At the penguins, there was a little alarm that was heard, and a little red light sparked.
"We'll go out for pineapple, my bobbly-headed boobily-boo." Skipper said to his hula girl bobblehead.
Kowalski notices the signal of the alarm.
"Skipper, look." Kowalski said.
Skipper turns around to see the alarm.
"Analysis." Skipper said.
"Looks like a small bulb used to indicate something unusual, like a malfunction." Kowalski explained.
"I find it pretty and somewhat hypnotic." Skipper said.
"That too, sir." Kowalski said.
"Right! Rico? Manual!" Skipper said to Rico.
Rico passes the manual book to Skipper. He nods and uses the book to smash the light.
"Problemo solved." Skipper said.
"Sir, we may be out of fuel." Kowalski said.
"What makes you think that?" Skipper asked.
"We've lost engine one..." Kowalski said.
They looked at the engine, and they stopped working.
"And engine two is no longer on fire." Kowalski said.
"Buckle up, boys." Skipper said as he demands.
Rico and Kowalski buckled up to the seats.
"Don't look, doll. This might get hairy." Skipper said as he covered the bobblehead's printed eyes.
Skipper gets the walkie-talkie and speaks to the passengers.
"Attention! This is your captain. I have good and bad news. The good news is, we're landing immediately." Skipper said.
The gang smiles.
"The bad news is, we're crash-landing." Skipper said.
The plane starts to fall, and everyone screams for life as they hang on to their seats.
"When it comes to air travel, we know you have no choice. But thanks for choosing Air Penguin." Skipper said.
Melman's head went out the window, but later went back in and hit the back closet of luggage. King Julian was having the time of life as food floated around. King Julien's was laughing to enjoy the fun, and Maurice was still in fear.
"Raise your arms, Maurice! It's more fun when you raise your arms like this!" King Julien said.
Suddenly, the window next to them broke open, and they flew out of it. They had a parachute and glided down safely.
"I can fly!" King Julien shouted.
Back in the plane, Alex and Mariah were holding on to each other on Alex's seat as Marty and Katie held on to their seats.
"This could be it, Marty! I want you to know you are a one-in-a-million friend!" Alex shouted.
"Thanks, buddy! You're the best ever!" Marty shouted.
"And you won't mind when I tell you..." Alex said.
"Tell me anything! Tell me, what?" Marty asked.
"I broke your iPod!" Alex shouted.
"What?!" Marty shouted.
"The buttons were so small! It made me mad!" Alex shouted as he explained.
"The horror!" Marty shouted.
"I'm sorry!" Alex shouted.
"I'll kill you, butt-biter, girl lover!" Marty yelled.
"It was an accident!" Alex yelled.
Marty starts to hit Alex, and Alex tries to block.
"An accident!" Alex yelled.
"Butt-biter! Girl lover!" Marty yelled.
"Will you two just stop it?!" Mariah yelled.
"I love you, Gloria! I always have!" Melman yelled.
Melman looked at her and Brandon. They were still asleep as they could hear them snoring loudly. Melman looks at the others, Alex and Marty, who gives him a 'really' look as Mariah and Katie were confused.
"Those were your final words?" Mariah asked.
"That doesn't provide anything." Katie said.
"Like you love the beach. Or a good book. Or the beach." Melman explained.
The plane was getting much closer and closer to the ground, and they all started to scream again.
In the front, Skipper looks at the bobblehead.
"My goodness, doll, you're shaking like a leaf. Rico, you've had your fun. Pull up." Skipper demands to Rico.
Rico pulls the steering wheel, and the plane is gliding.
"Gear down." Skipper said.
The wheels under the plane come out.
"Gently. You just want to kiss the ground. Just a peck, a smooch, like you'd kiss your sister." Skipper said.
Instead of a soft and gentle landing, the wheels break off, and the plane slides through.
"I said, kiss it!" Skipper said.
He plane glides through some trees as the parts of the plane come off.
"Now, just a little brake. Just a touch." Skipper said.
In the backseat, the two chimpanzees were still playing chess.
"I believe that's checkmate." Mason said to Phil.
Alex, Marty, Mariah, and Katie screamed even more as they went off a cliff and headed straight towards down.
"Commence emergency landing procedure. Flaps up! Deploy!" Skipper shouted.
The penguins pulled their strings, and the parachutes were open, and the plane safely landed to the ground.
The gang were still hanging on their seats and freaked out after the crash. Alex and Mariah were hugging each other, and Marty and Katie were still in their seats, and the breathing masks operated. Both Gloria and Brandon wake up from their sleep. Gloria takes off her sleeping mask, and they look around.
"Oh, we're here." Brandon said.
They both realized that the plane got destroyed.
"What in the world?" Gloria asked.
They looked at Melman, who is using his breaking mask.
"What happened to the plane? What did y'all do to the plane?" Gloria asked.
"What's going on?" Brandon asked.
Alex, Mariah, Marty, Katie, and Melman get off the plane, still shaking in fear.
"I'm okay. I'm alive." Marty said.
"It's all over now." Katie said.
"I can't even sleep for a minute. This is not JFK." Gloria said.
Alex looks at the penguins in surprised.
"Kowalski, casualty report." Skipper said.
"Two passengers unaccounted for. That's a number I can live with." Kowalski explained.
"Good landing, boys. Who says a penguin can't fly?" Skipper asked, and they all give each other's high fives.
"Hey, happy slappers! Is there some reason to celebrate? Look at the plane!" Alex said.
"We'll fix it." Skipper said.
"Fix it? How are you gonna fix this?" Alex asked.
"Grit, spit, and a whole lot of duct tape. We should be up and running in, say, six to nine months." Skipper explained.
"Sixty-nine months?!" Alex asked in surprised.
"No, six to nine months. Kowalski, I say we use this setback to our advantage." Skipper said.
"Where'd you get that number?" Alex asked, but Skipper didn't answer.
"I want you to reconfigure the design." Skipper said.
"How do you estimate that?" Alex asked.
"Pretty boy! Why don't you and your friends dig a latrine." Skipper said.
"Hold on a sec. Who made you king of the plane wreck?" Ales asked.
"Excuse me?" Skipper asked.
Rico pulled out a pocket knife, but Skipper stopped him.
"Fine. You can be in charge. You fix the plane." Skipper said.
"Who gives you the authority to put me in charge?" Alex asked.
"OK, then I'll remain in charge." Skipper said.
"Yeah, you will remain in charge." Alex said.
"You and your hippie friends stay out of our hair." Skipper said.
"Correcto-mundo. Because I decided to." Alex said.
"Good for you." Skipper said.
"Yeah. Well, guess what? This discussion isn't over." Alex said, and him and the gang left.
"Higher mammals! You stay with us. We could use your front cortexes and opposable thumbs." Skipper said to the chimpanzees.
Phil sign languages.
"Phil! I should wash your hands out with soap." Mason said.
