Underground Tunnels
3rd Person:
When Chris and Elena picked up Bonnie after Abby kidnapped her to appease Klaus' hybrid, it turned out she did secretly try to help Bonnie by not letting the compulsion Jamie was under kill Elena and Stefan. After this she came along to try and help Chris and Bonnie open the coffin as a start to reconcile their relationships
Currently Stefan was leading the three Bennetts through the underground tunnel to where he and Damom had hidden the important mystery coffin. Abby had helped Bonnie secretly message Damon to warn him that she had to reveal the location of the coffins so he needed to move them
But by the time Klaus had arrived Damon only had time to take one coffin back. Luckily he decided to take the one they thought would get rid of Klaus once and for all
"Hurry up, we don't have much time" Stefan shouted strutting through the dark tunnel with a flashlight swinging in his hand
The Bennets, also with flashlights in hand, speed walked to try and catch up with him "Slow down then. Not all of us have supernatural stamina" Chris shouted from behind them all his words echoing off the walls
"We need to hurry because of what you all did back at that place. Now move yourselves!" He responded aggressively
"Sorry Stefan" Bonnie spat at him with sarcasm "I didn't have a choice"
"There's always a choice, Bonnie. You made it and now we have to live with it. You told Klaus where the coffins were and he took them" Stefan responded with a very unhappy tone of voice
"And as a result Bonnie wasn't ripped to shreds by a hybrid. So all in all, it's worth it. You got one of the coffins so stop complaining" Chris scolded him
"And Abby" Bonnie added. Chris hummed without a care and walked past them all as they come towards an opening where the sealed coffin is laying. Bonnie and Abby stood near Chris in the cave while Stefan stood at the threshold "Aren't you coming in?"
"Vampires aren't allowed in. Damon had to compel some Lockwood gardeners to carry it in for him" Stefan informed them while shining the light towards them
"This is a bad idea" Abby whined
Stefan leaned up against the rocky wall "If your really the key to opening that coffin. I think it's a safe bet your on Klaus' hit list. So stay here and open the damn thing"
"I told you I don't have any powers" Abby denied him
"And I don't believe you" Stefan turned around and left
Chris then went to follow Stefan out the cave "Where are you going?" Bonnie asked him
"Someone needs to keep an eye on Mr grump here. You two try and open the coffin and see what's inside of it and I'll make sure Stefans being a good boy" Chris chuckled to himself and started to walk away again
"Wait! What if we need you" Bonnie shouted through the tunnel
Chris thought to himself for a second "Call me!" Then he sped off further down the tunnel to catch up with Stefan before Bonnie could stop him again

Salvatore Boarding House:
Outside of the house Stefan and Chris arrived much to Stefans disagreement. Stefan wanted to return home alone but unfortunately for him had Chris who selflessly tagged along with him "Stop following me!" Stefan complained in a huff
"Let me think about that... no" Chris then walked past him and invited himself into the house "Why is the house so big when there's only two of you who live here?"
Stefan just rolled his eyes and walked off upstairs to his bedroom. Chris went to follow him but Stefan quickly ran into the room and slammed the door shut, locking it
Chris huffed outside the door "Suit yourself. I'm still going to be here!" He shouted through the door
Chris went and explored around the house for a moment by himself until he finally stumbled upon the nightmare room. Damons. The door was already open so Chris decided to walk inside to explore even though he had already been inside before
He walked in and saw Damon standing infront of his mirror comparing how blazers looked on him. Damon spotted Chris walking in from the mirror "What in the world do you think you're doing inside of my house" He spoke in disinterested since he was too busy looking at himself
"I'm here to keep an eye on your brother, since you know, he's gone a bit psycho with this whole Klaus family coffin thing" Chris said walking around picking up some random objects that were on Damons dresser. Damon watched and sighed dropping his blazer and and walked over to Chris, snatching the object from him and slammed it back on his dresser
"I thought I was the psycho one?" Damon said pretending to act a little offended
"You are a horrible human being slash vampire, but right now Stefans climbing the ranks in whose the more crazy brother" Chris walked over to the blazers Damon had dropped to observe them "Go with the black it suits you better, not this ugly things" He threw the other one to the side and placed the black one onto a chair
"Oh, I look better in something do I" He says with a smirk
Chris rolled his eyes "Everyone looks good in black. Don't take that to mean anything"
"Well then-" Damon clapped his hands "-Maybe I could climb your ranks back up because, speaking of crazy, guess what I did"
A small sigh fell from Chris' lips as he forced himself to keep talking to Damon "You killed someone i guess? Well for you that wouldn't be crazy so, what did you do this time Damon?"
