Maya: Mia don't forget your going to have to work in my office today I got you a desk its Sullivans hearing and I don't think you'll get much done with Warren in there all day.
Mia: Okay im just going to fill my bottle and then I'll get set up.
Faint arguing
Mia: Whats going on?
Dean: Theres no bacon and eggs for breakfast.
Vic: Instead we get precupped fruit.
Travis: Ben has taken it too far, apparently we aren't aloud to do family meals anymore individual items only.
Mia: To be fair we are in the middle of a pandemic, plus whats wrong with precupped fruit?
Vic: Whats right with it?
Dean: Yeah firefighters like us we need a proper breakfast so I am going to make my own bacon and eggs.
Mia: Well I have school but I am taking some precupped fruit its great.
Dean:AGHHHHHH
Mia: Dean really? Whats up?
Travis: Individual yoghurts?
Dean: Individual yoghurt.....
After Emmet's statement, everyone else is already on the call
Emmett: Ahhhhh.
Mia: Emmett? You okay?
Emmett: Mia hey, uhm I've just messed that up in there, I need to relieve this stress.
Mia: Come with me.
Emmett: Dont you have school?
Mia: I've already finished and submitted my work so im free until after dinner come on.
Emmett: Where are we going?
Mia: The gym. Its only supposed to be one but were 6ft apart anyways. Go at the punching its good for anger relief just make sure you wear gloves.
Emmett: You know im so glad I saw you today and that your okay, we haven't talked since....
Mia: The prt accident.
Emmett: I'm so sorry i just left you there i-
Mia: You don't have to it wasn't your fault that woman pointed a gun at you and im okay now, it could have been worse but it wasn't.
Emmett: I don't know what I would have done or how I would have felt if you weren't.
Mia: Well I was and everyone's okay apart from the 2 patients who unfortunately died as a result but im not dead. I also don't blame you, so you shouldnt blame yourself either.
Ben: Hey Emmett your dads up.
Mia: I'm coming too.
Ben: Oh I don't know about that.
Mia: please my works done im not on until after lunch now.
Ben: Okay but don't tell maya.
Emmett: Sure dad you've barely said two words to me since I cane out but you can't tell a room full of strangers just great.
Mia: He such an @sshole.
Ben: MIA!!!
Mia: Sorry dad laughter.
Ben: Oh not this again.
Dixon: Well I actually got a new job.... with Seattle PD.
Ben: Noo, did you know about this?
Emmett: This is the first im hearing about it.
Mia: I got to get back to online school, your dad is literally Satan.
When Ben and Dixon are shouting
Mia: EXCUSE ME!!! Ben go in there its your turn, Dixon get out I can't hear my teacher on zoom.
Dixon: Excuse you.
Mia: You've done your part leave otherwise when Maya gets a fine because I wasn't on my online class I'll tell them I couldn't because the new recruit at Saettle PD was having a screaming match outside.
Dixon: 19 as disrespectful as ever.
Mia: I can put up with being disrespectful get out.
He leaves
Ben: Dont get on the wrong side of Mia.
Mia: Go get the prt back.
Mia is also there when the team stands up for Robert.
Mia: Thats all my work done so im going to get some juice.
Andy: I don't know what happened to our friendship, but I do know that I never forgave you for taking the job, for Jack, for so many things that weren't entirely your fault. And my life kept rolling forward, blow after blow, and I never processed it I kept it inside. I fell back on my dads bad habits. I wall up and isolate and shut down because that's how things were handled in my family. And you freak out over French toast because you never felt safe around the breakfast table as a kid... Mia did not see you there.
Mia: I was uhm just about to go but Maya what is she going on about?
Andy: I miss having a friend who is just as messed up as me.
Maya: Well you have Jack.
Andy: I'm sorry its taken me so long to say all this.
Maya: No. I'm--I'm sorry. Move back in. I mean, just till the separation is over. You shouldnt be sleeping here.
Andy: Uh what, you just moved in with Carina.
Maya: Mia out you can't listen to this next bit.... and she makes French toast so good i think I org@sm a little.
Andy: Wow do you know how many nights in a row I've had canned green beans for dinner, right out of the can.
Maya: laughs move back in, I miss you.
Mia: Tía say yes say yes say yes. Me too by the way but please.
Andy: Okay fine enough I don't want both Bishops on my back.

Maya: Mia your staying at home today with Carina okay?
Mia: Yeah I know Maya plus I only have half a day.
Maya: Then after school clean your room it looks like a bombs hit it.
Mia: How original, I will clean it.
Andy: Good luck with her today she's moody.
Carina: She'll be good as gold go, go, go.
About 3pm
Mia: Carina can we make cookies? All my works done and I cleaned my room.
Carina: Uhmmm, go on then I don't see why not come and wash your hands and get out the ingredients.
When maya comes home and Carina leaves eventually....
Mia: You know im pretty sure my entire maths class heard you two.
Maya: We weren't that loud..... were we?
Mia: You were arguing one minute then sounds of pleasure the next.
Maya: Ewww right okay, how do you know about that stuff?
Mia: They teach about this stuff in school you know.
Maya: Just get back to your school work I'll come and check on you in a bit.
