Y/n POV
I walk into the dojo with Raph and Leo, Donnie and Mikey are sparring...in slow motion?
"What? Are you fighting a guy in slow motion?" Raph asked.
"Took the question right out of my mouth, Raph." I stated.
"I suppose I could do it faster if I ignored my form, like you." Leo stated to Raph.
"Ignore this form!" Raph shouted.
Raph and Leo start training until Father seized them by using pressure points on their necks. He releases them as the two crumble to the ground.
"Competition is an excellent motivator but not when it turns you against each other. So now, you will spar two on three." Father stated.
"Okay, I'll take Don-" Leo tried to say but Father cut him off.
"You will take Raphael. You two must focus on working together, not competing with each other." Father stated.
"Okay, so me and Raph against Y/n, Mikey and Donnie? Uh, isn't that a little unfair?" Leo asked.
"Wait, what are you trying to say?" Donnie asked.
"Um, how can I put this gently? We're way better than you guys." Raph stated.
"At fighting, maybe." Mikey said.
"Uh, that's what I meant." Donnie said.
"Oh? Fine." Mikey said.
"I'll make you two eat those words." I stated, smirking at Leo and Raph and they smirked back.
"Hajime!" Father shouted.
Leo and Raph easily beat Donnie and Mikey, then they circled me. I was ready as Leo charged at me, dodged at the last second making him fall to the floor, but he got back up and charged at me again. Leo pounced on me, but he left enough room for me to put my feet against his plastron and kick him off me. I got up, but they both charged at me and I managed to backflip over them. I tried to lay a punch on either of them, but they kept dodging me and then Raph grabbed my wrist and flipped me over his shoulder. I landed on the floor with loud thud and laid their groaning in pain.
"It was a good attempt, Y/n; you're improving and that's what matters." Raph stated, but I knew he meant 'I'm better than you'.
"Gee, thanks Raph, thanks for the encouragement." I stated, sarcastically as walked passed him, bumping his shoulder hard as I did.
"Yame!" Father shouted.
"You were right, sensei. Working together is fun." Raph stated.
"Look, guys. Raph and I may be better fighters, but you're still an important part of this team." Leo stated, trying to make me, Donnie and Mikey feel better.
"As important as you two?" Donnie asked, annoyed.
"Uh, very important. We shouldn't compare ourselves. It's like apples and oranges." Leo stated.
"Yeah, if apples were way better, which they are." Mikey stated.
"So the truth comes out." Donnie stated and I nodded, sharpening kunai on the couch.
"You guys think of us as some kind of B-team." Mikey stated.
"Good one, Dr. Name-enstein. We'll call you the B-team." Raph stated.
"Thanks. I mean, hey!" Mikey said.
"There's no shame in it. Look, they've got a B-team too." Leo stated, referring to Space Heroes.
They teleport to a planet before Ryan and Crankshaw flip away, the two crew members getting hit with a laser and disappear.
"Thanks a lot." I stated, sarcastically.
"The point is, they had an important function." Leo stated.
April comes into the lair and she looks sad.
"April, what's wrong? Are you okay?" Donnie asked.
"I just got mugged by some Purple Dragons. They stole my phone." April stated.
"Don't worry. We'll kick their butts for you." Leo stated.
"Yeah, we'll teach those punks to mess with April O'Neil." Raph stated.
"Guys, it's just a phone. I'll get another one." April stated.
"Come on. What's the point of being a ninja if you can't help your friends when they get robbed?" Donnie asked.
"April is right. It is best to let this go." Father stated.
"What do you mean? Why shouldn't we get her phone back?" Leo asked.
"One cannot predict the consequences of battle. Every fight has the potential to stir a hornet's nest. A simple cell phone does not justify this risk." Father stated.
"What risk? It's the Purple Dragons. Even Y/n, Mikey and Donnie could beat 'em.
"Hey!" Me, Donnie and Mikey exclaimed in unison.
"Don't worry, sensei. We'll be careful." Leo stated.
We leave, while April trains with Father.
At the purple dragon hideout. Tsoi is throwing some kunai at a poster of a turtle while Sid watched. We watched as they tried to make a bet with each other, Sid threw the kunai and it missed.
'Wow, even I could throw a kunai better than that'. I thought to myself.
Suddenly, he gets kicked.
"The turtles and the girl?" Fong asked.
"Sup?" Me and Raph said in unison.
"Get 'em!" Fong shouted.
Tsoi leaped toward Mikey, who took out his nunchucks.
"Bring it." Mikey said.
"Comin' through!" Raph exclaimed.
Raph kicks him away, before Mikey could even do it. Me, Donnie and Fong charge at each other.
"I got it." Leo stated.
Leo kicks Fong, stealing Donnie's chance.
"Let's get out of here!" Fong exclaimed.
The purple dragons tried to run since Sid was already knocked down. Leo gets in the way and pushes Fong to the wall.
"You punks stole a phone from a friend of ours. We want it back." Leo stated.
"Whatever. We steal a lot of phones." Fong stated.
"Well, let's see 'em. Now!" Leo shouted.
The dragons show us the stuff they stole. Among them was April's phone.
