I hugged the rest of the guys and sat down. "Wheres Jake?"
"He went home" Replied Embry.
I nodded. "Omg, I missed you guys."
"Yeah right" Seth said. "Now that your friends with the Will guy, you forgot about us."
I gasped. "Is that what you think?"
"No no, it's what I know" Seth said with a smirk.
I crossed my arms and pouted. "You guys think I don't love you anymore?"
They all nodded, even Sam.
"Fine" I said as I stood. "I'll just go."
I was obvoiusly joking and it was funny how when I was leaving, I heard them bitch at Seth for starting the whole thing.
"Yo Mils, come back. We were kidding" Jared said.
I turned around and grinned. "I know, but I'ma go get some fresh air. I'll be baack."
I walked outside and stood there for about 10 seconds, because it was freakin freezing. I turned around to go back inside, when something caught my eye. There was a figure in the forest, standing and staring right at me. I couldn't see much, just the outline because it was pretty far.
I thought it was Jacob so I walked into the forest. When I got deep inside, I noticed that I couldn't find my way baack.
"Shit" I mumbled. I was seriously stupid.
I wrapped my arms around myself to protect myself from the stupid stupid stupid cold weather.
I walked around till a voice stopped me. "Well hello there love."
I turned around and saw a man.
I wasn't scared at first, but when I noticed his pale skin and peircing red eyes, I knew I was in for some trouble.
