The Hazard trigger is the most important device in Y/n's arsenal as it makes sure that the Hazard energy doesn't try to lash out.

Back story :
Wen Y/n was four he got his quirk and the doctors said that it was dangerous to use so they contacted heroes to help him but Y/n was scared and it caused him to go berserk fighting anything that moved so the heroes knocked Y/n out and Nezu made an inhibitor chip and surgery implanted it into Y/n. Ever since then Y/n hasn't been able to use his quirk so he decided to study the energy he generates and found out that the inhibitor will make Y/n go berserk.
