Y/n POV
I wake up to the sun peering through my curtains. I rub my eyes in effort to rub the tired out of them. Once I did somewhat of a good job. I feel around in my bed for my phone
"Good morning! You're up early" a voice spoke through my speakers
"Oh hey, good morning. I would've thought you would've hung up by now" I greeted the blonde
"Of course not. I did get a video of you snoring though" she said
"I don't snore" I laughed
"Yes you do" she said
"I don't" I defended
Just then, she pulled out another phone and held it to the screen to show me the video
"See?" she asked when a video of me snoring was indeed playing
"That's not me" I said
"Then who is it?" She asked
"My twin" I said
That caused Taylor to throw her head back in a laughter
"Yea right" she said as she began to calm down
"I'm serious. She's always getting me into trouble" I continued
"I bet" Taylor played along
"Do you have a show today?" I asked her changing the subject
She didn't respond. Instead, she just kept looking at the screen
"Taylor?" I asked
"What sorry?" She asked
"Is everything alright?" I asked
"Yea, I was just trying to figure out how you look good in the morning, especially after only getting four hours of sleep" Taylor said
I laughed
"What did you say though?" She asked me
"I asked if you have a show today?" I repeated
"Oh, no" she replied
"That's good. Get some rest" I said
"I think as a very good friend of mine now, you should learn my schedule" she told me
"Oh, I'm a very good friend?" I asked
"By far" she said
"Hm, then I'll learn your touring schedule" I said
"Alright" she agreed
"I think I might have to let you go though, I need to go shower" I told her as I looked towards the door
"No" she said quickly
I turned to look at her again
"I mean, I can wait right here" she told me
"Are you sure?" I asked
"Yea. I want to get to at least thirteen hours" she told me
"Of course" I said agreeing
"Good, so you agree" she said
"I'll be super quick" I told her
"Don't rush. I'll still be here" she told me
"Okay, ten minutes max" I said
"I said don't rush" she laughed
"I won't. I'll be right back" said plugging my phone in

"How much longer do you have until you can take the exam?" Taylor asked me referring to the real estate one
"Once I finish the class" I said
"And when can you finish?" She asked as I applied mascara
"Whenever, It's self paced" I said
"Why don't you just crank it out?" She asked
"I don't know. I'm procrastinating" I said
She clicked her tongue in a 'tsk tsk tsk' manner
"That's no good" she said
"I know, but it'll get done eventually" I said
"As long as it gets done" she told me
"Yes mom, it will" I told her with a playful eye roll
"Oh my god.. did you just call me.. mommy?" She asked
Right then and there, I bursted out laughing which caused Taylor to do the same
"I cant believe you just said that" I said wiping a stray tear
"Believe it" she replied
Just then, my doorbell was ringing uncontrollably
"Who's at your door?" She asked
"Probably Liz" I laughed as I grabbed my phone and walked down the stairs to answer it
When I swung the door open, it sure was Liz
"What?" I asked
"Did she call you?" She asked out of breath
"Who?" I questioned
"Joan" Liz said as she tried to catch her breath
"Why are you out of breath?" I asked
"I ran" she said
"You run?" I asked jokingly
She waved me off
"Did she call you?" She asked again
"I don't know. I'm on the phone" I said
"With who?" She asked
"Me, hi" Taylor spoke
"Oh hey Taylor" Liz smiled
"Oh wow, thirteen hours and twenty minutes" Liz said as she took notice
"What did Joan want?" I asked
"Who's Joan?" Taylor asked
"The apartment lady" Liz and I replied at the same time
"She said it's ready" Liz said excitedly
"What how? It wasn't supposed to be ready for a few more weeks" I questioned
Liz shrugged
"She said it wasn't in as bad of shape as she thought and it was and it got done faster. We can move in by the end of the week!" Liz exclaimed
"Wow congrats!" Taylor cheered
I had a big smile plastered on my face
"So it's ready now?" I asked to confirm
"it's ready now" she said firmly
"Holy shit" I smiled hugging Liz
"Should I let you go?" Taylor asked
"No way, you're staying on the phone with me while I start packing" I said
"Ooo yay!" Taylor cheered
"I'll help too" Liz said
"Don't you have to pack?" I asked
"My room is all set for the most part, whereas you who hasn't even started" Liz glared at me
"I thought we had more time" I put my hands up in a surrender
"Are you going to tell your parents?" Taylor asked
"I'll tell them when they come home. They're working" I said
Taylor didn't say anything
"Oh, I nodded, but you couldn't see" she laughed
"Have you two been on the phone all night and morning?" Liz asked
"Pretty much" Taylor and I said at the same time

Liz and I got a good chunk of my room all packed and ready. Taylor had to hang up not too long ago as she said she got inspiration is was going to go to the studio. My parents are already home and cooking dinner downstairs together
"Are you staying?" I asked Liz
"If you don't mind. My mom is working tonight" Liz said
"You know you can always stay" I told her
She smiled as she hugged me
"Girls, dinner is ready!" My dads voice rang throughout the house
"YAY FOOD!" Liz cheered as she began running down the stairs
I laughed as I followed behind her in a walk. By the time we got down there, the table was already set and plates already had food on them
"My favorite, roast" Liz said as she sat down at the table and danced in her seat while I sat next to her
"Just for you" my mom told her as she also took a seat
"What did you girls do today?" My dad asked as the salad bowl was making its way around the table
"We just packed all day" Liz replied
I nodded
"So soon?" My mom asked
"I actually wanted to tell you guys that Joan, the lady from the apartments, said that its ready and we can move in by the end of the week" I stated
"Oh wow! That's great!" My dad exclaimed
"That is great! Are you excited?" My mom asked
"A little nervous" I answered
"There's nothing to be worried about, honey" my mom reached her hand across the table to give mine a gentle squeeze
I gave a gentle smile in return
"And we're just ten minutes away from you should anything happen" my dad added
They had a point. I think I was letting my nerves get the best of me. Liz even looked over at me with a gentle smile and nod
"I'm very proud of you two and super excited for you two open this new chapter together" my dad encouraged
I smiled at his kind and very encouraging words
"Oh, I meant to ask you, who were you laughing with all night?" My mom asked changing the topic
"I was on the phone with Taylor. I didn't know I was being loud, I'm sorry" I apologized
"No it's okay. We were just wondering why you were laughing hysterically" my mom added
"You were laughing hysterically?" Liz asked
"I guess" I shrugged
"What did she say that was so funny?" My dad asked
"I honestly can't remember" I replied
"You two are getting pretty close huh?" My dad asked
"Yea" I agreed
"I met her, she's such a lovely woman" my mom said as she sipped her wine
My dad's jaw dropped
"You met her?!" He asked with a shocked expression
"And Liz's body guard boyfriend" my mom added
"I'm jealous. Where was I?" My dad asked
"Work" I replied
"Please bring her around again. I would love to meet her" my dad fangirled a bit
"I'll let her know" I laughed
He nodded eagerly as we all continued to eat