"Well after rescuing one of the coffins I knew It wouldn't be enough so, I pulled that dagger from Elijahs chest" Damon chortled with a smirk, acting like he's just done something amazing
Chris suddenly became a little more interested in what he was saying "You what?"
"Look whose attention I've got now" Damon teased him
A shirtless Stefan then came into the room with a towel over his shoulder which divided Chris' attention a little making Damon scoff at him "What are you two on about?" Stefan walked across the room to pick a shirt to put on
"Well I was just about to tell boy witch over here about our little dinner date we have for you and Klaus. I have scheduled an old fashioned sit down" Damon joked
"Klaus isn't going to make a deal with us, Damon" Stefan then stormed over to the full body mirror to check himself out while getting dressed which Chris was also doing in the corner of his eye secretly
"Its not actually a deal. Its to buy us some time so the wicked witches of the west can pop the lid off the coffin" Damon explained to them talking about Bonnie and Abby who were currently trying to open the coffin
"And you thought the best way to help this is to undagger Elijah?" Chris questioned his logic
"Well yeah. After what Klaus did to him, he will be in vengeance mode. Its perfect" Damon gleamed at his own idea
"You obviously know nothing about siblings, Salvatore" Stefan and Damon look towards Chris with frowned eyes, then the brothers looked at eachother and shook it off
"You can't trust Elijah to help you, Damon" Chris told him
"Pff, I thought you thought Elijah was a stand up guy?" Damon asked him
"He is. But honestly we know nothing about these people besides that Klaus can manipulate his family. I mean Rebekah was also daggered and she immediately jumped to help him when we were in Chicago"
"I've got to agree with Chris on this, Damon. Your an idiot" Stefan said "There's nothing smart about trusting Elijah, Damon. He already screwed us over once"
"Why are you acting like you know the Originals?" Damon said to Chris "We've seen three of them. And Elijah didn't last long. Nore has Rebekah"
Chris knew that was technically a lie. He hasn't specifically seen Kols real body walking around alive but he had spoken to him on some occasions "I'm just saying no matter how angry he may seem they're brothers. I mean look at you two. The easiest thing for both of you would be to kill eachother but you don't because your brothers"
"Yeah well, I trust Stefan as much as I trust Elijah right about now" Damon said eyeing his brother
"Then let's go with the peaceful option" Chris told them "That means, Stefan no being grumpy and demanding things from immortal supernaturals who could end us before we blink. So can we trust you will keep yourself calm?"
