Y/n POV
Liz and I are running on like three hours of sleep. We didn't land until around six thirty in the morning and it was quite difficult to sleep on the plane due to not one, but two crying babies. We're currently getting ready to head down to the stadium early so that way we can walk the streets and explore a bit.
We decided against wearing the scooter shirts again, so I'm just wearing a black t-shirt with light wash jean shorts as Liz is wearing a white t-shirt with some black cotton shorts.
"Are you almost ready?" She asked as she finished her mascara
"Just about" I said applying mine
She stood there for a few seconds as I was just finishing up
"Okay, I'm done" I said
She nodded as she grabbed her clear backpack that had a few of our essentials
"The Uber should be here in like five minutes" I said
"Alright" she said
I began to pick up the hotel room since Liz is the messy one and has clothes scattered all over the floor
"I'm throwing your clothes on your bed" I told her
"I was gonna pick them up eventually" she said
"Oh yea? When we leave in three days?" I asked
"They would be picked up wouldn't they?' She asked sarcastically
"Lets go, the uber is here" I said choosing to ignore her as I began to walk out of the room with Liz following closely behind
"Hello, are you y/n?" The female uber driver asked
"I am" I smiled
"Are you girls going to see Taylor Swift?" She asked
"Yea, this will be our third time" Liz smiled
"Oh wow. Tickets are expensive" the lady said
I think her name is Alice
"We won them" I said
"All three times?" Alice asked
"Yea" I replied
"Impressive. What's your secret?" She asked
"I don't think we have one, it just happens" Liz giggled
"What are you girls winning them through?" Alice asked
"Radio stations" I began
"Sweepstakes" Liz added
"I'll have to give it a try" she smiled through her mirror
It didn't take long to get near the stadium since the hotel that the sweepstakes provided us with is only twenty minutes away. Alice dropped us off at the front, but it was far too early to wait in line for the doors to open, so as when we got out of the car, we walked around and started to explore a bit
"I think I'm going to text her and wish her luck" I told Liz
She gasped
"You should and then when she sees you in the crowd, she'll lose her mind" Liz encouraged
This time around, we're not as close to the stage as we were before, but we're still on the floor, which is still cool, I would be happy with any seats to be honest. I was soon pulled out of the thoughts when Liz urged me to open the Instagram app and I was beginning to think about what I'm going to say

I wasn't expecting her to reply right away since she's probably getting ready. I'd say a good five minutes passed before she responded, which is still pretty quick considering the circumstances

"Already on to cute nicknames?" Liz asked as she leaned over my shoulder
"Shut up" I laughed

I surprisingly have gone three full songs without her noticing me, but then again, she hasn't really been scanning the crowd that much
"You are somebody that I don't know. But you're taking shots at me like its Patron. And I'm just like damn! It's seven am" Taylor and the crowd sang
She began to glance at the crowd more and even came close to our direction a few times as Liz and I were dancing with each other. I don't know how she does it, but she brings different energy to each show that just makes you want more and more
"Why are you mad? When you should be GLAAD?" She sang as she scanned the crowd
Our eyes met and her mouth dropped open slightly as she waved. I smiled and waved back, careful not to draw too much attention
"Got it!" Liz cheered ending the video she was taking
"No way" I said
"Yes way!" She enthused
I wasn't even paying attention and completely forgot my dad wanted her reaction
"Let me see your hands" Taylor put her hands up and moved them from side to side as we all did the same
"It's literally insane how she can control thousands of people the way that she does and parents can't even control their children" Liz said amazed
"Literally" I agreed with a laugh
You need to calm down soon came to an end, and she began telling her little speech before Lover. She was scanning the crowd as she gently stummed the guitar and made eye contact with me a few times
"So with that being said.. we could leave the Christmas lights up 'til January" she finished her speech and began to sing
Liz and I swayed side to side together as we held our connected hands up in the air. I watched as Taylor scanned the crowd and met my eyes again
"And you'll say all your dirtiest jokes for me" she began
"Here we go!" Liz said
"And at every table, I'll save you a seat... Lover" she sang as she smiled at me
"It's official.. you're her lover" Liz nudged me
I shook my head with a smile