"Hey, that looks like it." Donnie stated.
As I go to pick it up, something rumbled.
"Does anyone else feel that?" Mikey asked.
"What's going on?" Fong asked.
Suddenly, tiny robotic creatures with one eye that are red with two legs, and a single crunching mouth emerge from the hole.
"What the heck?" Leo asked.
The robots let out a snarl like a cat and started gathering all the stolen stuff.
"Hey, those things are stealing the stuff we stole." Fong stated.
"Wait, where's- He's got the phone. B-team, get him! We'll handle the metal." Leo stated.
"Hey, we are-" Donnie tried to say something but Leo cut him off.
"Just go!" Leo shouted.
"If you guys can't handle it, don't be ashamed to call for help." Raph stated.
"Oh, yeah? Well, maybe you should call us for help. Or don't call us. We'll call you. Wait, I mean-" Mikey said.
"I think they got it, Mikey." I said.
Mikey blows raspberries. Leo and Raph start to fight the robots as they retreat to the underground hole.
"Come on. Let's see where these things are coming from." Leo said.
I see Fong and Dogpound talking, I could only hear a little bit but I knew it had something to do with April's phone we came to find.
Me, Mikey and Donnie looking below from the glass window.
"Aww, man. We can't take Dogpound on our own. Maybe we should wait for Leo and Raph." Mikey stated.
"And tell them we chickened out? Then they'll never stop calling us the B-team. We'll use stealth. With the right plan, we can grab the phone without Dogpound ever seeing us. Okay?" Donnie said.
"I can't believe their egos are that big. I hate being looked down on and they know that." I muttered.
Donnie and Mikey look at me and hug me and I hug them back.
"We need a diversion, so we can grab the phone. How about this? We'll make them think the police are here. We'll need a bullhorn, some flashing lights, and a siren." I stated.
"Operation: Cop out!" Mikey stated.
"Or we can make them think the place is on fire. We'll need a smoke machine, an orange light, and some firefighter jackets." Donnie stated.
"Operation: Burn out." Mikey stated.
"Or we could find the breaker box and shut off the power. We'll need um, nothing." I stated.
"Operation: Blackout. No, lights out. No, power out. This one's too good, I can't handle it." Mikey said as I rub the back of his head.
"I've got it. I'll use my T-phone to hack the CIA computer system, then reroute a satellite over the building and focus its beams to give them all splitting headaches." Donnie stated.
"Operation: Spaced out." Mikey stated.
"That's when you go in, wearing a tinfoil hat to protect yourself..." I stated, before my phone rang and it was Leo.
"I'm kind of in the middle of something." I said as I answered.
"Is that Leo? Tell him my operation names." Mikey said.
"What's the matter? Oh, don't tell me the A-team needs the help of a less talented group like the B-team." I said, annoyed.
"Uh, no. No, of course not. No, we're great. I-I'm just, you know, checking to see if you guys need any help. And are you okay you sound mad?" Leo asked.
"We got this. We followed Fong to the defunct futon factory on fifth." I stated.
"Say that five times fast." Mikey said.
"Anyway, we've got an awesome plan to get the phone back. How are you guys doing?" I asked.
"Uh, you know. Good ish." Leo said, sounding not so sure of himself.
"Whoops, call waiting! Gotta go! You were right. We've got to beat these things on our own if it kills us. Okay, bad choice of words." Leo stated as I hung up.
"UGH!" I exclaimed as I almost threw my phone off the roof.
"Y/n, what's wrong?" Donnie asked.
"Their egos are so big, they can't even admit they need help. Well, I say let them suffer for a bit until they learned their lesson.
I see Dogpound go into a warehouse and inside I could see Baxter Stockman.
"Stockman is behind those weird robots. But what does Dogpound with him and why does he have April's phone?...Oh, no." I said as I realized his plan.
"What's wrong?" Donnie asked.
"I know what they're planning, they are going to force Stockman to hack April's phone so they can get into her tracker." I stated.
"And?" Mikey asked.
"So, they can find out where our lair is." Donnie stated and I nodded.
"Time to show those egotistical pricks, who they are pushing off to the side. Let's go." I said.
"Let's go B-team!" Mikey exclaimed.
"Don't call us that!" Donnie and I exclaimed in unison.
We get into the warehouse without being noticed.
"There. My decryption program is ready." Stockman stated.
"Not on my watch it's not." I whispered so only Donnie and Mikey could hear me.
Donnie turns the lights off so they can't see anything.
"What's going on?" I hear Dogpound ask.
They look around as I grab April's phone.
"The phone!" Dogpound exclaimed.
Dogpound pounced on Donnie and Mikey since I forgot he can see in the dark. I drop the phone and hide in the shadows.
"Well, that plan didn't work." Mikey stated.
"Worked great for me. Get the chains." Dogpound stated.
Donnie and Mikey are chained on the wall.
"We'll have access to the phone in about ten minutes." Stockman stated.
"You're wasting your time. There's nothing on it." Donnie stated.
"It's got a GPS log, doesn't it? Once I unlock this phone, we'll see every place it's ever been." Stockman stated.
'I knew it!' I thought to myself.