Stefan hummed with a slight chuckle while sipping burbon from a small fancy glass "I guess that goes both ways, doesn't it?" He looked at Damon and they begin a death stare match until its broken
"Ooh, yes. This is about me kissing Elena" Damon said
Chris chimed in before they began to fight one another "If you want to project your anger then think of Klaus. If it wasn't for him that would've never happened"
"Exactly" Damon agreed walking towards Stefan "So get ready and get happy. We're going to negotiate a fake truce and I don't want your attitude screwing it up"

Mikaelson mansion
Christopher's POV:
After the Salvatore brothers little spat, Stefan finally changed into something more fitting. Except the fit was a black leather jacket which Damon was also wearing. Difference is Damon always wears that so I think Stefan is trying to prove something to everyone while going through this depressive streak
Without me here though they'd probably end up getting their hearts ripped out. Expecially if Stefan begins to annoy Klaus
We finally arrived at the door to the gigantic mansion that Klaus had his hybrids build for him. The door opened to reveal Elijah in his typical fancy black suit except something about him was different, he had cut his hair. He still looked good but, I'm going to miss that style
"Niklaus. Our guests have arrived" Elijah announced into the house before looking towards me "And they brought a plus one"
"Welcome back to the land of the living, Elijah" I smiled to which he smiled back in amusement before opening the door wider to let us inside
The three of us waltzed into the mansion and in the room stood Klaus who was also dressed in a leather jacket, except he was wearing an open shirt showing a bit of his chest and necklace. He was standing in a fancily built room with three random women who had their wrists out standing numbly and void of expression
A shining crystal chandelier was hung above a table that sat in the middle of the room behind him "Damon, Stefan-" He then looked over to me and smiled "-Chris, what a nice suprise. Elijah tells me you seek an audience, Salvatores. Very bold. I didn't know you were coming along to this Chris?"
"I'm here to make sure everybody behaves themselves" I gave a glanced look towards Stefan "And no one ends up dead"
"Fine by me. Have a seat and we'll discuss the terms of our agreement like civilized men then, shall we?" Klaus held out his hand towards the table, offering us seats
Damon gave a quizzical look towards Elijah seeing how the room looked. As he walked past Damon towards his brother Elijah whispered "It's better to indulge him"
Klaus had a large smile on his face, he was probably thinking this would be easy and he'd force us to give him everything he wanted. Except I wouldn't really bet on saint ol' Stefan not being so saint like this evening "I didn't come here to eat, Klaus. In fact, I didn't even want to come here at all, but I was told I had to" Stefan said looking back at me and Damon while slowly shifting more into the room towards Klaus
Klaus lowly chuckled at him "Well, we can sit and eat-" A woman pulled out a chair and Klaus sat down in it while threatening him "-or I can reach down your throats and pull out your insides. The choice is yours"
"We'll sit. Thank you so much for your hospitality" I said smiling sarcastically at him before looking at the Salvatores to come and sit down with me
There was already some rich amount of food set out where Elijah went and got out an extra plate out for me. A couple minutes of eating and the talking began again "You lost your appetite?" Klaus asked Stefan who just sat there stubbornly not eating or drinking
"Stop being so miserable. It's free" I say eating some of the potato's from my plate
"Yes eat. I thought we agreed to leave this grumpy Stefan at home" Damon, who sat on the right side of Stefan, agreed. Stefan huffed and smiled as if amused by us playing along with Klaus' dinner fantasy
Stefan picked up his fork and began eating making Klaus amused even more "That's the spirit. Care for some wine, Chris?"
A woman came up behind me with a bottle after Klaus flicked his hand. I turned around and put my hand out "I think not. No offence but I'd assume since you didn't know I was coming there's probably blood in it or something"
"I would advise against it, because there is" Elijah informed me
"Oh yeah, that's right. Nevermind" Klaus smugly to the woman. The way he said that he nearly just accidentally gave me blood was too possitive for my liking
"Anyway, Isn't this nice? The five of us here dining together. Such a treat" Klaus acted condescending towards us before looking at Damon "Is this what you had in mind when you pulled the dagger out of my brother?"
