Kays POV
I was very tired after the past few days of meeting new people and meeting the teams.I finally sat down on my bed and was about to pass out. "Man I am pooped. What is next on the agenda?" I asked Serah who came in with a small Ipad. "Nothing much but the Ball that will be held in your honor. I heard that EXO and one of your admires are going to be performing as well." Serah said giggling.
I got up and sighed as I remembered the dance was going to before the game. I knew Grandfather would want me to ask someone to escort me or rather go with me. I was thinking of asking Chenyeol or Kris. But my thoughts were interupted by Charlie jumping on my lap. "Kay! Can we go play? I want to train!" Charlie said as looked up at me. I giggled and nodded, "Sure Charlie but first i got to see if its okay." I said as I looked at Serah. "Nope and you should spend time with Charlie here." Serah said as she smiled. "Great, let's have a picnic and a great training session." I said as I got up and went to change into a dark blue top with teal butterflies over it as well as a pair of jeans and Vans. "My dear?" Grandfather said as he came in. "Yes Grandfather?" I asked as I was brushing my hair. "Ohh what are you going to do on this lovely day?" Grandfather asked. "I was going to take Charlie for a training session and a picnic. I was thinking on inviting some of my friends." I said after I bowed to him.
"That is a good idea, you and Charlie must bond some more. Though my dear you should pick an escort for the formal dance tonight." Grandfather said. "I know Grandfather, I just don't know who I should ask." I said as I sat down and Charlie sat down next to me. "Its alright, I never though I would have to deal with my granddaughter being soo popular with the men. If you ask me, I think you should go with Noctis. That boy seems to love you very much." Grandfather said as he put his hands on mine.
"How do you really know Grandfather?" I asked as I looked at him. "Well my dear I've been in love before and I still am with your Grandmother. Plus He looks at you as your father looked at your mother." Grandfather said as he softly smiled. I nodded and let out a few tears. "I miss father." I said as I wiped my tears. "I miss him too but I know he would be very proud of you as I am." Grandfather said as he hugged me. "Thanks Grandpa." I said after I hugged him back and got Charlie ready.
I bid my grandfather good bye as I went to the kitchens and asked for a small picnic basket with pokemon food and human food enough for my close friends. After a while, I was carrying several boxes and met up with my friends or rather the girls from Sugar Skull. They helped me carry some of the lunches. I let Charlie out to walk with me and if he got behind he jumped on my shoulder. "Wow, what a cute creature! What is his name?" Yuffie asked as she tried to pinch Charlies cheeks but he didn't like that and shoot an Ember attack at her. "Yuffie, his name is Charlie and he doesn't like that." I said as I pat Charlie's head.
"Yeah THAT HURT!" Charlie said as he was rubbing his cheeks. "I am sorry!" Yuffie cried as she was trying to put out her butt which was on fire. Me and the rest of the girls laughed as Serah lead us to a small beautiful meadow. I saw some other pokemon creatures eating grass. "Ohhh boy! I'm looking forward to training!" Charlie said as he jumped down and ran towards a rat like creature. I remembered from my books that the purple rat was called a Ratitta. "Charlie you want to battle that Rattita?" I asked Charlie nodded.
"Okay Go Charlie! Use Tackle!" I called out one of the attacks and the Rat dodged to use a Tackle against Charlie. I called more attacks as Charlie won. Charlie was smiing until a larger rat came out. This one was brown and was larger then the purple Rattita. I recognized this one as a Raticate. This one seems to be the little Rattita's leader. "Charlie becareful this one seems strong." I said as Charlie huffed and went on head on. But then got smacked back by a Tail whip. "Charlie! Use Ember!" I said then Charlie nodded as he shoot out flames and toasted the Raticate and its friends. I cheered as I went over to check on Charlie. He was a little injured but I managed to heal with him some potions my bag.
After a few battles Charlie said he wanted to go back into his pokeball. I nodded as I sent him back. I sighed as I sat down with my friends. "Charlie is a pretty cool creature." Yuna said as she smiled. "Yeah I know he will get strong, you girls want a some small tour of the castle?" I asked with a smile.
"Yes! I would love a tour of your new home!" Yuffie said. "Great, I'll give you guys the tour but I may get called to do somethings to prepare for the dance tonight." I said as I opened the basket and gave everyone a sandwich. I let Charlie out so I can feed him. "Ohhh I was hungry! Thank you Kay! So are we going to train some more?" Charlie asked as he took some food. "Yes we are but not today. I have to prepare for a dance but let's take an hour or so to train you everyday." I said as I pet his head. "Great! I want to be strong for you and help protect my home!" Charlie said as he put a piece of food in his mouth. "You'll be a great protector Charlie." I said as I smiled and eat my sandwich.
"So what are you and Charlie talking about?" Tifa asked. "We were talking about training and getting stronger." I said as Tifa nodded. We all had a nice lunch and were heading back. Charlie was back in his pokeball. I was laughing at something Tifa said to Yuffie about her crush on Vincent. "So who do you like Kay? It seems like that you like several guys." Rikku said as she jumped onto my back. I nearly fell over as I felt my face warm up.