"Draw the cat eye sharp enough to kill a man" Taylor sang
"Mommy!!!" Liz shouted
Somehow Taylor must've heard because she looked at her and smiled before snapping back into her bad bitch moment
"She definitely heard you" I laughed
"Good, that was the point" Liz smiled sheepishly
"I don't dress for women.. I don't dress for men.. lately I've been dressing for revenge" she sang as the whole stadium erupted in screams and whistles as she ran her hand down her abdomen
"She's so mommy" Liz spoke
I nodded one hundred percent agreeing with her
"I didn't know we were bringing our kids to this kind of show" a woman said from behind us
Liz and I wasted no time in turning around and looking at the lady up and down
"This is not kid appropriate" she told us
"Neither is your dildo drawer you and you husband have in beside table" Liz said
I busted out laughing. The lady's mouth hung wide open as I was practically on the ground with tears in my eyes
"Mhm" Liz hummed at the lady turning back around
"You good?" She asked me as I began to calm down
"I was not expecting you to say that" I wiped my tears
"No one disrespects my mother" she flipped her hair with sass
"This is why I love you" I said still calming down
Liz must have humbled that lady good, because after Bejeweled had ended, she grabbed her kids hands and began to leave
"Good, she was a buzzkill anyways" Liz rolled her eyes as Mastermind began to play
I shook my head at my friend and noticed that a security guard was walking towards us
"As much as I love what you did, I think she snitched on us" I said pointing the big guy coming our way
"Ah shit" she cursed
"Y/n and Elizabeth?" The guy asked us
"Yea?" I questioned
"Follow me" he said
Liz shrugged and began to follow without hesitation
"We'll come back tomorrow" she said assuming we're getting kicked out
I nodded since there's only one song left after this one anyways. At least we were getting kicked out for defending Taylor.. It wasn't until we were taken to a secluded area when we realized we were highly mistaken, this body guard was taking us backstage
"Ms. Swift requested that I bring you both here after this song" he said
Liz looked at me with wide eyes as he began leading us to a dressing room
"Just wait here" he said
All I could do was nod as I was left speechless. When he left the room, Liz began slapping my arm
"Ow" I said
"She brought us back stage!!" She squealed
"I- yea. She did" I said lost for words
"Oh my god. Are we about to meet Taylor Swift?" She asked
Hearing those words made my throat dry. What would I even say? What if I make myself look like a fool? Liz is gonna embarrass me
I soon began to hear Karma end which meant that she'll be here in just a few minutes. That thought alone caused me heart to beat out of my chest
"I'm hyperventilating" Liz said
"I don't know what to say" I said still speechless
"Thank you so much!" Taylors voice could be heard from outside the door
"OH MY GOD" Liz whisper shouted
The doorknob turned in what seemed to be slow motion. Soon a sweaty blonde celebrity walked in
"Hi girls!" She smiled
I stood up to be polite while Liz was still sitting down with her mouth open
"Is she okay?" Taylor asked me pointing to my friend
I quickly gathered myself and regained what little confidence I had left
"I think she's in shock" I laughed
"Well let me change and I'll hug you both" the slightly taller blonde told me
I nodded
"Taylor?" A voice spoke through the door
"Come in" Taylor said
Just then Andrea walked in
"Oh, I didn't know you had guests I'm so sorry" she apologized
"This is y/n and Elizabeth, y/n and Elizabeth, this is my mom Andrea" Taylor Introduced us
Liz gathered her composure and stood up next to me as I shook Taylor's moms hand
"It's nice to meet you. This is my friend Liz" I pointed to the blonde standing next to me
"So nice to meet you" Liz smiled shaking her hand
"You girls are so lovely! Taylor I'll be in the room next door" Andrea told Taylor
She nodded
"I'm just gonna change real quick" Taylor told her mom to which she nodded
As Andrea walked out of the room, Taylor walked into a bathroom and began changing her clothes I assume
"How are you so calm right now?" Liz whispered
"Just remember that she's a real, regular person too" I suggested
She nodded
"Alright, sorry" Taylor came out in a white over sized t-shirt and some grey baggy sweats

"It's so nice to see you and to finally get to meet you" Taylor pulled me into a hug first
"You too" I smiled
"And you must be Elizabeth!" Taylor pulled away and pulled her into a hug
"That's me!" Liz smiled as she mouthed 'oh my god' over Taylors shoulder which caused me to laugh
"You tricked me" Taylor said pulling away and taking a seat on the chair that was in front of the couch
"How so?" I asked sitting down on the couch next to Liz
"You wished me good luck making me think you weren't here" she explained
I shrugged
"I got a few tricks up my sleeve" I smiled
"And you, you could've told me" Taylor told Liz
"Please, like you even check your messages" Liz fired back
"I do" she defended
I looked at Liz with a smile as she was doing good keeping herself together
"How did you get here?" Taylor asked
I nodded at Liz to tell the story since this is her doing. As Liz explained, Taylor gave her, her full undivided attention, nodding in a way of showing that she was listening
"You two are just very lucky then huh?" Taylor asked looking at me
"Seems that way" I smiled
"You did amazing by the way. You always do" Liz gushed
"Thank you so much for saying that!" Taylor said with a smile
All I could think about was what is Taylors mom thinking right now? Does she know who we are?
"Will you two be here tomorrow?" Taylor asked
"Yea, we'll be here" I said
She nodded
"Which reminds me. Don't you think its a bit weird how you play two shows here in Arlington and then you go to Florida, play one show there, then come back to Houston?" I asked as Taylor nodded with my words
She nodded with a smile before she spoke
"Yea. I don't know why its like that" she said
"It just seems a little backwards" I said
"I agree" she said
There was a light knock at the door
"Taylor we have to get going" Andrea said
"Alright, come in though" Taylor said
With that, Andrea came in and looked at all of us sitting here
"Hi again girls" she smiled
We waved
"When are we leaving?" Taylor asked
"In about ten minutes" Andrea said looking at her watch
Taylor nodded before Andrea left the room
"Well sorry to cut it short, but how about I get your guys' number and I can put you on the guest list for tomorrow?" She suggested
"Oh no, you don't have to do that" I said
"I want to though. Can you guys get here early?" She asked
"I don't think that would be a problem" Liz spoke
"Perfect. Then I will see you girls here tomorrow" Taylor said
"Alright" I agreed
"Here" she said handing me her phone to put my number in
Once I did, I sent myself a quick message before she handed it to Liz to do the same
"I expect to see you both here, say two pm?" She asked
"We'll be here" Liz said
"Good" the singer nodded as she hugged us one last time
Just then, the same security guy came and walked us out as Taylor left the room with us
"No way that just happened" Liz said as we were out of the singers sight
"I think it was a fever dream" I said in denial
That caused Liz to laugh