"Well, I know how he felt about you, so I figured the more, the merrier" Damon said chewin on a piece of juicy steak. But to me it was more chewy than juicy, maybe its because they have stronger teeth or something because I seem to be the only one struggling with this food
"Elijah and I have had our share of quarrels over the centuries, but we always make it through" Klaus said smirking towards Elijah
"Told you" I quietly whispered to Damon about their brotherly bond that seemed in tact
Stefan thinking he had the upper hand said "Kind of like, uh, you and Rebekah, right? Where is she, by the way? Last I checked she was daggered because you were too afraid to face her"
"If you're referring to the fact that Rebekah knows I killed our mother. I've already come clean to Elijah" Klaus chuckled and smiled towards his brother who gave him a look back
"Hey, Stef, remember when you killed dad? Might want to dial down the judgment till dessert" Damon said to him. I may have missed something but it feels like a ritual for dad's to die when their kids become vampires. The Mikaelsons, the Salvatores and earlier today Caroline informed us that her dad had died with vampire blood in his system
Hopefully for me it never comes to that. But being around all these vampires it's probably inevitable. Here's to hoping I'll be fine
Stefan turned to Damon "We're here to make a deal Damon. Doesn't mean we need to kiss his ass for several courses" Klaus looked up and smiled at me. He was clearly enjoying me and Damon trying to make Stefan bend over backwards to be nice for them
Elijah looked between us all and frowned at what we were all doing this evening
"No that's his job" Damon pointed to me with his fork which I saw out the corner of my eye, I scoffed at him while seeing Klaus bounce his eyebrows towards me
"You know, on the other hand, why don't you just kill Damon and then me and Stefan will try come up with this deal ourselves. How about that?" I responded to his rude words
"Fine with me" Stefan replied to me
I think Elijah wanted to put a stop to our little bickering because he asked us "Where is the lovely Elena tonight?"
Stefan smiled, hidden behind it is was obvious contempt for the subject that is Elena right now "I don't know. Ask Damon"
I snorted and chuckle while Klaus laughed at Elijahs confused face. Elijah looked at me wanting an answer
"Now that is a tale and a half. Lets just say, girl troubles" I simply put it and he nodded a little sort of understanding me
Stefan on the other hand didn't seem to appreciate this conversation one bit "One more word about Elena and this dinner is over" He looked around at everyone but mainly at Klaus who was mocking him by placing a finger over his lips which highlighted his cute dimples making me chuckle a little
For the next few minutes Klaus and Elijah shared a tale of two other brothers that were in the same situation centuries ago. There was a girl named Tatia with whom they both loved her much like in the same situation that Stefan and Damon are in
Their mother though took Tatia and used her doppelganger blood to create and turn her children into vampires, apparently doppelganger blood is a very powerful component in spells and rituals
Interesting to know
Because of Tatia, Klaus and Elijah grew apart but then eventually repaired their bond. They both picked up their glasses which were now filled with the delicate, red wine and toasted to one another "Family above all"
I felt my phone buzz in my pocket so I pulled it out, where no one could see. I also saw Damon look under the table possibly checking his phone aswell. It was Bonnie messaging me
B- "Nearly opened the coffin. Need a little more time"
Me and Damon looked at one another and I think we both understood we each got the same message
Yet again it was Elijah who needed to push this conversation in the right direction to get back to the original conversation "So why don't we finally discuss the terms of this proposal?"
"Simple" Damon said in response "Klaus gets his creepy coffin back. In exchange he and the original extended family leave Mystic Falls forever. Then the rest of us here: me, Stef, Elena, Chris, Bon etcetera, etcetera can live happily ever after. The end" He held up his glass as if proud of himself for that little monologue
Klaus shook his head with another low chuckle "I don't think you understand, Elenas doppelganger blood ensures I am able to created more hybrids. I will not leave her"
"Simple solution: grab a blood bag and fill it up" I proposed to them "Then you can have your hybrids and then leave Elena alone in the very confusing life she's already living
"Possibly, but I would need way more than 'a blood bag'. How long till she inevitably gets turned into a vampire, caught in their brotherly feud" Klaus stood up and pointed towards the Salvatore brothers "The worst thing for Elena Gilbert is the two of you"
Damon then looked down and stood up in response "I'm gonna get some air" Elijah reciprocating his actions by standing up and following him out the room
"All this talk is making me thirsty. Care to tap a vein for me Chris" He joked holding a glass pointing towards me with a smirk flash across his face. At least I hoped he was joking. His eyes right now looked very hunger filled
"I'm never going to cut myself open for you, Klaus" I told him in a playful tone as the atmosphere in here had gotten very tense
"Well, never say never" Klaus gave a fake look of hurt while putting his hand over his heart
"In your dreams" I responded