"The Museum of natural history!" Mikey exclaimed.
"Or the lair." Donnie said.
"That's even worse!" Mikey exclaimed.
"If that phone tells me where Splinter is, I'll have no reason to keep you alive. And if it doesn't tell me, I'll get the answers out of you. That's what I call a win-win." Dogpound stated.
'Not on my watch you don't. Just hang on a little longer guys. I'll get us out of here' I thought to myself.
I feel my phone vibrating, glad I left my phone on vibrate before we got in this mess.
I leave quickly and I pick up.
"What do you guys want? We're kinda doing something here." I stated.
"Y/n, where are you? Do you, Donnie and Mikey need us to help you." I could hear Raph taunt.
"No, we don't! I can handle this on my own without egoistical jerks like you two! I can take on Dogpound on my own and get April's phone! Don't call me again, unless you two are ready to admit you need help, cause the next time you call and you don't need help I will hang up immediately! Now if you two will excuse me, I have to see a man about a phone, bye!" I exclaimed, not loud enough for Dogpound to hear me and hung up.
I get back inside and I come up with a plan to destroy the computer in time so I take aim, but before I could take the shot, Leo and Raph enter the warehouse.
I take the shot and destroyed the computer with my kunai. I come out of hiding with my katanas in hand.
"The turtles! And the girl!" Dogpound exclaimed.
"Not so fast, Dogpound. And Dexter Spackman?" Leo said.
"Baxter Stockman!" Stockman exclaimed, annoyed.
Dogpound attacks as Leo. Leo spins above him and runs while Raph kicks him. While they were distracted I grabbed April's phone and slip it in my pocket.
"How did you escape my M.O.U.S.E.R.S?" Stockman asked.
"We didn't." Leo stated.
The mousers land on top of Dogpound and Stockman. Once they are down, I began to slice the chains off of Mikey and Donnie's hands.
"We're here to save the day, as usual." Raph stated.
"Oh, yeah. Looks like you guys were doing great." I stated, sarcastically.
"You try fighting off 2,000 robots!" Raph shouted at me.
"You try have two older brothers with egos bigger than themselves!" I screamed.
"Let's beat it!" Fong exclaimed.
[The mousers started to come after them.]
"Mikey! Keep away!" I exclaimed as I threw the phone to Mikey.
Mikey catches the phone as Dogpound tries to chase him. He runs up to the second floor. Donnie then finds a camera inside the mousers.
"A gamma camera. It detects radioisotopes. That must be what he's tagged you with." Donnie stated.
"Oh. How do we get it off?" Raph asked.
"You can't. It wears off gradually. But if someone else got sprayed, they'd give off a stronger signal." Donnie stated.
Mikey falls and drops the phone. Donnie then whacks Dogpound.
"We gotta get Stockman's spray. It controls the M.O.U.S.E.R.S." Raph stated.
"You mean that thing?" Mikey asked.
"I'll handle this, dog man. One spritz and they're mouser chow." Stockman stated.
I attack and throw my shurikens at Stockman's spray, it unleashes the gas that gives Mousers too much signal that they start chasing them around. Dogpound fights them off and they run away. Stockman trips and Dogpound carries him.
Dogpound leaves, breaking through the wall as the mousers chase him.
"Nice job, guys." Leo stated.
"Yeah, from here on out, you're the 'A-' team." Raph stated.
"That's probably the best we're gonna get out of him." Donnie stated as i tried to keep a straight face.
We got back to the lair and we are in the dojo.
"I hope you all see that by choosing your own battles poorly, you created your own crisis." Father stated.
"Yeah, there's definitely some irony there." Donnie stated.
"Okay, it got a little out of control, but we learned our lesson. And at least we got April's phone back." I stated as I pulled out April's phone from my pocket and it was damaged from the fight.
"You did? Sweet." April said.
The phone breaks in pieces.
"Uh, the important thing is it didn't end up in the wrong hands." Leo stated.
"Gee. Thanks, guys." April said.
"Uh, don't worry, April. you can have one of my custom-built T-phones." Donnie stated.
"Ooh, cool." April said.
"Just don't say, 'T-phone, self-destruct'." Mikey said, by accident.
Confused, April looks down and the T-Phone does just that. Her hands jolt as it does so.
"Or else that happens." I stated.
April stares at the now smoking phone, shocked by what just happened.
"I think I need to be for a while." I stated, leaving the dojo, going to the far side of the couch and I put my headphones in and start playing my guitar to that song.(you can choose your song)
I feel five pairs of eyes on me, but I didn't flinch. I feel my headphones being pulled out of my ears and my guitar taken out of my arms.
"What's going on, sis?" Leo and Raph asked in unison.
"That's rich coming you two. You two should know why I'm upset, need I remind you of our last phone, Leonardo!" I shouted.
"Yeah, what was that about?" Raph asked.
"One word, Raph, 'ego'. Get that under control, then we'll talk. For right now, I don't even wanna look you two. You both know how I feel about being looked down on. You two acted like me, Donnie and Mikey couldn't do a thing without you two stepping to 'help' us. Just...go away." I said, taking my guitar and headphones to my room and slamming the door shut.
