"Master Bruce, perhaps it's time we reevaluate the demands we place on Master Dick," Alfred suggested gently. "He's been running himself into the ground for your approval."
Bruce sighed, realizing the toll his expectations had taken on his young protégé. "You're right, Alfred. I've been blind to the sacrifices Dick has made for me."
Days turned into a week, and Alfred returned from his much-needed break. The four of them gathered around the dining table in Wayne Manor, sharing a meal that was filled with laughter and warmth. But as the conversation flowed, Robin's injuries were accidentally revealed.