"Always, love, always" Klaus winked which makes me unknowingly heat up a little and forcefully made my cheeks fade into a warm tint of pink. I smiled and shook my head whilst picking up a glass to drink and hide my face from view
Klaus then signaled with his fingers for one of the women to come to him, he moves her hair from her neck and he dived into her artery and drank from her, purposly letting blood drip down in Stefans view to antagonise him "Hmm, delicious" He then flings her body to the ground as if it was nothing and wiped a bit of blood from his lips and sucked it slowly off his thumb while looking at me with a smirk
Stefan sighed knowing he was trying to get to him and so he stood up "I guess the only reason you agreed to this evening, Klaus, is to drive wedges between me and my brother"
"You're doing that well enough on your own. And because of Elena your mainly going to lose your brother, and you only have yourself to blame" Klaus told him
I stood up cautiously as it seems the atmosphere in the room was changing into a more heated tone, just then Damon and Elijah come back into the room to join us
"Come on Klaus, we've offered something now it's time for you to counteract" Damon said while we all seem to split off into our groups. Me, Stefan and Damon on one side of the room while Klaus sat back down with Elijah hovering over him as if he was king of the room
"I offer Elenas future happiness. What she needs right now is to be rid of the two of you-" He gestures to the Salvatore brothers "-and to fall in love with a human. Maybe that nice football player. The blond one"
I pulled a face of slight disgust "You mean Matt. He's great and all but Elena already denied him" I know Elena wouldn't go back to Matt. That ship had sailed years ago
"I knew you prefered dirty blondes over the traditional Chris, but this match up isn't for you" He smirked at me again since that was the colour of his hair. He thinks himself some what of a comedian. What is it with his smirking though? It's like it is his default face option. Not a bad default if I may say so to myself "They could live a long life and pop out a perfect little family"
He obviously wanted this so he can continue his obsessive hybrid plans. Wanting to continue the Petrova bloodline for a nearly endless supply of hybrid making blood for years to come "You give me back the coffin and I'll ensure her safety for the rest of her life" Klaus stood up, he and Stefan stood face to face in front of the roaring fireplace "So, what do you say?"
Obviously this deal was insane but I'd also plead for Stefan not to mess things up. For a moment I thought things were going well when Stefan held Klaus' hand, weird because he'd never agree to this. And then he proved me right. Klaus pulled a big grin thinking he had won until "Nice try, Klaus... But no deal"
Instantly Klaus' face fell and he twisted Stefans arm then kicked the back of his leg making him fall to the ground. Klaus grabbed Stefans arm and held it in the flames of the fireplace burning it odd. Damon rushed to save Stefan but Elijah grabbed him by the neck and choked him up the wall
"What the hell do you think your doing!" I screamed as I heard Stefans continued cries and immediately I threw up left hand to target Klaus and then my right to target Elijah. I then began to pop the blood vessels in both of the Originals heads
They are strong vampires so it hurt them enough to make them stand down but not enough to fully bring them to their knees
Klaus looked at me angrily while holding his forehead a little. I then let go off them magically and they both stood up normally, no longer holding the Salvatores "Stop this now! Or I'll do something worse"
"No! You will bring me my coffin. Before I burn Stefan alive" Klaus threatened walking towards me
"I'll get it" Damon said quickly making Klaus stop in his tracks. Damon then left to go and get the coffin
"Go with him, brother. You keep him honest. When you return, I will make good on my promise to you and I will hand over our family" Klaus said sending Elijah to go with him to make sure he gets it
"There is absolutely no need for this, Klaus!" I shouted at him
"There's always a need to do these things. Its getting me what I want isn't it. You'll learn life is easier this way" Klaus responded to me
"There's such a thing as talking. But no, I'm talking to the Klaus Mikaelson, you don't know the meaning of words like compromise" I argued as he was irritating me. I walked over and grabbed Stefan, helping him to stand up. He nodded a thank you at me while Klaus stood behind us looking at me with a foul look on his face
"All he's done is cause your lives to become a mess. And you still help him?" Klaus said in an annoyed tone
"Of course. I may be a witch but I'm still human. Unlike some people here" I insulted him which I noticed made his face slightly frown
"Elijah" Klaus said out loud.I looked around Stefan and there was Elijah walking into the room with Damon. That was a quick trip, he couldn't have got that coffin already
Along with them is one of those compelled women holding some kind of fancy, silver plate with a towel covering the middle of it "Why haven't you left yet?" Klaus asked him
Elijah held out his hands "Well where are your manners brother? We forgot dessert" He dramatically pulled off the towel that covered the plate, which revealed two daggers. But not just any daggers, I swear I could recognised those old things. But where was the third dagger if he got them from the sibling coffins I wonder
Yes it was, it's the daggers that put down the originals. Which means that Rebekah, Kol and the one I haven't seen yet are...
