Buck pov
Maddie helps me into the house even though i can walk.
"I think im going to sleep Mads im pretty tired."
"Ok buck thats fine."
I go to my room.
I change my hospital clothes for new cleaner ones that dont smell like the hospital.
I get into bed.
I plug in my phone on my nightstand.
And i quickly fall asleep.
I wake up and check my phone its a couple hours later than when i fell asleep.
That was the first good sleep ive had in weeks.
I get out of bed and go out to the living room.
I see maddie watching a show on Netflix.
I sit beside her and dont say anything.
She's watching some baking show i dont know the name of.
In the show theyre making cakes but big and hyper realistic. Its weird.
I get off the couch and go into the kitchen.
I get some ingredients out.
I take cheese and milk out of the fridge. Bread out of the cupboard. And a can of soup out of the pantry.
I get out a pot and empty the can of soup into it.
I pour in half a can of milk and half a can of water into the soup.
I turn on the stove and let the soup do its thing.
I get out a frying pan and place it on the stove as well.
I place some butter in the pan and watch it melt.
I take out 4 pieces of bread and butter one side of each piece.
I put two of the pieces down in the pan butter side down.
I place the cheese on the bread and the second piece of bread on top butter side up.
I put a lid over the pan and wait for around 3 minutes while the cheese melts.
I stir the soup and go back to the pan.
I flip the sandwiches and cook them for 2 more minutes to toast the other piece of bread and finish melting the cheese.
After the sandwiches are cooked i put one on each of the plates.
I cut each of the sandwiches into 2 halves (triangles because rectangles or squares is just wrong)
I get two mugs and fill each of them with soup i put shredded cheese in them along with crackers in maddies and i bring the plates and mugs out of the kitchen.
I give one plate and the mug with crackers to maddie.
I sit back on the couch beside her.
"Thank you buck it looks amazing!"
"Of course maddie you're always cooking and looking after me its the least i could do for you."
We sit on the couch eat our food and continue watching the show.
Thanks for reading can you tell im running out of ideas. Actually i have ideas i just need transition ideas because i have the whole main plot i just dont know how to get there.