"I don't know what you mean KK." I said as I set her down. "Well let's see, there's Noctis, your ex-boyfriend and I know you still have feelings for him. This handsome Yuj guy, he seems really nice but I haven't met him and I want to know if he is the real deal." Rikku said as she got off and thought about it. "Don't forget about the EXO princes! Kirs and Chenyeol seem to have a little crush on our little Kay here." Tifa said as she ruffled my hair. I blushed as I straighten my hair. "Don't forget that cute guy who was walking with you the other day! What was his name? Zero?" Yuffie cried out.
"Ohh right he is with the Kurin clan group. Isn't he the silver haired guy?" Yuna asked as she thought about it. "Yeah he is. He walked me back to the castle since my maids or rather my new friends were showing the others to their rooms." I said as we walked inside the castle. "Ahhh I see, well isn't that him right there?" Paine said as she pointed him out.
It was him standing with Yuki and the others. He saw me and his eyes got wide as he walked over to Kaname and whispered something in his ear. Kaname nodded as he turned away from the other group of his friends and started walking toward me. "Afternoon Lady Kaylyn, I see you're catching up with your friends. I was wondering if its possible for you to join me for a small chat over tea this afternoon." Kaname asked as I heard the girls gasped. "Alright, I would love to Lord Kaname." I said as I lowered my head a little and smiled. "Acutally I just remembered something I have a meeting with another associate this afternoon." Kaname said as one of his friends whispered in his ear. "Ohh I am sorry to hear that. Maybe another time then when are avablie." I said smiling and keeping it professional.
Though I could feel Zero's eyes focusing on me. "Let's make it for this afternoon then. I hope to see you later Lady Kaylyn." Kaname said as he left with Yuki at his side. I nodded and bowed as they left. "Kaylyn that Zero guy has been still looking at you." Yuffie said as she whispered in my ear. "I KNOW and I see that." I said as I walked toward the palace.
I heard some music that had started playing. I went towards it and I thought I saw Yuna and her friends practicing. Me and the girls went over and watched them practice. I had forgotten that they were goingto be the half time show for the game.
"Kay! You are here? Aren't you suppose to be with the Princes?" Yuna asked me. "No my grandfather let me be with my firends. Plus I thought for fun we can do a song together like old times." I said smiling. Then Yuffie's face lit up. "Ohhh girls I have an idea!" Yuffie cried out as she pushes all of us together and told us that we should hold a surprise performance during the dance after Yuna performs.
We all agreed and we all started to work. Heck even for warm ups me and Blondie taught the girls the routine to Warrior by B.A.P. that we did for dance team back on earth. I was teaching the girls the right steps and doing it with them as well as practcing vocals. But I had a sense that I was being watched. But i chose to ignore it and focused on the task at hand.

Kris POV
I was walking down the halls of the castle after having a small meeting with Lord William. He seems to be a nice guy as well as a great king. I have heard much of him and his kingdom from my father. I was thankful that I got to meet him and his beautiful granddaughter. When I first heard of her I thought she was going to be an ugly stuck up girl but ohh I was clearly wrong. Lady Kay was the most beautiful princess I've ever seen. I was thankful to Lay for snapping me out of my gaze so I can meet her.
I couldn't help but smile every time she smiled. As I got to know her more i noticed how much I started to like her more and more. I was getting crap from the boys about me liking her. As well a some of her guy friends looking at her. But I did notice something different from Lord Noctis. I saw the way he had looked at her and noticed how much he loved her. I never had experienced love but I could tell that there was something there. I was thinking about this when I walked by one of the courtyards and heard some music blaring. I went towards it to see the source. I turned to see bunch of Kaylyn's friends her self dancing really well to some music. I felt my own jaw drop as I looked upon them reshearsing.
They were singing as well. I never though they would have such a great voices. Then I saw Kaylyn walking up and open her mouth to start singing. Her voice was heaven, it was sweet and soft that I felt my dragon wings wanting to take flight. But I shook my head as I continue to watch and soon the rest of my friends and bandmates showed up.
"Wow, Lady Kaylyn has a pretty voice and so does her friend Yuna." Lay said as he peeked in. The music stopped, as I hear foot steps. "Hello Gentlemen, may I help you?" Kaylyn said as she peeked out. I felt my heart stop again at her beauty. "Uh..." I said but Xiu Min interuppted me. "We heard the music and we were wondering what was going on." Xiu Min said as he waved to the other girls. "Ohh we are rehearsing for the dance tonight say have you got dates?" Kaylyn said with an evil smile. "Actually no, since there are so many lovely ladys here its hard to ask which one." Chen said with a charm as I rolled my eyes.
"Well my friends and my self with the exception of Blondie and Nyala are single. So why don't you asked them or me?" Kaylyn asked with a blush as she heard the other girls started yelling and turning red in the face. "Lady Kaylyn, may I have the honor of escorting you to the dance and have one dance with you?" I asked as I bowed. "AHHHHH" I heard the girls yell. "Um... sure Kris. I would be honored as well." Kaylyn said with a smile as i saw her beautiful face turn red. I bowed and kissed her hand. "Great, My lady I'll see you and the other girls later." I said as I bowed to them and left. I saw them crowd around Kay as I left with a big smile on my face.