At this Klaus looks taken back and shocked as he took a slight step back "What have you done?" He demanded an answer
"I've learned not to trust your vulgar promises of giving our family back, Klaus. So we're doing this on my terms now" Elijah told him
Out from behind Elijah a guy strutted into the room. It was Kol. The charming guy I had spoken to in Chicago and in the witches house
He walked straight for Klaus. I see Klaus' face turn to look a bit frightened at his sudden appearance "Long time brother" Kol spoke in a voice that sends a warm chills down my spine. Hearing it in real life was somehow different
Klaus tried to vampire speed away but was halted by this guy in extremely old fashioned clothing and long frizzy, slightly curled hair that made him look like a pirate
"Finn, don't-" The last mystery sibling, Finn grabbed one of the silver daggers from the plate and dug it into Klaus' hand then ripped it out making him scream in pain
He then quickly tried to leave again but was halted once again when Rebekah blocked the way out from another doorway and stabbed Klaus in the stomach with a silver dagger. That's where the other one went. This made Klaus yet again shout and grunt in pain "That is for our mother" Rebekah said pulling out the dagger and pushing him backwards, making him trip into the arms of Kol who grabbed and restrained him
"Your free to go" Elijah spoke directly to the Salvatores and me "This is family business" The three of us began walking out but before I left the room I caught Kol watching me walk away which made me pause for a moment to witness him give me a smug smile as he tightened Klaus' arms as if to show off
Damon grabbed my arm and pulled me out with them since I was falling behind trying to watch what they were doing to Klaus

The Woods:
The three of us walked through the woods away from the mansion towards home "I guess you were right, Damon" I said making him turn to his brother in suprise "About Elijah helping. I guess undaggering him was a smart thing to do"
"Wow, did Christopher Bennett just congratulate me on a job well done?" Damon said sarcastically loving the praise
"I think he did" Stefan said
"Your not going soft on me now are you, Chris?" Damon asked
"Don't even, Damon. I'm still the one who saved you both from being burned and strangled by the Originals. Don't you forget that" I reminded them both
"Yes, Chris. Thank you for stopping Klaus from burning me alive" Stefan thanked me "But you could've left us Damon. Klaus would've killed me then you could've had Elena all to yourself"
"Now where's the fun in that?" Damon joked
Stefan huffed at him "I love her, Damon. I do" He said before walking away into the trees away from us both
"And I know you do aswell Damon" I said to him "I feel like we all know"
"So? I'm not the only one with complicated feelings. You have a weird connection with those original brothers"
"What's that supposed to mean?" I asked him
"It means that if any random witch tried to spike Klaus' head I'm sure they'd be dead before they even tried. And yet here you are"
"Don't try and make sense out of things that aren't there, Damon. And anyway you should give a little thanks to Klaus" I said making him scoff at me "I mean it. Now, whatever it is between me and them is the only thing right now that makes me understand why Elena would even like you. Don't forget that"
"Did she say she likes me?" Damon ignored what I said about the Originals and focused on himself as usual
I just scoffed at him and shook my head before walking even faster so I could get home after this very long day "Shut up"
