I went to school the next day, Stiles was not happy with Scott and warned me to stay away from him but I know and he knows he wouldn't be able to stay away from him either.
I saw Scott running around saying stay away from Jackson, Stay away from Allison and Oh come on! It was really funny.
I giggled and he heard me and came running and hugged me tightly."I'm sorry for not saving your dad," Scott says with a sad look.
We entered the classroom and Stiles dragged me away from Scott and made me ignore him for the rest of the class
"Still not talking to me? Okay, can you at least tell me if your dad's okay? It's just a bruise, right? Some soft tissue damage?" Scott says.
"Nothin' that big - You know I feel really bad about it, right?" Scott tells him.
"What if I told you that I'm trying to figure this whole thing out, and - That I went to Derek for help?" Scott continues.
"If I was talking to you, I'd say that you're an idiot for trusting him," Stiles tells Scott.
"But I'm not talking to you," Stiles says."What did he say?" Stiles says spazzing out. I just giggled at Stiles's silliness and Stiles smiled at me.

I was following Scott and Stiles as they talked about Derek and Scott having a training session
"Wh - he wants you to tap into your animal side and get angry?" Stiles questions
"Yeah," Scott replies.
"Ah alright but correct me if I'm wrong, but every time you do that, you try to kill someone, and that someone's usually me or Roma. " Stiles points at me.
"I've already been a target so not it!" I said smirking.
"I know. That's what he means when he says he doesn't know if he can teach me. I have to be able to control it." Scott responds.
"Well, how's he gonna teach you to do that?" Stiles questions.
"Well, I don't know. I don't think he does either." Scott responds.
"Okay. When are you seeing him again?" Stiles asks
"He told me not to talk about it. Just act normal and get through the day." Scott replies.
"When?" Stiles repeats.
"He's picking me up at the animal clinic after work," Scott answers.
"After work. All right, well, that gives me to the end of the school day then. " Stiles says.
"To do what?" Scott asks
"To teach you myself," Stiles tells Scott.

I was in the library with Scott and Stiles as Scott was keeping an eye on Allison.
"I think the book's making it more obvious. Besides, she's reading, anyway." Stiles points out
"So did you come up with a plan yet?" Scott asks
"I think so," Stiles responds.
"Does that mean you don't hate me now?" Scott wonders
"No. But your crap has infiltrated my life, so now I have to do something about it. Plus I'm a better Yoda than Derek." Stiles tells Scott.
"Okay, yeah, you teach me," Scott says thinking about it.
"Yeah, I'll be your Yoda." Stiles agrees
"Yeah, you be my Yoda," Scott says in agreement.
"Your Yoda I will be. I said it backwards." Stiles says with a grin.
"Yeah, I - I know," Scott responds
"All right, you know what? I still hate you. Uh-huh. Oh, yeah." Stiles says as we leave the library.
"Scott. Scott, wait. Hey, Scott. Sc -" We hear Allison call out.

I and Scott all head to the field where Stiles asked us to meet him for something.
Stiles what are you doing?" I asked him."Going to get Scott angry by hitting him with lacrosse balls whilst monitoring his heart rate," Stiles explains.
"This is not gonna be easy," Scott says to us.
"Okay. Now, put this on." Stiles says passing a heart monitor to Scott.
"Isn't this one of the heart rate monitors for the track team?" Scott asks taking the heart monitor."Yeah, I borrowed it." Stiles lies.
"More like stole it," I said.
Stiles gives a pointed look
"Stole it," Scott says
"Temporarily misappropriated!" Stiles exclaims defensively.
"Coach uses it to monitor his heart rate with his phone while he jogs, and you're gonna wear it for the rest of the day," Stiles explains getting the coach's phone out.
"Isn't that Coach's phone?" Scott asks.
"You're such a thief honestly," I chuckled.
"That... I stole." Stiles nods.
"Why?"Scott asked.
"All right, well, your heart rate goes up when you go wolf, right? When you're playing lacrosse, when you're with Allison, whenever you get angry. Maybe learning to control it is tied to learning to control your heart rate." Stiles explains.
"Like The Incredible Hulk?" Scott asks.
"Kind of like The Incredible Hulk, yeah." Stiles shrugs.
"No, I'm like The Incredible Hulk!" Scott says smiling.
"Would you shut up and put the strap on?" Stiles says annoyed.
"You know this isn't exactly how I wanted to spend my free period," Scott says.
"All right. Are you ready?" Stiles asked
"No," Scott replies
"Remember don't get angry," Stiles tells him
"I'm starting to think this was a really bad idea," Scott responds
Stiles steps back, turns on the monitoring app, and then starts throwing lacrosse balls at Scott.
I just cringed at the hits."Oh, man. Okay, that one kind of hurt." Scott groans.
"Quiet. Remember, you're supposed to be thinking about your heart rate, all right? About staying calm." Stiles says as he continues to throw lacrosse balls at Scott.
"Stay calm. Staying calm. Staying calm. No balls are flying at my face--" Scott mutters and gets hit in the face.
"AHHH! Son of a bitch!" Scott yells
"You know what? I think I aim to improve," Stiles says.
"Wonder why," Scott says sarcastically.
"Don't get angry," Stiles says mockingly.
"I'm not getting angry," Scott says frustrated.
"Stop. Just-- can we just hold--" Scott says falling to his knee.
"Scott?" Stiles asked.
Stiles and I go up to Scott's side.
"Scott, you started to change--" Stiles says.
"From anger. But it was more than that it was like, the angrier I got, the stronger I felt." Scott says
"No, it is anger, then. Derek's right." Stiles responds.
"I can't be around Allison," Scott says glumly.
"Just because she makes you happy?" Stiles questions.
"No, because she makes me weak," Scott says.

We all go to the locker room and discuss Allison.
"All right. You stay away from her for a few days. You can do that." Stiles says.
"But is it a few days, or is it forever?" Scott ask
"You know, this whole "women make you weak"-thing is a little too Spartan warrior for me. It's probably just part of the learning process." Stiles says.
"Yeah, but you've seen Derek. I mean, the guy's alone. What if I can, like, never be around her again?" Scott points out.
"He's not alone," I said with a look." He has me and he'll always have me. For your information he didn't ask to be alone morons," I said defending Derek.
"Well, if you're not dead, that could be a good thing." Stiles reminds him whilst ignoring me.
"I'd rather be dead," Scott says.
I slap the back of Scott's head hard and he winces and rubs the back of his head.
"All right, you're not gonna end up like Derek, all right? We'll figure it out." Stiles says.
"Kay." Scott nods.
"Come on. Let's get out of here." Stiles says.
"Something smells terrible in here, anyway," Scott says.
"Really? In a boys' locker room? That doesn't make any sense at all." Stiles says sarcastically
"No, it's like something's rotting, or dying," Scott tells us as we all leave the locker room to go to class which with had with Coach and Allison.