"Well well our Leader has finally scored with a girl though this would make the what 100th girl?" Chen joked after he asked Kay's friend Paine to go to the dance. "Ha ha very funny Chennie! Lady Kay is different I can feel it. I'm going to take this chance to get to know her." I said firmly. "Right, you said that before with that girl from Iceland." Lay said laughing as the others laughed. "You will see." I said as I went to my chambers and texted Lady Kay and asked if she wanted to wear something so we would match.
She sent me a response that she was going to wear a ice blue dress. I quickly looked through my things to find a matching tie. I got my best suit and layed it out. I hummed a new tune I thought I would share with the guys, as well as my feelings for Lady Kay. She was beautiful and kind and I've never felt this way about someone before. I had researched the feelings or emotions but never have felt them. I was learning as I started to feel them one at a time. Heck I felt anger.
I looked at the mirror as I was tucking in my shirt. I remembered when I saw that Prince Noctis with Lady Kay. I think they had a history together and I saw the look of love between them. I felt a bit jealous of Nocits. I must ask them what had happened in between them. Though I over heard that Noctis had broken her heart.
I worked on my tie in frustration since he was a fool to hurt Kay like that. I sighed but then jumped as I heard a knocking coming from the door. I walked over to answer it and it was Lady Kay in her dress. I felt my eyes got wide as I took her in. "My Lady you look beautiful, what brings you here?" I asked in a breath taken voice. Kay blushed and nodded. "Thank you and I wanted to see if you are doing alright and if you needed help with anything." Kay said as she smiled at me. "Ohh well how good are you tieing a tie?" I said as I hold it up.
"Ohhh I'm pretty good, I had practice on my god father or rather Blondie's dad." Kay said as she smiles and works on my neck. I blushed as she got close to me and fixed my tie. "Thank you My Lady." I said smiling at her. "Don't mention it and don't call me My Lady. Call me Kay." Kay said with a smile as she looked up at me. I looked into her eyes and noticed how beautiful she looked.
"Well are you ready?" Kay asked me as I nodded and I held out my arm. She took it and a smile was on her face. "Let's go." I said as i smiled at her. We walked toward the ballroom. I smiled as I saw the rest of my bandmates showed up and I noticed Chenyeol a little green with envy. "Kris, I hope you don't mind if I do dance with some of my friends?" Kay asked me. I looked at her surprised and I nodded. I wanted her to be happy, though I would be jealous like no body business. "But Kay I would like the first dance." I said as we entered the ballroom. "Deal, and man I am nervous." Kay said in a voice that is a bit shaken. I smiled and patted her hand. "It will be alright, you will do great Kay. Now let's go meet with your grandfather. I'm sure he would want to see you and see how beautiful you look." I said as I saw her nod and blush.
I lead her to Lord William who smiled and comliemented on how beautiful she looked. Kay and I bowed before him as we took our seats next to him. I saw some stares at me, most were of girls glaring at Kay or drooling over me. It was pretty much the same with the guys except the opposite. I saw Noctis's eyes got wide as he saw Kaylyn then he glared at me. I figured he would probably want to talk to me alone later. I saw Lord Willaim stood up and walked toward the stage. "My lords and ladies and fellow people. I welcome you to the annual Blitzball Dance! This dance is not only in honoring the players who have come from all different worlds and kingdoms but to honoring my new heir and future Queen of Alborhhim, Lady Kaylyn!" William said as he pointed his hand towards Kaylyn as she stood up and bowed toward the crowd. "I'm sure my granddaughter would like to speak on her behalf. Come my dear." William said as he ushered her over.
I saw her face grow red and I gave her a assuring nod and a small push. Then she walked up there and thanked her grandfather.
"Thank you your majesty or grandpa. I never knew that I would royalty or even a future Queen at that. I want to say thank you to the people who raised me and my best friend whos been like a sister to me. Thats my friend Rachel and her parents." Kay said as she pointed to her friend who was waving. Her friend was cute but I know Luhan had a little crush on her. Then I saw her smile at a man who I remembered as Prompto. I clapped along with the others.
"Also, I want to thank someone who helped me reunite with my Mother, Lord Noctis Cealum and his family. You and your family has done much for me and I couldn't say thank you enough." Kay said as she nodded as Lord Laguna nodded and waved as his wife smiled though she didn't look happy to be here. I looked at Noctis's face as I see him nod and bit back his lip. I bet he wanted to say something to her. "I know I sound like I'm getting an award tonight but I do see it as getting my family back and knowing who I am more. I hope everyone has a great time tonight and over the next few days at Bliztball. Now lets have some fun!" Kay yelled as the crowd cheered.
I smiled as I stood up and clapped. I held my hand out and bowed as the music started. "May I have this dance?" I asked her with a smile. Kaylyn nodded and took my hand as I lead her to the dance floor. I smiled as I took her hands in mine and we started to dance. Then was a large BOOOM from the side of the castle.
